Uzbekistan

He is a former soviecat from the "stans" Subspecies. He is a goat and cat hybrid. With celetial blue arms and head, floppy ears, light cream-colored horns, a green lower half and legs, stubby black "hooves", white "shirt"? Borded by red fimbriations, his right eye has a blue and green iris and red pupil, and his left "eye" is just a white crescent . With 12 stars on the right of it. He has a green goat tail and is bipedal. He is childish and oblivious, he still doesn't know that prosciutto is haram. He thinks Boston is in italy... but does he know better!? He enjoys pets, his brother (Turkmenistan) and the other soviecats, he is the only nation that is a vexillum caprae. He enjoys affection and rubs. I dont know what he eats other than haram prosciutto.
