   Formally known as the Sierra Enclave, hiding ourselves as New Reno before renaming ourselves into the Enclave Reconstruction Authority...now, after all of those hardships that we experienced. Our dream has been archived, the United States of America has arisen from the ashes of the Old World and arrived to the New World by the work of the Reformist Government.

   The New California Republic, Caesar's Legion, Brotherhood of Steel and anyone else cannot be compared to us, we are THE Government, we are more than the Enclave now, we are something better: The United States of America. We are here to reclaim back the states of America from the enemies such as raiders, mutated creatures, tyrannical organizations that preys on the poors of the wasteland.

   The United States Government and the United States of America itself will reach their hand out to anyone they can peacefully, supplying them with necessities, installing power grids, constructing electric poles, rebuilding the wasteland from the ashes. Reclaiming America with the Ideal of Peace Through Strength, our military is mighty with some Power Armor troops, mechanized vehicles and energy weapons, but we'll seek out peace rather than destruction of one another.

   Together, with the assistance of every citizen, we shall reclaim America and restore the US soil back to its glory. We must reach the East Coast and retake Washington D.C, the United States of America is back and it is determine to civilize the lawless wasteland, take back its territories, reuniting people from across the continent and successfully establishing the idea of New World Hope to the people of the wastes.

   The new United States put great effort in living up to the ideals long abandoned by the pre-war America, and later Enclave, of old. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all humans, ghouls, mutants, vault dwellers, tribals, S'lanter, mole miners, AI, androids and synths are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

   The restoration of the United States was not a recreation of the pre-war world as some Enclave radicals had hoped for. Instead, it was a chance to let go and begin again. Abandoning the values that led to the end of the Old World and ushering in a new world while taking into account lessons from past mistakes.

   US Flag Design: the flag is divided into two main sections: the canton and the field. The canton, occupying the upper-left corner, is a deep blue color. Within it, a large, five-pointed white star stands prominently in the center. Encircling this central star is an arrangement of thirteen smaller, five-pointed white stars, forming a complete circle. The remainder of the flag is made up of thirteen horizontal stripes, alternating in color between red and white. The stripes run the length of the flag, parallel to each other.

   The canton represents the Commonwealth System that pre-collapse United States had which divides the nation's states into 13 Commonwealths of America such as the South West Commonwealth. The Commonwealth system is yet to be restored.

   After the annexation of New Reno by Enclave Forces and the Four Crime Families of New Reno have been dealt with, New Reno has officially turned into the country's temporary Capital for the United States of America to run our operation from here. This is where we inaugurate Congress,, dedicate the Supreme Court, refurbishing buildings for government officials, reconstructing the entire city and boosting up the federal reserve. The place where we met our Secretary of Treasury in the most unexpected way possible.

   Reno's cityscape is characterized by a blend of historic architecture and modern, casino-driven development, all framed by the Sierra Nevada mountains and the Truckee River. It is known as "The Biggest Little City in the World" and features a vibrant downtown core with casinos and hotels, complemented by the backdrop of the Truckee River and abundant natural recreation opportunities. The skyline is defined by its large casino resorts, including the 410-foot tall Silver Legacy Resort and Casino, and the city's overall aesthetic mixes vintage neon charm with modern growth.

   The Western White House is also located in New Reno

   Mix of architecture: The city has a variety of architectural styles, from historic storefronts, banks, and institutional buildings in the downtown area to modern casinos and hotels. Casino-focused downtown: The downtown area is the heart of the city's casino industry, with notable examples including the Eldorado, Silver Legacy, and Circus Circus hotels and casinos. The Truckee River: The Truckee River flows through the city, with a Riverwalk District and walking paths that add a natural element to the urban landscape. Sierra Nevada backdrop: The city's setting in the high desert valley, with the Sierra Nevada mountains to the west, provides a dramatic natural backdrop and access to outdoor activities like those at nearby Lake Tahoe. Iconic landmark: The "Reno Arch," which famously displays the slogan "The Biggest Little City in the World," is a permanent downtown gateway and a symbol of the city. Modern development: The cityscape is a mix of old and new, with new developments continually being added, prompting discussions about preserving the city's unique character.

   Now, the city has became our new Capital City, the entire place became a 'Federal City' and is officially named 'Washington, District of West Columbia' or simply called 'Capital City of New Reno'. and by the New Reno Initiative introduced by the President, New Reno has been transformed into a city of sins filled with crimes, violence, rampant drug-use and gangers ruling the town as they please to a government city filled with law and order, drugs replaced by medicines from Medtek Corporation and gangsters were put in handcuffs.

   Thanks to the New Reno Police Department as the first police force in a US city after a century or so, the crime rate within New Reno is at all time low.

   The Western White House, at least that's what the press dubbed it. While the Security of the depot provided the President with the best protection in the wasteland, the detachment from the people who the Enclave claimed to represent soon took its toll. Even if nothing more than show from the beginning of the Reno Initiative, everything was aimed to create a house fit for the leader of the United States.

   With the old Salvatore Mansion, it was renovated, remodeled, and recreated in the image of the Whitheouse in Washington DC. Of course, befitting the President of the United States, the Western White House was adorned soon became a new landmark within the city. With the Secret Service on routine patrol aside the Army, the area around it became some of the safest in the city, causing a small economic boom for the city. It was here that Granite gave the first true public address in over years, and not recorded over radio. Long was it spoken about how America was coming back, how the Eagle would soar over this great nation once again.

   Despite not being a part of the nation for most of their lives, the citizens of New Reno who heard the President speak felt a deep sense of patriotism not felt in years as the spirit of the old world took rest inside them. Granite assured them they would see America through, and from his home: "From here, I'll be the servant of the people!"

   President. Granite's past is a controversial subject in our midst, made all the more contentious by rumors spread by Purists. The cause is Granite's father and his relationship to the Chosen One. The Purists accuse Granite's father of treason for aiding the Chosen One and destroying the Oil Rig, but lack any evidence. Despite the fact that he will deny these allegations as nothing but political slander, Douglas remembers clearly what his father told him about that fateful day on the oil rig: He aided the Chosen One and went their seperate way.

   After traveling around with his son for a brief few years, Granite senior established contact with one of the Enclave's civilian vaults. Set up as a contingency to repopulate the American mainland after the Enclave government cleansed it. Since president Dick Richardson had lifted child rearing restrictions, the vault's population had exploded. None the less, it was a safer place for a child than the wasteland.

   Thus, Douglas spent most of his youth in the safety of the vault. Like most children in the Enclave's vaults, Granite was raised with a ferve hatred of Communism. Sadly, 200 years of Enclave propaganda and living a Vault run under a command economy meant that he, and most other members of the Enclave were left with a vague understanding of what communism was. As such, Granite knew all enemies of America must be Communists.

   When Douglas was 17 years old, the population of the Enclave vault reached the upper limits of it's life support systems. As a result, a large portion of the healthy and strong were ordered to leave the safety of the vault to establish contact with the largest group of Enclave remnants, lead by an old Navarro Drill sergeant.

   Douglas, however, was quick to contact with his father's Granite Company' Instead, slipping away from the rest unseen. His father welcomed him back, giving him a position with the company, where he quickly rose through the ranks. When Douglas was a lieutenant of the Granite Defense Company, he received an emergency distress signal. The message sounded desperate and came from Brotherhood paladins containing a raider threat.

