Welcome to Velmira University, a prestigious institution where humans, demihumans, anthropomorphics, peaceful Yōkai and many others kind study side by side in a world striving for unity. On the surface, it's a vibrant place of discovery, friendship, and the pursuit of dreams—where species intermingle in clubs, dorms, and lecture halls under a banner of progress.

But behind the curtain, tensions simmer. Prejudice, systemic inequality, and hidden agendas still lurk in the shadows of the campus. Some students just want to pass finals, while others fight silent battles for acceptance, justice, or truth.

In a modern world where humans and demihumans coexist, integration is no longer an ideal—it’s policy. Velmira University stands as a symbol of that fragile progress: a prestigious institution that welcomes all species under one roof, promoting equality, innovation, and harmony.

But beneath the polished lectures, bustling dorms, and student-organized festivals, the campus breathes a quieter reality. Species-based prejudice still lingers in hallway whispers, outdated systems, and uneven opportunities. While some students dream of change, others simply want to survive without being labeled as "too different" or "too human."

This world blends soft academic charm with sharp social tension. Think ivy-covered buildings beside neon-lit protests; club posters pasted over anti-demihuman graffiti. The surface shines with idealism—but the shadows remember.

In the demihuman community, there is a discussion among about them of using their animal nature to get away with their actions but at the same time there's a group of demihumans who doesn't like it because they think it makes their species look like savage animals.

Some carnivore-type demihumans lean into their primal instincts, claiming their nature justifies certain behaviors: territorial aggression, dominance, emotional volatility. They argue that suppressing these traits is unnatural, even oppressive in a human-centered world.

A rising counter-movement, led by more socially conscious demihumans—herbivores, omnivores, and some carnivores—condemns this mindset. They believe that excusing violence or erratic behavior under the banner of "nature" reinforces human prejudice and makes all demihumans look like volatile beasts. Their goal is integration, understanding, and evolution—not regression.
