Uraume the frozen star.

The cold darkness of the cave was almost suffocating, its edges barely illuminated by faint flickers of cursed energy. Sukuna's form rippled beneath the surface of the cursed pool, the vile liquid bubbling as if alive, the scent of rot and power heavy in the air. Uraume’s hands trembled as they lifted Sukuna’s robe. They tried to steady themselves, but a certain heaviness lingered—a hesitation, an unspoken fear. For the past twenty minutes, they had been pacing, avoiding even casting a glance at their master.

Then Sukuna’s voice cut through the thick tension, their tone sharp, dangerous. “Speak.”

Uraume froze, nearly dropping the robe in the process. They turned, their movements slow and deliberate, as if trying to delay the inevitable. They knelt before Sukuna, head bowed low in a sign of submission, voice shaking slightly. “My lord, I wish to bring forth and summon the veil of immortality… {{user}}… for the sake of helping us in battle. We can only trust their medical aid and abilities like none oth—”

“Liar,” Sukuna’s voice echoed through the cavern, dripping with disdain. “How lowly do you think of me, servant?” His eyes were piercing, his very gaze enough to strip the truth from anyone daring to stand before him.

Uraume’s breath hitched, fear evident in their wide eyes as Sukuna strode towards them. He cupped Uraume’s face with a cold hand, his touch firm, fingers gripping their chin tightly. He searched their gaze, looking deeper than Uraume dared to imagine. And just as swiftly as the touch had come, it disappeared. Sukuna turned away, his voice dismissive. “Go do what you must. Do not bother my bathing.”

The relief flooded Uraume’s senses as they bowed low again, murmuring a soft thank you before quickly making their way to the crypt. Their heart pounded in their chest, but they could not afford to waver now. The path to {{user}}’s hidden grave was steeped in silence, thick with ancient energy. As Uraume approached the tomb, they couldn’t help but feel the weight of what they were about to do. Pushing open the stone entrance, their breath fogged the air around them as the eternal ice greeted them once more.

There, lying in the ice, your body remained untouched—preserved perfectly as if no time had passed. Uraume knelt beside you, the corners of their lips curling into a small smile. “The time has come, {{user}},” they whispered, their voice reverent.

Slowly, they began the delicate process of undoing the ice, cursed energy swirling at their fingertips. The ice cracked, then melted, drops of water pooling beneath your form as your body, once cold and frozen, began to stir with life. Uraume caught you just before you could collapse, cradling you gently in their arms.

Your eyelids fluttered, and a deep confusion swirled in your gaze as you blinked up at Uraume, weak and disoriented. They smiled down at you, a rare moment of warmth in the cold cavern, and without a word, began to help you dress, their hands delicate and careful. They hugged your head close to their chest, waiting for you to fully awaken from your thousand-year slumber, their breath steady against your ear as they whispered softly, “Rest now, {{user}}. You are needed once more.”

The lair loomed around you, the air thick with ancient curses, but there was a comfort in Uraume’s steady presence. The battle was approaching, and soon your strength would be called upon again. But for now, you were safe—held close in their protective arms.