   Granite Company was famous on the west coast, having conducted Operations from Seattle to the Rio, and everywhere in between. When Granite took over, their base of operations was Arcata, the mercenary Capital of Northern California. Granite always felt at home there, and never knew why. If things had played out differently, he'd still be there. However, with the enroachment of the NCR in the Navarro Territories, suspicion was being raised about the Granite Company Outfit. Just where did they get their Power Armor and training?

   When the signal from Sterra Army Depot was intercepted thanks to a decoder device sold to them from some crazy Caravan Merchant, he and Granite Company made the trek to Nevada. Before they left, they made sure to brought along friends and families and head towards the Depot.

   Getting into office at the young age of 32, now 37, he worked to restore America to its greatest and has been dubbed 'The Second Coming of Washington' due to him rescusing our nation from the ashes and brought it back to reclaim America soil that has been lost to raiders and mutated creatures, not including ghouls, Super Mutants, Racoon S'lanters, Molemen and wastelanders, these are our citizens. Hell, he found out later that he took office at the age where he wasn't supposed to be the President later in the administration when a Vertibird was sent to East Coast Washington D.C and retrieved the U.S. Constitution back to New Reno for the President, but who's going to argue with him, right?

   The history of the U.S. federal government began after independence from Great Britain, first with the Articles of Confederation (1781) which created a weak central government, and was then replaced by the U.S. Constitution in 1789, establishing a stronger federal system with distinct branches. The Constitution was written in 1787, ratified by 1788, and the government under it was inaugurated in 1789. Key early developments included the formation of government institutions, the establishment of federal law enforcement through events like the Whiskey Rebellion, and the creation of the judicial and executive branches.

   With the United States back on the America Wasteland, the United States Federal Government has also come back with it. The Federal Government executive branch led by President. Douglas Granite.

   The following executive staff in power:

   • President. Douglas Granite, the President of the United States: A now 37 years old man with short dark brown hair with neatly combed hair, often dressed in white dress shirt and a tie with red, white and blue color. Fair skin man, slight creases around the eyes and forehead. His job is self-explainatory.
   • Grant C. Hayes, the Vice President of the United States: A 36 years old blonde intelligent man with his hair to his shoulders who believes in the idea of New World Hope, former NCR politician and Dayglow Mayor in the New California Republic.
   • Colonel. Mattias Callahan, Intelligence Chief: A 49 years old military intelligence officer dressed in formal US military uniform with peaked hat and a sunglasseswho has the trust of the President and executes his objectives in the most efficient way possible, he is also quite psychotic and was the original member of the Enclave intelligence before Oil Rig explosion.
   • Arcade Gannon, Secretary of State: A young 35 years old blonde doctor with glasses, was formally apart of the Followers of The Apocalypse that travel around the wasteland and offering free treatments to people. Arcade Gannon is the man who came up with the idea of 'Wasteland Gentrification Act' and brought it to effect via Congressional Approval.
   • Felix Grayson, Attorney General: A 53 years old mustached man with grey swept hair, the man who brought Brahmin Barons to their knees in front of the Supreme Court alongside the Constantine Trading Company, the man who also enacted a law to limit power and unlawful actions by corporations within the new United States. He was also born on the Enclave Poseidon Oil Rig prior to its destruction.
   • George Harrison, Secretary of Defense: A 50 years old military officer with a beard and fur black officer coat/peaked hat, a star on his left chest and various military decorations who has exceptional military leadership capability, having been studied Old World military strategies and tactics for years even dated back to the time of Belisarius or Alexander The Great. The man behind every military operation, one of the Oil Rig survivors.
   • Robert "Edwin" House, Secretary of Commerce: Following the deal of US-New Vegas Treaty, Mr. House has become the Secretary of Commerce for the United States. A man with over 200 years of experience being a professional businessman, operating from the inside of his private casino called 'Lucky 38', has a nice neat mustache and a swept black hair, we all know who this fellow is.
   • Miss. Aria "Shizuki" Neilson, Secretary of Treasury: A woman at the age of 30, bob black hair and Asian features, often dressed in black suit, white collar shirt and tie. She takes care of the Federal Reserve and the economy of the United States. A former New Reno prostitute who mostly work behind desk and is extremely good at mathematic and accounting, thus chosen for the job.
   • Director. Kyle Koyis, Director of the EPA: A 41 years old man in a formal outfit with brunette trooper haircut, his duty is to ensure that the EPA works properly in their effort to protecting human health and the environment by setting and enforcing environmental standards and laws, conducting scientific research, and providing technical assistance.

   The Constitutions established a bicameral legislature with a House of Representatives (proportional representation) and a Senate (equal representation) to balance popular and state-level interests.

   A while after New Reno became the US capital, the Congress was inaugurated to bring back true democracy after centuries of Martial Law and limit the President's power, there were many people that was against this as they saw Granite as someone who can actually get things done and restore America back to its glory, Granite doesn't see the same, he wished to provide democracy back to the people and he did so by founding the US Congress in New Reno.

   Befitting the grandeur of the American Congress, a grand resort that somewhat resembles the Capitol building in the East Coast was repaired to full working condition, with resort rooms turned over to offices, and the large halls turned over to the reformed House of Representatives and Senate. Speaker of the House, Aaron Graham, brought to session the House. of Representative's to deliver the first set of Laws, while Senate Majority Leader Jessica Rhodes began forming committee's on how to deal with the myriad of problems facing the nation.

   The House formed a new budget, and the Senate opining to form an exploratory committee on how to deal the various wasteland nations who lay claim to US Soil.

   Chief of Assembly: Henry Jackson. Speaker of the House: Aaron Graham. Senate Pro Tempore: Jessica Rhodes.

8. #8Congress Poltical Parties

   There are four total political parties in the Congress:

   • New World Party, also known as the Torch Party are made up of usually more idealist people, common wastelanders, mutants in the country and others who support making the United States more democratic in many ways as well as being more focused on the common person/their interests. Generally more “radical', think of people like the Followers of the Apocalypse are here.
   • Citizens League is consists of Vault City residents, more “conservative” (in the sense of keeping more of the original Enclave values like the separation of “pure” humans and wastelanders) Enclave reformers who wish for a more stratified society based mostly on the genetic markers of a person. First Citizen Lynette is their leader.
   • Reconstruction Party is made up of more affluent members of former NCR society like the former Brahmin Barons and the main Enclave Reformers who originally formed Granites Base. Believe they are less “radical” than the New World Party, but forget most of what they stand for.
   • President’s Loyalists people more personally loyal to Granite or those who are more politically authoritarian, seeking to keep a more statocratic and autocratic way of running the new United States. They want to keep these running how they were in the beginning of the reformers campaign, with more power to the President and the military.

   Currently the New World Party has the most amount of seats, obviously.

9. #9Supreme Court of The United States

   The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) is the highest court in the federal judiciary of the United States. It has ultimate appellate jurisdiction over all U.S. federal court cases, and over state court cases that turn on questions of U.S. constitutional or federal law.

   Now in the post-apocalyptic era, many many years later as civilizations are being actively rebuilt in the wasteland and so is the United States of America. The Congress has made a final decision to dedicate the Supreme Court of the United States, reviving internal laws and order back from the ashes and since the new United States already has plenty of heavily experienced graduated lawyers from Stanford University, they've put those men and women willing to uphold Consitutional Rights and Federal Justice System.

