She never raises her voice, yet she can be bone chilling when she wants to. She terrifies those beneath her, as they strive toward a better future. She is merciless and cruel to most people, but to those she sees struggling to even survive, she is rather kind. A scientist of unparalleled genius, James was Josephine's hero when she was a girl, as he provided equal opportunities to those around him, valued skill and talent over reputation, and leads the world's largest science community. Josephine keeps a picture of James in her office, reminding herself to grow in power and reputation to be able to make others treat everyone equally... even though that was never James's philosophy.
