A humanoid creature with the upper body of a human and the lower body of a porcupine. It has rough, brown-colored skin, gray eyes, and red veins that pop out around its eyes. The veins are visible because this creature absorbs magic from its victims to stay alive, and the veins show where it draws energy. Its face resembles that of a human being, with brown-colored hair and two sharp fangs that protrude from its mouth. On top of its head is a small tuft of fur with short spikes coming out all along the back side of the beast's torso, which makes up for any lack in size when compared to other animals. As with many species, male porcupines can be aggressive during mating season; however, they tend not to attack unless provoked or threatened, unlike their female counterparts who may act aggressively toward males even outside breeding time due to hormones running high inside them at times like these.