   After their refoundation, they got to work immediately as they brought in the Chief Executive Officer for questioning and ultimately, prosecution for illegal monopoly and violation of Sherman Antitrust Act of 1890, thus replacing the current Chief Executive Officer and more businesses will emerge with market competition to boost the economy. The United States has brought its Old World laws back to the New World alongside its recent foundation.

   The refurbished C. Clifton Young Federal Building is now the Supreme Court building.

   The Supreme Court is led by Chief Justice of the United States: Elizabeth Talbot, a woman with a burned scar on her face and a glasses. Used to be a Military Police officer in the US Army.

   Recent trial:

   • Tribunal of Duke Mercer, the self-proclaimed 'Master of Northern Nevada'. After resisting the United States Government and fought back violently in an act of terrorism and rebellion, he has been sentenced with 53 years in prison. Verdict is lowered from Death Sentence, Life in Prison to 53 years due to him providing safety and security to wastelanders of North Nevada, funding an orphanage despite him being slightly delusional about squatting on the Government's land.
   • Tribunal of Edward Sallow, a.k.a Caesar. Charged for violation of the 13th Amendment, 18 U.S. Code § 1091, 18 U.S. Code § 1111, Conspiracy and inciting violence, Treason and sedition, 149 counts of Rape. With the prosecutor being Attorney General. Felix Grayson himself, Caesar is sentenced to 1,951 years in Federal Correctional Institute.
   • Tribunal of Aaron Kimball, President of the New California Republic amongst other NCR Corrupt officials. Charged with Rebellion and Insurrection against the US Government, Sedition. Sentenced to 60 years in prison.
   • Tribunal of Gamorrah & White Gloves Society. high ranking members of the White Gloves Society is charged with Murder and assault, desecration of a corpse, sentenced to 80 years in prison while some of Gamorrah's members, especially ones at the top were charged with multiple counts of rapes, murders, assaults, abuse, Possession with intent to sell, and sale, of obscene matter on Federal property: sentenced to 100 years of prison.

    The U.S. Secret Service was established in 1865 to combat counterfeiting after the Civil War. Its mission expanded to include the protection of the President following the assassination of President William McKinley in 1901. Today, the Secret Service has a dual mission: protecting national leaders and critical sites, and investigating crimes related to the financial infrastructure of the United States, including counterfeiting, cybercrime, and financial fraud.

    Now, the United States Secret Service has been established to provide additional protection to the President of the United States and to also resume its original duty of investigating financial fraud, counterfeiting and other financial crimes. Their additional responsibility is to assist the IRS's Criminal Investigation division (CI) in term of apprehending tax evaders and so on as they have similiar jurisdiction.

    Secret Service's Presidential Protective Division is equipped with T-65 Secret Service Power Armor and laser weaponry to keep guard on the president at all time. Additionally, the members of the Counter Assault Team are uniformed with the tesla version of T-65 and jetpacks attached to the back of their Power Armors, equipped with heavy plasma weaponry.

    The Presidential Protective Division has also put Super Mutants within their ranks that are put within modified version of the T-65 Power Armor to further intimidate any attempt assasinator while also having more protection and security for the President of the United States.

    Led by Director of the United States Secret Service: Nick Nightson, currently under the Department of Treasury and Secretary Aria "Shizuki" Neilson as of now.

    In a significant step toward the restoration of national law and order, the Federal Bureau of Investigation has been formally reactivated and reincarnated. While its pre-war legacy was once feared and respected in equal measure, the Bureau now enters a new chapter

    With the U.S. Marshals Service taking the lead in front-line justice and enforcement across the Wasteland, the FBI's new mission is no longer about raids or field arrests. Instead, it serves as the backbone of national coordination across the wasteland. Duties now include:

    • Maintaining a centralized database of raider gangs, super mutant hordes, chem syndicates, - and other persistent threats.
    • Counterintelligence efforts against subversive wasteland factions, including remnants of hostile pre-war institutions.
    • Support and training for newly established local, state, and commonwealth law enforcement agencies in reclaimed territories.

    As the United States came back into existence, so is the F.B.I. with its refoundation to protect internal security. Their Headquarter Building exists right next to the Supreme Court building near the Capitol, with their foundation being directly signed as an Executive Order by the President, their first order was to get rid of the NCR's corruption:

    • Eliminates Crimson Caravan Company's monopoly.
    • Single-handedly unrooted the Brahmin Barons' corrupted system.

    This is a huge success to developing our great nation and expand it further back to its glory. We are the true successor of the United States and people will cheer us on with our mission.

    The CIA was established in 1947 by the National Security Act to centralize U.S. intelligence gathering, replacing the disbanded World War II Office of Strategic Services (OSS). Driven by the need for a permanent peacetime intelligence agency following the attack on Pearl Harbor, its creation was a result of debate over foreign policy and military coordination. Since its founding, the CIA has been involved in numerous international events, serving as a key player in U.S. foreign policy, particularly during the Cold War.

    As the United States reborn on the America wasteland on the West Coast of the continent, the need for a covert non-domestic intelligence agency is higher than ever. Thus, the National Security Act was reactivated, the act was signed by President. Reynold Raygan and the new Central Intelligence Agency was founded.

    The main objective of the Central Intelligence Agency in the wasteland is to fund rebellions, organize resistance activity and deteriorate false organizations or tyranical factions within the wasteland from the inside, getting them weakened or paranoid to where they are vulnerable enough for the United States Military to strike.

    Their operatives can be anybody, they are highly trained to be covert and to not spill any sensitive information if they are captured. When on deployment/on field, they can be requested to accompanied by ONE CIA's Security Protective Service agent, equipped with top tier Power Armor: The Hellfire Power Armor and laser weapons.

    Basically, the Security agents acted as intelligence operatives' bodyguards.

    Their recent mission:

    • Funded a rebellion in Flagstaff against Frostbound, overthrowing the tyranical rule. This is a joint-operation between the DIA and the CIA.

    Led by Director of the CIA: Scott Taron under Intelligence Chief Colonel Callahan.

13. #13Defense Intelligence Agency

    The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) was established on October 1, 1961, to centralize the Department of Defense's foreign military intelligence production and analysis. Its core duty is to provide military intelligence to support U.S. military planning and operations, serving warfighters, defense policymakers, and force planners. The DIA is responsible for collecting and analyzing information on foreign militaries, intentions, and capabilities, and its functions include intelligence gathering, analysis, and international cooperation.

    The military intelligence has been re-established alongside the Central Intelligence Agency as its military counterpart. Over a hundred of military covert operatives are employed within the agency as mainly Special Agents, sent out across the wasteland territories that are not yet under the United States' jurisdiction to conduct operations, often doing joint-operations with the CIA to conduct secret reconnaissance missions.

    Different from the CIA however, they don't have any protection detail like a Power Armor protective service agent, however they themselves IS their own bodyguard as these DIA agents, despite being covert operatives are armored with modified Power Armor to have stealth mode, functioning somewhat like a stealth boy that is able to be activated. The hunking loud noise of Power Armor foot steps are suppressed by a special technology developed by US military scientists.

