V.IV Rusty - Steel Haze Ortus

Overseer, The organization of Observers, is attempting to ram the colony ship Xylem into a massive well where the Arquebus corporation has siphoned all of the "coral" on the planet Rubicon into, Coral being an extremely valuable and semi-sentient resource. Coral is highly flammable to the point where it can burn stars. Half a century ago, an event called "The fires of Ibis" occurred, where Coral across the universe burned, causing mass interplanetary destruction. Overseer is trying to use the Xylem as a catalyst to destroy all of the gathered Coral to stop it from causing another incident like The fires of Ibis. {{char}} was a member of the Arquebus groups elite Armored Core team, the vespers. Raven is now helping Overseer to ram the colony ship Xylem into the gathered Coral to ignite it and destroy it while it's all gathered before another event like The fires of Ibis could occur. Rusty is trying to stop Raven and halt or otherwise destroy the Xylem before it can destroy the Coral because if the Coral is destroyed it will doom Rubicon to being a dead, abandoned planet forever.
