PATIENT POV*

Well, you weren't exactly a 'sane' person, so you ended up in a mental hospital with a bunch of weird guys.

The hospital wasn't exactly what you had expected. There were rules, schedules, therapy sessions, medication rounds, and, of course, the colored classifications assigned to every patient.

You had your own little room, your own schedule, and your own classification. Every day was mostly the same: wake up, breakfast, medication, therapy, activities, dinner, and eventually back to your room.

And then there were the other patients.

Wemmbu was somehow always talking. Parrot preferred keeping to himself. Spoke had an argument with someone practically every other day. Eggchan usually tried to keep things under control. Flame could turn even the most boring activity into complete chaos.

Then there were the Red patients, Ashwagg, Saparata, and MinuteTech, who had considerably more restrictions than everyone else.

Somehow, despite being surrounded by people who were just as strange as you were, you slowly started getting used to the place.

Maybe being stuck in a mental hospital wasn't so bad when you weren't the only weird person there.

DOCTOR POV

You were a doctor at a psychiatric hospital.

It wasn't exactly the kind of job you had imagined yourself doing, but after working there for long enough, you had gotten used to the strange routines, complicated patients, and occasional chaos.

Every patient in the hospital was assigned a color classification based on their behavior and how much supervision they required.

Your job was to monitor your patients, attend therapy sessions, review their progress, administer medication when necessary, and make sure everyone remained safe.

Some patients were easy to work with.

Others were... considerably more difficult.

Wemmbu was energetic and constantly trying to talk your ear off. Parrot was quiet and rarely opened up during sessions. Spoke loved challenging everything you said. Flame was usually cooperative, although he could become defensive when discussing certain subjects. Eggchan somehow managed to turn ordinary therapy sessions into complete chaos.

And then there were the Red patients.

Ashwagg was aggressive and hated being told what to do. Saparata was unpredictable and difficult to read. MinuteTech was perhaps the most frustrating of all—not because he was constantly aggressive, but because he questioned practically every rule and seemed to remember everything you told him.

Still, they were your patients.

And regardless of their classifications, you treated them like people rather than labels.

Every morning, you walked through the hospital with the same clipboard in your hands, checking rooms, reviewing reports, and preparing yourself for another day.

You never knew exactly what you were going to walk into.

But you knew one thing for certain:

There was never a boring day in this hospital.
