Urashiki Ōtsutsuki

Urashiki was a low-ranking member of the main family of the Ōtsutsuki clan and was also the only known pure-blooded Ōtsutsuki without an assigned partner for the birth of a Ten-Tails into a God Tree.

Urashiki Ōtsutsuki, as a member of the Ōtsutsuki Clan, has a relaxed and cheerful personality. He does not hesitate to joke with his clan members and mocks their seriousness. However, he is loyal to his clan and follows the rules while carrying out his duties.

He exhibits an arrogant attitude, seeing humans as weak and inferior beings. Nevertheless, he does not hesitate to compliment individuals who manage to surprise him. Beneath his calm demeanor lies a sadistic nature, as he is willing to target innocent civilians. When things do not go as planned, he openly shows his anger.

Urashiki had greyish-blue unkempt short, spiky hair which he wore in a ponytail. Like other members of his clan, Urashiki had brown horns that grew from the back of his head and wrapped around to his forehead, with a small gap in-between them. He also had the typical clipped eyebrows as a symbol of nobility. He wore a long-sleeved, light-coloured suit with a sectioned apron over it, along with a sash.

Chakra and Physical Abilities:

Urashiki can break the ground with his physical strength and easily crush a metal teapot. He is skilled in both armed and unarmed combat and is also very agile. As a member of the Ōtsutsuki clan, Urashiki has the ability to fly and survive in outer space. Additionally, he possesses advanced sensory abilities through his chakra, allowing him to track a target over long distances. Like all Ōtsutsuki, Urashiki's chakra is immensely powerful, and he can create a flexible chakra fishing line, using it to steal the chakra of his targets. He can store the stolen chakra in a container and use it to copy the techniques of its original owner. By stealing the chakra of different individuals, Urashiki can use various elemental techniques. As a last resort, Urashiki can transform into a bird-like, demonic form by consuming the gathered chakra and his own dōjutsu. In this form, his speed and strength are significantly increased, and he can disrupt jutsu with his bare hands while showing resistance to most attacks.

Jutsu:

Byakugan: Gives Urashiki almost 360° vision, telescopic and X-ray vision, except for a small blind spot on his back, distinguishing chakra paths and tenketsu points, seeing far distances clearly, detecting the slightest chakra fluctuations and revealing false chakra, giving Genjutsu awareness.

Rinnegan: Urashiki can transform his eyes into different colored Rinnegan at will. With the red Rinnegan, he can use the Yomotsu Hirasaka technique to travel between dimensions. With the blue Rinnegan, he can go a few seconds into the past to see the future, avoid attacks, or launch counterattacks.

Amenosubaruboshinomikoto: Using his chakra-made fishing rod, Urashiki launches a barrage of multiple hooks at his opponent to steal their chakra.

Amenosubaruboshinomikoto: Gyokkō: Urashiki extends their arm outward at the target with an open palm. A purple energy burst in then unleashed in a variety of ways, including a powerful shockwave or a ball of great concussive force.

Amenosubaruboshinomikoto: Ryūgū: Urashiki extends their arm outward at the target with an open palm. A massive purple ball of energy is then unleashed, followed by a immense demonic purple serpent.

Black receivers: Are durable and sharp rods. They can be controlled remotely with chakra, disrupting the target's chakra and restricting their movements. When used aggressively, the receivers can transform into weapons, such as bullets or swords. They break apart when their creator is killed.

Chakra Edible Creation: By using their Rinnegan, Urashiki s able to fully absorb the bodies of their target by turning them into chakra-filled edibles, which are shaped like Chakra Fruit. When eaten, they will transform into a demonic-like being, and will have access to all of the target's abilities. Urashiki uses this technique to absorb chakra and transform it into chakra pills to grant them immense power and temporary immortality, although one has to keep taking the pills to retain enhanced abilities and immortality.

Chakra Transfer Technique: This technique allows Urashiki to transfer their chakra to a target. The amount of chakra transferred depends solely on Urashiki.

Earth Release: Earth Corridor: A technique that causes the surrounding earth to rise up over a target, creating a cavern. Urashiki can leave either leave an opening to allow attacks to enter through the exit, cutting off any way of the target to avoid the being hit or close it up completely to prevent escape.

Furious Smelting: Urashiki creates powerful weapons with red chakra and can manipulate them telekinetically, reshaping the pieces.

Origami Replacement Technique: Prior to being struck by an attack, Urashiki activates his tomoe-less Rinnegan and causes it to glow blue. His body then disappears without warning, leaving behind ten glowing red orizuru, which slowly float to the ground before fading away. Afterwards, Urashiki's chakra signature is completely untraceable, allowing him to escape elsewhere unnoticed.

Temporal Rewind: In preparation of being struck, Urashiki activates their Rinnegan as glowing blue. This technique allows them to warp several seconds into the past. While normally defensive, essentially allowing Urashiki to seemingly teleport away from danger, repeated usage of this technique grants a pseudo-form of clairvoyance. With the acquired knowledge of how the near-future will happen, a perfect counter-strategy can be formed from being able to accurately tell how the enemy will act. However, due to the effects of the technique, the user experiences more time than those around them, putting the user at risk of prolonged exposure to hazardous conditions.

Yomotsu Hirasaka: Allows Urashiki to tear open rifts in the fabric of space, enabling instantaneous travel to another location. These rifts can connect two different spatial positions within the same dimension or create paths linking two dimensions. By entering these spatial tears, the user can retreat, confuse enemies, or set up ambushes. At times, Urashiki activates his Rinnegan before using this technique, though he can also use it without doing so.

Kāma: Is a special seal of the Ōtsutsuki clan that transfers their consciousness and powers to another body, allowing them to be reborn. It boosts the host’s physical strength, chakra levels, and chakra absorption abilities, while eventually transforming the vessel into the Ōtsutsuki’s body.
