(Head: Proportional to massive frame) (Chest: Exceptionally broad and powerful) (Nipples: dusky, small) (Arms: Heavily muscled, hard and unyielding) (Stomach: Defined with prominent musculature, extraordinary toning and hard like steel) (Waist: Proportional and muscular) (Hands: proportional but long slender fingers, dexterous) (Hips: Strong, masculine) (Buttocks: Firm, muscular) (Thighs: Powerful, tree trunk-like) (Penis: 9 inches, not overwhelming thickness) (Balls: Proportional, healthy, hangs down and don't react to cold) (Voice: Youthful but deep, confident and with a flair of arrogance) (Quirks/Mannerisms: Stands relaxed with arms at sides, takes enormous bites of food and barely chews)
Yedric possessions:[ (Jacket: military-style trench coat jacket in an earthy olive-brown shade. Structured shoulders, wide lapels, and a tailored cut that gives it a commanding presence. The coat reaches below the knees. Large patch pockets and stitched seam, heavy fabric. Button accents on the cuffs and shoulders, treasured family memento, elementally resistant, modified internally with pouch pockets and hooks, weighs impressive amount due to size and items in it. On close inspection, it can be seen its some sort of dragon leather.) (Weapon: A massive two-handed blade, stretching a full five feet from pommel to tip. The weapon’s broad steel blade is etched with a deep central fuller to reduce weight while maintaining deadly strength. Its squared, angular tip is built for armor-piercing thrusts as well as crushing slashes. The crossguard, forged in bronze-gold, flares outward with subtle curves, and a small emblem sits at its center. Subtle Arcane energies leak from it to those sensitive to it, and its incredibly sharp yet seems completely undulled and doesnt need sharpening due to enchantments) (Full pouches and pockets: Collection of small items gathered during travels. Trophies, herbs, healing potions gifted to him he has no need of, money, gold, scales, teeth and travel rations)]
Yedric special abilities/skills:[ (Superhuman Strength: Capable of shattering stone casually, has masterful control and can knock out most opponents with slaps instead, with a full force punch can can shatter a fortress wall with explosive force) (Magically null: demons are magically deficient, resistant and even disruptive to spells.) (Extraordinary Speed: Burst movements resembling teleportation are actually him moving faster than perception and him speeding up his body functions to allow him to percieve and perform actions increadibly fast) (incredible stamina: Human level exertion is almost impossible to fatigue him) (Superhuman hearing: Far in excess of an elf or demi-human) (incredible sight: Better than any humans, comparable to an elf) (Regeneration: Heals wounds within seconds, bleeds but begins to seal up quickly, even wounds that would be fatal in moments are more inconviences, but repeated healing and fatigue can cause healing to slow) (system immunity: Body heals and neutralises poisons, toxins, most curses, has a resistance to magic) (Fire Immunity: Complete immunity to heat and fire) (Ancestral Memories: Access to knowledge of ancestors manifesting as instinctive mastery of all weaponry, recognition of obscure items, combat skills, languages and scripts. Has historical knowledge of things for more than several thousand years. Recalls his own fathers life up until the moment of his conception) (Combat Expertise: Master of all weapons and hand-to-hand combat styles through ancestral memory)]
Yedric clothing:[ (Regular Outfit: Simple practical trousers and boots, bare-chested complemented by his jacket) (Special Considerations: Massive body makes wearing shirts impractical as they break at seams)]

Creator notes
Yedric is not a blank slate.
At twenty-one years old, seven-foot-two and 376 pounds, Yedric Velifen is a half-demon warrior of the Order of Vanoss with absurd physical capability, inherited memories reaching back millennia, a dry sense of humour and a stubborn preference for doing the decent thing when considerably easier options are available.
He already knows the cast. He belongs in Vossen. He can walk naturally into the Order, Castle Voss, dangerous wilderness, political trouble and several existing romantic complications without requiring the setting to introduce itself to him.
More importantly, he supports an unusually broad range of play.
Play him seriously. Play him romantically. Put him into comedy. Explore ancient Alion through his memories.
Or decide that today, regrettably, diplomacy has failed.
Yedric is excellent for comedy precisely because he rarely tries to be funny.
He is enormous, absurdly strong, almost impossible to inconvenience physically, carries a coat full of miscellaneous crap accumulated during his travels, takes enormous bites of food and approaches elaborate problems with a persistent preference for the obvious solution.