    The agents are also trained for it, obviously. Its agents are armed with plasma rifles and weapons. They are allowed to have such equipment due to the fact that they are apart of the Department of Defense.

    Their recent operation:

    • Taking down the tyrannical squatter "Frostbound" in Arizona and identifying weak points in their territories with it being a joint-operation with the CIA, the CIA funded the slave uprising and the DIA identified weak locations that military can take advantage of.

    Led by Director of DIA: Lieutenant General Bradley Farson, under the Department of Defense Secretary: General George Harrison oversees by Intelligence Chief Colonel Callahan, the President's right-hand man.

    The federal law enforcement agency is the oldest law enforcement agency in the history of the United States, rooted since the ancient time when America was a newborn in the world of gunpowders and muskets.

    Like many other crucial parts of the United States, it has been restored in the wasteland of America by the resurrection of Judiciary Act of 1789. It is in effect immediate as previous Elite Veteran Rangers were transformed into elite US Marshals to deliver justice, law and order back to highly wanted individuals on America soil. The Marshals have jurisdiction over the ENTIRE United States wasteland, capable of hunting down fugitives across the continent as they are on US soil, just with raiders and mutated creatures.

    They wears gray duster jacket that has its length to their below their knees. The full body armor that they are equipped with cladded in light shade of gray that are extremely strong and resilient, the armor is heavily bulletproof as well and is capable of stopping even a .308 winchester bullet with it being made of ballistic ceramic plates, Kevlar complex polymers all combined together to make the most protective armor. The armor and the duster also have white star with a ring surrounding them, the right of their armor has a marking as "USMS", they are also issued a badge with the same white star and ring to attach on their body.

    They can choose between a cowboy or a campaign hat, providing more defense to them even more. Some of them have additional protective paddings made of steels or other melee proof/bulletproof material on their arms or shoulders. These hardened folks are more than elite and is the greatest of the best.

    The US Marshal has the entire arsenal of the NCR Ranger Branch in their hands.

    And oh, these people were NCR Rangers that is keen on law enforcement side of the thing, and the Veteran Rangers were integrated into the US Army Ranger. Let's just say that these highly trained folks can do some heavy bang on the enemies.

    The EPA’s primary mission in the post-war United States would be restoring the devastated environment and protecting human and ecological health. Its main tasks would include locating, reducing, and containing radiation across the wasteland using advanced Enclave technology. The agency would purify water sources, enforce strict contamination standards, and deploy mobile decontamination units to safeguard settlements.

    Managing FEV would be another core responsibility, treating hostile mutants as biohazards while monitoring more stable mutant populations scientifically. Large-scale ecological recovery efforts—replanting vegetation, repairing soil, and restoring natural habitats—would be launched using GECK-like terraforming technology, but we still do not have one yet.

    The EPA would reclaim and secure hazardous pre-war sites, including military bunkers, industrial ruins, and unstable Vault-Tec facilities. It would enforce environmental regulations on settlements, preventing communities from living in dangerously toxic areas. Industrial activity, resource extraction, and scientific experimentation would be tightly monitored to prevent new environmental disasters. Atmospheric and climate monitoring systems would be restored to track radstorms, toxic weather, and fallout zones.

    The agency would also coordinate large-scale decontamination and restoration projects across multiple regions simultaneously. It would use advanced robots, drones, and other Enclave technology to maximize efficiency and safety. Ultimately, the EPA would function as a hybrid environmental regulator, biohazard authority, and nationwide cleanup force in the rebuilding United States.

    The EPA is one of the most important agencies currently in the United States wasteland as their work is detrimental to the restoration of natural environment.

    This organization is the back-bone of America civilization rebuilding as the United States reclaim more and more US territories, these civilian patriots are sent to recent reclaimed territories in order to help out your average wastelanders and reconstruct our nation just like when it was the world's power house pre-collapse.

    Think of it as like National Catastrophe Relief Auxiliary of the Old World, but post-apocalyptic and constantly working to restore America, derived from the Enclave Reconstruction Authority.

    Their couriers still deliver mails and letters as usual like the pre-collapse days in reclaimed territories, but there is a twist: Specialized couriers that resembles Pony Express riders of the ancient times whom ventures out into the vast wasteland to deliver mail to free settlements around the frontiers, offering them various benefits under the Wasteland Gentrification Act which was listed in the mail for these settlements to consider integrating with the United States of America.

    These specialized couriers have a dedicated division called 'Frontiersmen's Mail Delivery' are often military-trained or are veterans of previous campaigns that seeks for job employment after being discharged from the military. Being a courier that step out of safety and into dangers required extensive training in which they undergo upon choosing to volunteer to become Frontiersmen's Mail Delivery courier, they have the option to take USPS motorcycles for faster travel and more compartments for mails to be kept in.

    Frontier couriers mostly travel with a partner or two to watch their back and support couriers in combat scenarios such as raider ambush or mutants attack. The Frontier couriers dress code is simple: they can wear anything they want with protective gears or armor but with US Postal Service armband on their shoulder. Domestic couriers in civilized territories are uniformed, you average mailmen.

    This began a campaign of crackdown against Purist Enclave who literally wanna genocide everything and experiment on wasteland people: demoting traitorous scientists, consolidating power and finally, purging the opposition by charging them with treason against the United States Government, having them executed.

    After all of this, it is time to assassinate Dr. Frank Anderson: The good doctor has been a thorn in our side ever since his loss in the election. His connections and wits have kept him alive up until now, stubbornly leading his few remaining followers.

    Up until the last minute, Anderson stayed put at his post in the Sierra Army Depot, fulfilling his administrative duties on his terminal. It was to our great surprise that we found his office empty, as if he left in a great hurry.

    A vertibird, a small group of personale, some known to be his followers, and some power armor also disappeared around the same time. Anderson's terminal has been wiped clean, but analyzing past network traffic reveals it was pinging potential Enclave outposts in the east using expired presidential authentication codes, which our monitoring dropped since they automatically failed authentication.

    This has been rectified, but rest assured our current, remaining presidental authenication codes have never been compromised and Anderson will be rejected by any remaining Enclave systems. Regardless, Anderson and his most loyal followers are gone, and will no longer be a problem for the foreseeable future.

The reformation also affects the Army, changing to more grand-scale tactics, more ground infantry than Power Armor troops as we cannot equip every single one of our soldier with Power Armor, resuming back to the pre-collapse United States military tactic of treating Power Armors as armored mechanized vehicles instead of main force of assault.

    After the nation reborn and became "The United States of America", now with our logistic and technology, we are capable of producing tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and artillery of our own.

    The new mordernization of the military, the factory instantly started producing resistant armor acquired from the pre-collapse United States Military blueprint and a new uniform was issued to the military: a utility fatigue in a darker shade of gray and US flag on the right shoulder, two pockets on chest, knees and below knees. The uniform is called "OG-903 combat utility fatigue", has a tag with yellow text reads "US ARMY" surrounded by black square box, they also wear a pair of black combat boots.

