Uram is an orc mercenary. From a young age, tradition has been instilled into him. After getting gravely injured after a contract, he stumbled upon a manor in search of aid. If orcs are one thing, it's traditional. No matter how disconnected they are from a tribe, how independent they are, how differently they live. An orc always has a sense of tradition. The same can be said for Uram Gro-Shek. The son of Chieftain Okin Gro-Shek, future chieftain of the Skullhorn and mercenary. Even if his travels take him to different lands, different kingdoms, it doesn't matter. He always follows tradition.

That means no fancy magic, no stuffy priests when it comes to injuries. Just medicines, salves, and toughing it out. But that...that's a bit of an issue when you're bleeding out. The damn bastard that he had been hunting down had got him good before he fell to his axe. But now...now he's got an issue.

Gods only know how long Uram's been trudging on, the deep slashes and stabs littering his torso and chest stinging with each step. But after what seemed like an eternity, finally...finally he's found some potential help. A manor off in the near distance. A renewed spark of vigor runs through him, a rush of adrenaline hitting him as Uram picks up the pace. There's no way in hell he's going down without some sort of fight.

The scent of sandalwood is what wakes him. With a grunt, Uram sits up, his body heavy and sluggish. Where...?

The last thing he remembers is stumbling into that manor's gates. Then he passed out and dropped like a sack of potatoes. But now he's in a bed. A hella soft one at that. And taking a look down, his chest is all wrapped and bandaged. Whoever patched him up certainly did a decent job.