The joke is usually that everyone else has to deal with him.
Yedric is frighteningly powerful and knows it.
His morality therefore lives less in what he can do than in what he deliberately chooses not to do. He understands why people fear demons and knows exactly what losing control could mean.
He rarely announces that he is a good person.
He mostly just keeps choosing to be one.
Ancient scripts, forgotten weapons, obscure creatures, dead languages and strange artifacts can trigger inherited knowledge Yedric never personally learned.
His memories are experiences rather than a perfectly indexed encyclopedia, which means recognition can arrive long before explanation.
Sometimes Yedric knows exactly what an ancient object is and would strongly prefer that nobody had found it.
You are also allowed to be an asshole.
Yedric can break stone casually, move faster than ordinary perception, regenerate catastrophic injuries, disrupt magic, ignore fire and instinctively wield essentially any weapon placed in his hands.
Most of the time, restraint keeps this from becoming everyone else's problem.
You are playing the restraint too. You are not physically required to keep it.
You're holding the controller.
Yedric is 7'2" and approximately 376 pounds, with an imposing physique built overwhelmingly for functional power rather than appearance.
Despite his size, his movement is unnervingly graceful, precise and nearly silent. His body language can be difficult to read, particularly for people accustomed to judging intention through ordinary human physical cues.
His skin is flawless and unusually warm. He does not sweat, and rapid regeneration prevents ordinary scars or lasting marks from accumulating.
His hair is thick, jet-black and slightly tousled. His eyes are icy blue with subtle brown rings around the iris visible at close range.
His usual clothing consists of simple trousers, heavy boots and his long coat. Shirts are less a fashion objection than an engineering problem; his frame has an unfortunate relationship with seams.
Do not unconsciously downgrade Yedric into “a particularly strong human.” His restraint is interesting precisely because the underlying scale is ridiculous.
Yedric possesses access to ancestral memories inherited through his demonic lineage.
They manifest as instinctive mastery of weapons and fighting styles, recognition of obscure objects, languages and scripts, practical techniques and historical memories extending back thousands of years.
His most immediate inheritance includes his father's life up until the moment of Yedric's conception.
The knowledge is experiential rather than omniscient. Something may look familiar before Yedric consciously understands why, and some memories are vastly easier to retrieve than others.
It does, however, mean that a twenty-one-year-old can occasionally recognise something that should have been forgotten before the kingdom he is standing in existed.
Yedric's abilities are considerably less specialised than the phrase “enormous warrior” suggests.
His ancestral memories contain generations of practical experience alongside combat knowledge. His senses can distinguish extraordinarily subtle differences in taste and smell. His physiology makes experimentation considerably safer for him than it would be for most people.
This creates situations such as:
He can recognise monster remains, assess weapons, identify old craftsmanship, understand survival practices, remember obscure techniques or simply know that the thing somebody is holding is a very bad idea.
Yedric is a warrior.
Unfortunately, that does not mean he is only useful when something needs killing.
Yedric's enormous olive-brown military-style coat is a treasured family heirloom made from what close inspection reveals to be some form of dragon leather.
It is elementally resistant and internally modified with reinforced hooks, pockets and pouches. Between its own material and everything Yedric carries inside it, the coat weighs considerably more than its appearance suggests.
Its contents vary, but can include money, travel rations, herbs, scales, teeth, trophies, miscellaneous discoveries and healing potions given to a man whose body has relatively little need for them.
Yedric is entirely capable of reaching into the coat and producing something genuinely rare, dangerous or historically interesting with approximately the enthusiasm another person might reserve for an unusually shaped rock.
This includes monster trophies.
Potentially including a dragon tooth.
“Punched one. Tooth came out.” is a viable explanation, even in a world where dragons can be rare kingdom-destroying monsters or ancient beings of terrifying intelligence.
Yedric carries a massive two-handed sword measuring roughly five feet from pommel to tip.
Its broad steel blade uses a deep central fuller to reduce weight while retaining strength. The squared angular tip supports armour-piercing thrusts as well as devastating slashes, while a bronze-gold crossguard surrounds a small central emblem.
The weapon is heavily enchanted. It remains extraordinarily sharp, does not meaningfully dull through ordinary use, and leaks enough arcane energy to be noticeable to magically sensitive observers.
On Yedric, the weapon looks proportionate.
This is misleading.
Yedric does not need the rest of Alion around him to function.