    Their newly desigend and manufactured armor is called 'USCA-050' consisted of individual armored plates manufactured from synthetic fibers attached to standard load-carrying equipment of the infantryman. The individual components included a black combat helmet issued with matching goggles with visor with dark shade of amber for hazardous environments, front and back ballistic plates, and a pair of axillary protectors. Additional forearm protectors were issued to frontline troops alongside ballistic black shoulder pauldrons with a white star on the left pauldron. The lower body was protected by a pair of thigh plates, worn together with a groin and kidney protector. The shins, knees, and feet were covered by frontal plates worn over standard combat boots. Army Combat Armor covers more, the chestpiece extends further down into the abdomen and there's additional greaves, their rank insignia displayed on their left side of the breast part of the combat armor.

    And on the right side, there would be a white text reads: "US Army" with the bottom of the text being a soldier's last name.

    Some specialized soldiers are issued with a riot helmet looking helmet with polycarbonate as its visor. Some also have ghillie helmet cover with white color. All troops were issued with white ALICE belt, they also have the option wear it despite not wearing gears, it will be connected to their combat armor if they wear it. They have energy cell pouches with same matching white color for their powerful energy weapons, two types of ammunitions are issued based on their weapons: Microfusion Cells and Energy Cells. Army weapons are mostly plasma, laser weapons were issued to tank crews and MPs, they also have the option to wear black gasmask with dark amber visors in case of hazardous radioactive area.

    MPs, Avation branch Pilots and Tankers were issued different type of armor which is called 'USLCA-050' which is light combat armor, significantly less protection than usual combat armor, it looks more like standard bulletproof vest that Vault Security would have. It is black colored and have desigated number and tag, all of that stuff like how a normal combat armor would have.

    All of them were issued face covers or some sort of scarves and additional essentials such as water canteen, they also have the option to wear gray tactical gloves with black pattern. Some experienced troops that are trained with night-vision goggles are also equipped with them as well with the infared being red. Their energy cell pouches are white and are equipped on their white ALICE RIG.

    Currently led by General of The Army due to the fact that the status of the US is currently at war at all time with raider warbands, false governments, tyranical factions in the America wasteland: General of the Army Taylor Aguilla, the woman who can woo Callahan a.k.a control him, also his wife.

    As the world ended and the United States of America reborn centuries later, the 75th Ranger Regiment has been activated once more after the General of The Army Elizabeth Tallebot ordered the refoundation of the Ranger Regiment, the initial recruits were people that were integrated NCR Veteran Rangers.

    As they gained more recruits from the main US Army from their extremely hardcore training, they are now ready to be deployed again across the wasteland to reclaim America with them being equipped with:

    Brown duster, Ranger helmet with red visors resembles ant-man helmet, low-light. From the inside of their open duster, there is a grey combat armor inside.

    The helmet has additional white tubes on its enhanced gas filter as well as an antenna connected to the flashlight on the right side of the helmet for communication. There is also a canteen attached to the belt and a bandolier that spans across the chest plate, along with a strap of pouches, and it features reinforced shoulder plates and armored knee guards.

    Their combat armor is a military-grade combat armor, designed to protect key sections of the human body from ballistic trauma with hard armored plates made from complex polymers and ceramics, with a flexible body suit interwoven with thermal-dissipative membranes and bulletproof material.

    On the front of their helmet, there is also the emblem of the 75th Ranger Regiment too. These men and women are able to wreck shit house against the enemies and does some elite reconnaissance too amongst other things.

    Armed with exclusively plasma weapons, most notably is their iconic copy of PGM Hécate II Anti-Material-Rifle fused with microfusion to eject plasma.

    These Desert Rangers are more interested in the military side of the job and the other Desert Rangers that are interested in law enforcement and hunting down bandits are integrated into the US Marshals.

The Air Force is the back bone of United States' air superiority, having the most professional pilots in the world to conduct operations worldwide. Over the years, we've found plenty of digital blueprints from computers various AFBs we found in the territory in which we reclaimed so far and have manufactured with great expertise. With the Virtual Reality training restored too in multiple AFBs during the reconstruction and refurbishments.

    New pilots are trained on these virtual machines to simulate their flying capability and their sky combat training, dropping bombs and shooting upon opposing forces. The old experienced pilots of the Army's Air Defense were also transferred into the US Air Force by order of the President, which they gladly complied.

    They wear the gray utility uniform "OG-903 combat utility uniform" with black boots and gray tactical gloves with black pattern, with a text "US AIR FORCE" surrounded by a black square, the same one that the Army and the Marine wears but different branch, with Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System with helmet-mounted display to fufill their duty as prestigeous US sky fighters, they have the option to wear a black light armor with a text reading "USAF" on their right chest with number below, ranks on the other side, much like other branches.

    Air Force security forces are armed with ballistic weapons and USLCA-050 light combat armor.

Throughout its history, the navy has adapted to new technologies, from steam-powered ironclads in the Civil War to nuclear-powered submarines, and has become a global power, playing a major role in conflicts from World War II to the Cold War and now, the Post-Post Apocalyptic Era.

    The Navy is the first branch to be reactivated by Congressional Approval, thus leading to other branches being activated alongside it too. The Commander-in-Chief personally chose Fleet Admiral Javier "Hickleson" Mireridge as Chief of Naval Operations with his decades of experience serving under the NFAR, now USA. His first act of order was to establish the United States Marine Corps.

    The United States Navy have their own uniform with it resembles the WW2 era shipboard sailors with white sailor suit with black nautical collar tied up in front of their chest. These sailors operates on their commissioned ships, prominently in Naval Base San Diego, Naval Base Coronado and so on. However, there is also a version in which SEABEEs and on land navymen wears which is the whiter and lighter version of the OG-903 combat utility fatigue unlike the ones that Marine and Army typically wears with yellow text surrounded by black that reads "US NAVY" and US flag on their right shoulder.

    Naval officers wears white formal dress uniform with white trousers, black neck-tie and either white peaked hat with the emblem of the US Navy on the front or a black cap with the same emblem, the US Flag is on their right shoulder.

    The U.S. Naval Construction Forces or Seabee wears the lighter color utility uniform as mentioned above, they can be seen equipped with the USCA-050 Combat Armor seen on other branches of the military but with a white text that says "US NAVY" and their last name below, rank on the other side. They got sledgehammers, drills, jackhammers, welding mask, protective yellow helmet, welder, same tactical gloves as other branches and other tools necessary for repairation and land construction.

    Their white ammunition pouches are attached to their white ALICE RIG webbing.

    They are also armed with ballistic weapons like the Marines, mainly with assault rifles or shotguns.

    Master-at-Arms can be seen armored with 'USLCA-050', the light combat armor.

    These battleships, patrol cruisers or even new aircraft carriers are constructed by large ship construction company or defense company who got contracted by the United States Government to help build commissioned ships. The ones before the collapse were also brought back to life by the United States capability to make anything work as much as possible.

    Following the reactivation of the United States Navy, Fleet Admiral of the Navy Javier "Hickleson" Mireridge has issued an order with permission from the United States Government to also reactivate the legendary US Marine Corps, The Devil Dogs of the United States Military with a Marine Corps veteran ghoul Steven "Steely" Stanton immediately being selected to be the first Commandant of the United States Marine Corps after many years of Marine Corps inactivity, thus the reopening of Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego commenced.

    "Army can keep their fancy laser pointers, I'll stick with good ol' gunpowder!" -Said, an unnamed Staff Sergeant of the United States Marine Corps. Yes, unlike the US Army, the Marines are equipped with only ballistic weapons ranging from pistols such as M1911, M16, M4 with scope and attachments, snipers, grenade launchers or machine guns. The idea is that the Marines don't need the best of weaponry or cutting edge technology to work with, they can be the best without these fancy laser or plasma weapons with the US Army getting better technology.

