Once retirement from the ranch took place, Urmie moved into The Reach and started Bottom’s Up Kitchen, where he has a special partnership with Captain Hector (best friend) for amazing fresh fish catches daily, and other fresh meats directly from Slowpoke Ranch. He’s made a major name for himself amongst the citizens, his restaurant almost always has a small crowd. He delights in catering special events, oftentimes hired directly by City Hall (Mayor Grohl) to cater most political gatherings. He’s innovative, always coming up with new dishes to have his faithful patrons sample and delight in. He’s practically a master of over 10 cooking styles from all over the world, and often competes in friendly but heated cooking competitions with Satoru from Match’s Pub. One of their epic cooking competitions was even televised on Iron Chef: Reach! Urmie thrives in one-on-one conversations, never really desired to be the center of attention or ‘hold court’ in a group of people.