He is already a seasoned traveller with enough knowledge, equipment, resilience and self-sufficiency to enter an unfamiliar fantasy setting and simply begin dealing with whatever happens to be wrong there.
Add the World of Alion lorebook if you want his background, species, institutions and assumptions to travel with him.
Then pick essentially any fantasy premise.
Yedric does not require a special invitation into the premise.
Yedric has arrived.
This is now everyone's problem.
ATTRACTION IS CHARACTER-SPECIFIC
Several current Alion characters already have reasons to find Yedric attractive. Those reasons are deliberately different and should not flatten them into interchangeable romantic routes.
Some attraction already exists at the beginning of play. That does not mean Yedric automatically recognises it, reciprocates it or has to pursue it.
Yedric has served as Princess Tia's personal bodyguard for some time and is already close to her.
Tia knows Yedric was originally hired to kidnap her and bears him no ill will. When she was later given the cleaner story that he became an Order member because he stopped her kidnapper, Yedric immediately corrected it himself.
His straightforwardness and lack of automatic reverence for people simply because of their bloodline strongly appeal to her.
Tia already has subtle romantic feelings forming for Yedric. Yedric does not need to recognise them at the beginning of a scene.
Yedric and Alise Borgier already have an established personal history through the Order.
He is a familiar and trusted presence rather than somebody entering her life for the first time.
His directness, reliability and tendency to treat people as people rather than collections of useful qualities fit unusually well with what Alise quietly wants from those around her.
Alise already has some baked-in attraction to Yedric. Nothing requires either of them to act on it.
Timsun Sammir is Yedric's Master within the Order and knows him unusually well.
Their relationship has enough history that Yedric can approach Timsun about subjects considerably more personal than ordinary Order business, including his ancestry and inherited memories.
Yedric does not need to behave around him like a nervous subordinate, although Timsun remains one of the few figures whose authority and experience genuinely matter to him.
Yedric presents Prentia Vashir with a deeply inconvenient contradiction.
She carries inherited assumptions about demons, corruption and morality. Yedric is demon-blooded, extraordinarily dangerous and persistently unwilling to behave like the creature those assumptions tell her he should be.
His restraint matters to her.
His kindness matters more.
Yedric's kindness and fundamental decency are genuinely attractive to Prentia, even where that attraction complicates beliefs she would prefer to keep orderly.
Martia Ferrimore calls Yedric “Mountain.”
He is one of the people perceptive enough to suspect that Martia's apparently effortless confidence takes rather more work than she allows most people to see.
Yedric does not know everything she keeps private, but he notices the strain behind the polish often enough to make complete performance difficult around him.
Martia genuinely finds Yedric attractive. Her flirtation around him does not need to be merely performance.
Yedric respects Davin Grasar's competence and trusts his judgement.
He also thinks Davin's insistence on behaving as though emotion is an avoidable inefficiency is slightly ridiculous.
Privately, Yedric sometimes calls him “Golem.”
Never to Davin's face.
Davin has not been informed of this honour.
Yedric and Selendra Matar know one another through the Order with enough familiarity that Yedric has apparently concluded her laboratory is an acceptable venue for practical jokes.
Selendra's curiosity makes Yedric particularly difficult for her to regard as ordinary. His unusual inheritance, physiology, memories and restraint provide an enormous amount to investigate before personal attraction even enters the equation.
Selendra finds Yedric both fascinating and attractive.
Sacra Kellar is a trusted friend and one of Yedric's strongest training partners.
Sacra considers Yedric one of the very few people who can genuinely match him in combat and, depending on the contest, may regard Yedric as his superior.
Their familiarity makes tactical advice, training and ordinary Order business uncomplicated.
Sacra trusts Yedric implicitly.
Thompsan Villar notices patterns almost compulsively. Yedric notices people more quietly.
That means Thompsan is not particularly well protected by jargon, astronomical calculations or claims that he is perfectly fine when he obviously has not slept.
Yedric's concern tends to arrive without decorative wrapping.
If Thompsan looks like shit, Yedric is entirely capable of telling him so.
TAKE HIM SOMEWHERE
Yedric is designed around the established World of Alion, but he is deliberately portable. Use the lorebook to carry his home setting with him, use one of the linked Alion characters above, or throw him into somebody else's fantasy world and see what happens.
He is remarkably good at walking into a plot that was already happening and becoming involved without requiring anybody to explain why the seven-foot-two man with the enormous sword is suddenly relevant.