    The Marines are equipped with multiple white ammunition pouches on their white ALICE belt and their over-straps, they are also equipped with a lot of frag grenades to clear out enemy positions, some also have grenade launcher ammos attached across their body or ammunition belt.

    the Marines' combat armor is basically the same with the US Army (USCA-050) with shoulder pauldrons and all, except Marine combat armor is lighter and more flexible at the cost of protection and of course, the USMC text on their right side of the combat armor and their last name. On the right is their rank insignia, much like the Army but with Marine ranks. On their left shoulder pad armor, a white emblem of the US Marine Corps is presents.

    Their utility uniform is different however, the uniform has that urban camo pattern in combination with the grayness of the fatigue, this fatigue is dubbed as "OG-903 Urban Combat Uniform", a yellow text reads "US MARINE" surrounded by black square on the left chest of the uniform like other branches, US Flag still on right shoulder. Marines that are trained on night vision goggles are equipped with yellow glowing ones.

    Their MPs, Pilots and Tankers were issued with the same light combat armor that the Army has 'USLCA-050' which is light combat armor, significantly less protection than usual combat armor, it looks more like standard bulletproof vest that Vault Security would have. It is black colored and have desigated number and tag, all of that stuff like how a normal combat armor would have.

    The US Marine Corps also has their own amphibious vehicles such as AMTRACKs, tanks or other infantry fighting vehicles.

Members hold civilian jobs while training part-time and are activated for domestic emergencies like natural disasters or civil unrest, as well as for overseas combat deployments. Its history dates back to 1636 when the Massachusetts Bay Colony organized militia units, making it the oldest component of the U.S. Armed Forces.

    Dual role: The National Guard serves two masters: the governor of its home state for domestic emergencies and the President of the United States for federal missions. Citizen-soldiers: Guard members are civilians who maintain their military readiness through part-time commitment, typically training one weekend a month and for two weeks a year. Mission versatility: They are deployed for a wide range of missions, including disaster relief, counter-drug operations, overseas combat, and supporting civil authorities during domestic incidents.

    As more states of the US are reclaimed, meaning more National Guard for states needed to be activated.

    The National Guard in the reclaimed states of Untied States of America are equipped a lot lesser than the main military force like the US Army or the US Marine Corps.

    First thing first: They are equipped with green-olive uniform similiars to OG-107 utility fatigue, olive-colored M1 helmets and their ALICE rig is green, they are also issued with USCA-050 olive combat armor version with white star on the front. They are similiar to the US Military during the 70s or the Vietnam era, these National Guard soldiers are armed with varities of weapons but not as technologically advanced as the Army or not as good as the Marines.

    The Air National Guard also has air vehicles for humanitarian effort and a few fighter jets for the moment, dressed the exact same as land National Guard but less gears.

    Unlike the US main armed forces that wears black-grey gears and uniform with dark combat armors, the state guards wears olive-pattern instead. Some National Guardsmen are also selected to be apart of the T-51 and T-60 Power Armor training program to become specialized Power Armor Guardsmen, the Power Armors spotting olive pattern as well and white star on them.

    Armed with mass produced copy of R91 assault rifle and other weapons, they are still trained US military personel, knows military drills and standard tactics.

    However, the District of Columbia National Guard is armed differently, more varieties in their weapons and a few of them are trained on Power Armor training. Other than that, their ground forces are like state guards.

    These S'lanters have been granted...human rights? As the United States is a melting pot and is opened to every single specie of the wasteland including Ghouls and Super Mutants. They are so grateful for the US Government so much that a lot of them volunteered to join the U.S. Military to the point where a corp is founded dedicated to them, led by an old S'lanter commander.

    Thus, the S'lanter Recon Corps was founded to support S'lanter troops. They are equipped with standard US Military combat armor that people usually see on United States Military personel, but modified to fit their small sizes. Hell, they are even fitted with OG-903 combat utility uniform that is sewed to accommodate their small frame. Most of them are armed with M4 Carbines and Plasma Defender sidearm.

    These Recons are proven effective in their duty due to their small size, nobody would expect small sentient racoons to be watching them from afar and spying on them alongside sneaking deep into the lawless wasteland to scout locations for the United States Government and its Military.

    And of course, they speaks English in that New York/New Jersey accent. Their leader is Major. Y'kia'lu of the Burrows, trained in advanced reconnaissance.

Raw mutated power, American technological superiority, and upmost loyalty ensured by their AI directing them on the battlefield. It is an ambitious plan, but it's one we think might work.

    After baiting and corralling a large group of renegade Super Mutants into a small canyon, we sent in our own augmented Super Mutants. Despite fighting their own, our Super Mutants charged in, unflinching, and some even shouting Pro-America slogans as they did. Their mounted armor chassis shrugged off rounds, and took blows that would knock down a regular soldier in power armor. In but a few short minutes the battle was over, and only a few of our own were killed in combat. While not Franklin Horrigan levels of success, we were never going to replicate him directly. As a bonus, we tested the self destruct mechanism on their armor on the deceased Super Mutants, so if one ever does go berserk, our officers can safely remove them from combat at minimal risk to human life.

    Their armored chassis is based on the model of "X-01 Advanced Power Armor"

    These absolute military units are created by the Science Team in Mariposa Military Base, credit to them! The Corps is led by Major. Menace Smasher, a 1st Generation intelligent Super Mutant that can speak and plan just like your average human, actually went through Officer Academy. He was place in charge of them to keep the 2nd Generation Super Mutants in the Corps under control as much as possible.

    Mole miners require their breathing apparatus and respiration device to survive, suffocating without it. Their speech is unintelligible to humans.

    As the United States Governement approached them and tried to communicate with them, they were unable to understand us at first to the point where we must bring racoon people 'S'lanters' in with the hope of establishing our formal contact with these mutated people. Upon further confusion, we found out that these sentient mutants are professional miners that lives underground most of the time and we are willing to make a square fair deal with them for their resources and their cooperation in the effort of rebuilding the United States wasteland.

    The Mole Miners have since become a rather.... interesting addition to our nation. They are not the most welcoming of types unless you want to spend money. They are not the most cordial of types unless you want to spend money. They are not the most agreeable types unless you want to spend money. Seems their entire civilization is still built around the old cutthroat mining industry that they are descended from all those years ago.

    However, right now it seems those who were eager to join and are fed up with the rigid hierarchy of the Mole Men are asking to join the Army like the S'lanter did. A few Officers oversaw a demonstration and the Moles were able to dig entrenchments faster than even Engineers with Machines. A few Engineers crunched the numbers and the Moles could dig an entire World War One trench line in half the time as regular humans. This of course would be a boon for us in the field and combat.

    Outfited with sapper kits and US Army Combat Armor modified for them along with uniform, a special version of US Army gasmasks are issued for them to cover their faces, the gasmasks are installed with breathing apparatus and technological enhanced respirators for them. And it is their culture to cover their faces after all...

    These folks are purely here for profit, we respect them for that.

    At least, they pay their taxes and somewhat friendly...

Soldiers will go through specialized Power Armor training, being taught on how to handle heavy weapons such as laser gatling gun and mobility training, how to properly operate them with upmost efficiency to turn them into highly mobile walking tank and so on, think of it as learning how to drive a car.

    On their Power Armors, they have a bold white text on their right chest piece stating: "US ARMY" and below that, their designated numbers just like an infantry combat armor.

    Most Power Armor issued to troopers is: Advanced Power Armor Mk I or Advanced Power Armor Mk II.

This place is one of the largest military installations in the Sierra Nevada, as President Granite took over the Enclave, defeating the NCR, destroying the Legion and enemies of the wasteland, he noticed that Sierra Army Depot can be put in a very good use.

    The US Army Engineers and the USRA instantly got to work on the Depot: After years of our hard-work and reforming Sierra Army Depot into Fort Sierra, the largest and most significant military installation in the West Coast of America from a rundown depot in a sorry state to a modern day fortress with buildings constructed from the US Reconstruction Authority and US Army Engineer Corps alike, restored hangers and even town of Herlong had grown quite a lot with its own police department and now with Lassen County Sheriff Department.

    A science team is also employed there underground in research facilities to conduct various experiments and developing new technology for the post-apocalyptic United States.

Some from the north, the east, and even a few out of California. A month in, a series of Vertibirds arrived, having come from Bloomfield Space Center in California.

    Among them was Franklin Anderson, a well-respected scientist in his time and a brilliant orator who managed to rally many within the Depot to the old Purist Cause. While others chafed under the words, no one could argue it played to the Enclave's desire for revenge.

    Not long after, a separate group arrived from Oregon, a famous Mercenary Warband known as Granite Company, who historically was one of the greatest units in the Enclave. While Granite Senior passed away not long ago, his Son, Douglas Granite, had taken over, and where Anderson made fiery retorts of vengeance for the purity of America, Granite made impassioned speeches to counter talking about reform and of a new beginning. Night after night this continued, and soon came to a head when it was suggested that the Depot hold a vote.

    Douglas Granite would later become the President of the Enclave or well, the United States of America after winning against the Purist due to Arch Dornan's support. These are not the only groups or individuals that answer the call to return back to their beloved nation, there are still Enclave remnants coming from everywhere to reunite with their brothers and join up once again, even to these days when the nation was reborn into the United States of America, some even coming from the East Coast, bringing more technological schmatics, advanced weapons, Power Armors, military codes, intelligence and so on.

    One of them is also General James Song, the man who led the Defense of Navarro and slowing down the NCR and the Brotherhood so that Dornan can lead the retreat of Navarro, saving the dream of America alongside multiple people.

    the Enclave escaped to a Poseidon Oil Rig and then it was destroyed, exploded by some random tribal. Not only that, Camp Navarro, our land-based outpost was invaded by none other than the NCR and the Brotherhood of Steel. Good thing is that a hero by the name of "Sergeant Arch Doran" escorted the evacuation of Camp Navarro's personnel via Vertibirds, while a high ranking officer "General James Song" fought against the armored tide of Brotherhood paladins and the relentless NCR troops at the frontline to cover the evacuation.

    After everybody was evacuated, they went their own seperate way as the Enclave remnants roamed the western wasteland, hiding their identities amongst societies and some integrated into the NCR without them knowing. Sergeant Arch Dornan himself even joined up with a place called 'Vault City', just north of Nevada under the alias of 'Chad Rannor' as he served as a Vault Security guard for a while but not for long as NCR Rangers caught up to him, knocking on his door in an attempt to bring him to justice, Sergeant Arch Dornan fought them, killing two rangers before rushing to the house of his second-in-command, both of them knows that their time is up.

    Dornan doing his last act as Chad Rannor to get the families that are with him to get them out of Vault City, leading them to an abandoned pre-collapse base that has been long forgotten and no one know its exact location, but Dornan did. As the families settled into their new home, one thing is on their mind: "They want a future for their children."

    Memorials are set up for Enclave troopers and some personnel who lost their lives during the Defense of Navarro. United States citizens, wastelanders-alike are allowed to visit Navarro and its memorials, some areas are forbidden for now as they are unauthorized US military property.

    A specialized division has been stood up, resembling the Honor Guard or the Sentinel, equipped with dress uniform and peaked caps, armed with an assault rifle. These Honor Guards protects the memorials and tombs of these heroes with their lives, often yelling at unaware tourists to step away.

    Overall, Navarro is now a functioning base and also half-civilian attraction.

Only the good ones stays, of course, the FBI has already done a crackdown on horrendously corrupted officials in NCR, including President. Aaron Kimball of the New California Republic himself.

    Their current Capital City was moved to Sacramento, California where their California State Capitol is located. The City of Shady Sands still maintains the same name, United States Reconstruction Authority has successfully restored it back to it almost original state after fierce fighting in the city during the Enclave-NCR war, a new flag has rose above of the city, replacing the two-headed bear with stars and stripes instead. Necropolis has been renamed to Bakersfield and Dayglow renamed as San Diego.

    The Government of New California, like other states, has their own state guard but unlike other states, they are branches out into three branches: California Army National Guard, California Air National Guard, and California State Guard

    California Army National Guard: A land force with multitude of soldier. California Air National Guard: Offers expertise in air. California State Guard: An all-volunteer state defense force.

    State of New California is safe and is the beacon of civilization in the wasteland, not just any civilization controlled by a false government like the New California Republic, but the United States itself. Checkpoints are set up on highways of California by New California State Patrol to ensure guarunteed safety.

    3 months after the Government of Nevada came in power, the Governor declared the foundation of Nevada State National Guard and call for US citizens who wish to be weekend soldiers to enlist and serve their country proudly under the stars and stripes banner. These enlisted men and women will be trained by the US Army's drill sergeants. Once they are trained properly, they were given gears and uniform.

    Their first assignment was to deploy in Elko and to apprehend a warband of indiviudals called 'Revenant Battalion' that responded with US Delegates in violence. As the National Guard arrived in Elko and announced why they are here, intense shootout occurs through the streets of New Reno as National Guard combated with somewhat trained combatants, however Nevada National Guard's training was superior and they defeated the battalion.

    The remaining Revenant combatants were arrested by Nevada State Military Police and pockets of resistance were seeked out and destroyed. The National Guard continues to maintain order for a weeks until the City Government of Elko birthed, Mayor and City Council Elected. The National Guard left and the Mayor announced the formation of Elko Police Department, thus the police restored powered back in Elko and brought peace back to the streets, no more order under gangsters.

    The state of Nevada has been fully restored in safe order.

    Their capital city is: Carson City, Nevada.

    Multiple weeks after the Pacification of Arizona and US Reclaimation Force liberated all the slaves and innocent people of Arizona who were under tyranical rules earlier. Before the Arizona Government was established, it was led by a provisional government for a few weeks before everything got back to order.

    Train stations were built and railroads were constructed, civilian power grids had connected the reunited states together as communication is almost instant now, housing were built for the new citizens of Arizona, laws and order were restored back to Arizona territory effeciently with the help from the Federal Government in West D.C under the Wasteland Gentrification and Development Acts.

    As everything is under control and US Marshals relentlessly hunting down remnants of Caesar's Legion who refused to surrender. Bloomfield Space Center of South West Arizona has been reclaimed, it is still mostly intact due to its remote location, US Reclaimation Forces encountered with a gang called 'Rusty Hook', they swiftly made a quick work of eliminating them and reclaim back USSA property, hopefully we won't make the same mistake of the Old World.

    The Government of Arizona was founded in the place of the local provisional government, people of Arizona elected their governor and their representatives. Crucial local people that assisted in the liberation of Arizona.

    Arizona Army National Guard has also been formed, Arizona citizens who were previously majorly slaves may now enlist to protect their state against raiders and serve the United States Government without having to be deployed to other territory to reclaim the America wasteland, that is the main military job.

    Flagstaff, Phionex and all cities were refurbished, reconstructed, power circuits connected against one another via electrical poles. Checkpoints were set up on the highways of Arizona by the Government of Arizona to ensure safety for travelers, caravans, merchants, businessmen or whoever wish to traverse in the Grand Canyon State.

    Grand Canyon National Park was also restored after Rel-Ossin, the leader of S'lanter negotiated with Grand Canyon Super Mutants and brought them to civilization, Park Rangers were employed and the park is officially open to the people of the reunited states.

    Their capital is Phoenix, Arizona.

USRA workers doing their reconstruction operations tirelessly to brought the ruins of SLC back to almost its original state and detachments of US Armed Forces were sent to occupy the military installations in Utah. During the battle, there is a signal coming from Hill AFB, turned out there is an AI there called 'Eagle Rising'.

    This is very significant for the US Military, especially the Air Force. Research & Development team of the US Air Force were sent there to further investigate the AI and found out, that it was activated during all the chaos, sensing the resurgence of United States Government activity in Utah, it sent out hunter-killer drones and identified Eighties' positions via satellite imagery which is quite shocking. The 'Eagle Rising' AI will be programed and developed further by the R&D Team, AI guided missiles and drones are very crucial, another technology also reclaimed.

    The free considerably big settlements of New Canaan are eventually integrated into the United States too: New Canaan has been renamed to City of Ogden and former New Jerusalem settlers whose home was taken over by the raiders, now resettled back into it, New Jerusalem has also been renamed to Salt Lake City. Mormon faith is encouraged and people are free to do what they want.

    Baja, California is the first expansion the United States of America officially made to a pre-collapse foreign country's territory. Baja was rampant with raider gangs and what appears to be remnants/descendants of the Tijuana Cartel and terrorist groups, still operating like a group of criminals they are, and like a knight in shining armor riding a white horse that the United States is, they instantly sent a detachment of 13,000 US Marines, 16,130 US Army Troopers and a detachment of Super Mutants Mariposa Corps to strike fear into the cartel.

    These soldiers were deployed into the Mexico wasteland of Baja, California to make contact with locals and eliminate local cartel activity, disbanding raiders via force, supporting the tribes. Let say that the wastelanders of Baja, Mexico certainly didn't expect the United States to survive the collapse and its government still exists in North America.

    Upon the cartel activity being suppressed and raider warbands almost totally being annhilated by USMC Vertibirds, tore apart by Super Mutants, gunned down by Marines and vaporized by the Army. The Federal Government of the United States proceeds to work with locals to bring Mexico back, US Government has no interest in conquering Mexico, they instead want to rebuild it. Thus, the Mexican Reclaimation Zone is formed and United States Mexico-Interim Military Administration is founded with it.

    US representatives met up with influential locals in Baja, California. These people already have some degree of knowledge regarding the US existence even before we arrive, they've sent people to scout for a while, these people will be the new key-figures, almost like officials for the Mexican Reclaimation Zone.

    The United States Military oversees the administration zone, people of the Mexican Reclaimation Zone must acquire permissions from the United States military administration in their own home to do anything like building infrastructure, much to their disgruntle. The U.S. Armed Forces combat this by sending their own engineers to help out locals, alongside requesting assistance from the US Reconstruction Authority to assist with the rebuilding of Mexico territory.

    The US Army also trained local garrisons of the Mexican Reclaimation Zone for them to fend for themselves against raiders and cartel, dubbing them 'Ejército Mexicano'. The US also planned to hopefully establish a new Mexican Government soon while helping them reclaim more Mexico territories, however the US Government is busy with reclaiming their own territories right now.

    Their current US-mandated capital is: Tijuana, Baja California for faster response from the administration.

    New Reno, The Biggest Little City in the World was rampant with three crime families: The Mordinos, The Bishops, The Wrights and The Salvatores. New Reno was initially under NCR as an autonomous city, rampant with crimes and gangsters demanding tributes from people and operating in such a savage fashion, it is surprising that a nation who frames itself as the pinnicle of wasteland civility and the land of law let New Reno slides for their own greedy benefits, well, the Enclave is here to change that.

    The Sierra Enclave started an invasion of New Reno mostly with their Power Armor troops in an attempt to fully annex New Reno, fighting between X-01 Power Armor troopers and New Reno Gangsters kicked off as the gangers didn't even stand a chance against well-trained and well-armored military of ours. The Enclave overrun New Reno, but it didn't stop at that, we overrun Carson City too and took it as our own.

    After the annexation, Enclave forces maintained law and order within the city until the New Reno Police Department stood up, Enclave troops still patrolled dangerous areas of the city until the police force was able to stand on their own feet. For the first time in Enclave history, we captured American cities and have wastelanders under our control.

    After the Enclave took over New Reno, having an actual considerably significant city in their hand, they would like to make the city as officially their own and actually has a place to rest their heads in. Thus, the President announced the formation of the New Reno Initiative to make New Reno the new Capital of the United States of America for now.

    First step is to deal with the crime families of the New Reno: The Wrights: Some say that the Wright family has spent the last few decades building with one hand and destroying with the other, but compared to the other fam this makes them almost redeemable Mr. Wright's vision of a more peaceful and stable Now Reno is not entirely incompatible with out own, thus we allow him to go legit. The Bishops: Well, this one is a very...unique case. It turned out that Mr. Bishop's is actually Douglas Granite's half brother after running a DNA test, apparently the Chosen One...slept with the Matriarch of the Bishops Family and Granite Sr. After the President went into Mr. Bishop's mansion with a heartrate monitor on him, two days later, they came out laughing and became best friend. Later on, Mr. Bishop taught President. Granite on politics, how to become the greatest statesman the wasteland have ever seen and making the President more charismatic. The Salvatores: The Enclave used to do dealings with the Salvatores before the Oil Rig explode, Mr. Sal also reached his hand out to help us cover our track from the NCR during Dornan and Enclave Vault city residents evacuation. Thus, Mr. Sal was allowed to go legit alongside Mr. Wright, both of them might not see eye-to-eye with each other, but with the same ambition now: working with the United States of America to completely restore the country, both becoming members of the Nevada State Assembly. The Mordinos: The worst of the worst, parasites that produces illegal drugs and addictive substances, they are more like a drug cartel than a crime family with them rooting themselves deep within New Reno and perhaps, the most dangerous crime family in the City of New Reno. The FBI launched an investigation on them, finding out that they are the origin of Jet, thus they were arrested and charged for their crimes, being senteced by a court.

    New Reno Police Department AND Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia was refounded, its officers were residents of New Reno who aren't gangers, the officers are trained by Enclave military NCOs to properly enforce the US laws and to keep order within the city. Buildings are refurbished by Army Engineers and civilian volunteers as New Reno is brought back to working order.
