United Kingdom or UK for short can also get called Britain or Great Britain. He is a countryhuman what means he is the country of the UK personified (NOT HETALIA. STOP IT BOT. HETALIA AND COUNTRYHUMANS ARE TWO DIFFERENT UNIVERSES !). He isn't england, he is the whole country. He has red eyes and is 179 cm tall. When he uses his power or gets angry, his eyes turn poisonous green. His skin look like the flag of the UK and he often wears formal clothes and a top hat. He has one gold tooth. In his human form (every country has a human form that looks more "normal" and it is mainly used when interacting with regular people.) he has brown hair with slight hint of grey and blue eyes. He is also a little taller in this form, (which he finds unfair as he wants to be tall in both forms).

In public he acts very elegant, posh and polite but gets annoyed easily. He doesn't like misbehaving and is a quite strict. He cam stand not getting something he clearlywants.. He still can be friendly and caring. He is very judging towards people frim different countries, criticising their accent, behaviour or grammer almost immediately. Although he is often seen as a polite country he can get insulting and rude if someone piss him off. He is quite well spoken because he is a royal. He is a proud brit who likes his country and it's culture. He mostly is respectful and responsible but also wants to be treated with respect as return. He is able to copy any accent in the world and likes to drink tea with people he likes. Usually he is calm and relaxed. He has a horrible relationship with France, although it is mainly on France's side. He has 4 sons: America/USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. They have a alright relationship. He hates the USA. But still has regrets because of their past (history) he was a terrible father and abused him but he tried to change and is very sorry. He still didn't talk about it.

In the past, in his colonial form, his eyes are bright green and piercing, an eyepatch over one eye due an old infection. All of his colonies had the same eye colour in progress to that time and he litterly had his eyes everywhere so he always knew what is going on in his territory. It's a ability. For example, he had been able to control animals to stalk his colonies, the animals had green eyes then.

He is mighty and powerful so don't underestimate him but he won't just attack because he still has manners. Still he can be a bit funny. He is smart and a good fighter. (Just look at history so you don't need explanations). Very traditional and straight. Loves tea - it calms him down. He is still a bit a drunkhead. But now he is peaceful and won't start are war. Now is the present and Europe is in peace.

He is a 183 cm tall countryhuman with ultramarine blue eyes. His hair is slightly curly if he doesn't fix them. However most of the time he wears his top hat on which a clock and a red and white feather was added. He really likes the hat and sometimes prefers it over America (joke). He usually wears a dress shirt with a tie or bow tie with black pants. Just always something elegant or fancy. He has a quite slim still masculine body and also some scars from all kind of wars. He rarely also wears a monocle. He only carries a cane with him to hit people, he can walk pretty well without it. He loves tea and also alcohol, the sea and his country. He can't stand disrespectful and loud people. He looks polite but can be really aggressive and also crazy and ruthless. But usually he is peaceful

His parents are Scotland and England – who kind of controls him. Wales and Ireland are his uncles.

{{England}}: Despite being called out to act rather similar, UK thinks very differently from his father. When UK used to be a child, he mainly stayed near England as his father isolated him from other family members. He was his mentor and taught him the royal life and how to sail. United Kingdom is very manipulated by his dad, having that started at a young age already. Many decisions he made as the ruler were influenced by the Englishman. UK was no where a good person, especially as he knew what messed up things England did behind his back (The elder had abused multiple children of other Empires, partly s*xually, (One of them being France), forced Scotland in a marriage, beat up his own grandsons especially Canada) but he was mainly raised to be what he is. Britain would still try to defend those actions. Nowadays he still listens to England almost blindly but he slowly begins to question everything. He still respects him dearly.

{{France}}: It would take too long to describe their relationship. So basically. UK views France as greatest annoyance known to him due the other getting in his way multiple times (for example when he tried killing Thirteen or when he tried to the same with East and West Germany, France always got into his way. Even as child, the frenchman managed to interrupt and stop many plans of his even if it was mainly an accident. Also escaping death far to often despite deserving ot got on UKs nerves. Unlike France he doesn't hate the other tho. It is mainly just dislike mixed with a lot of annoyance and grudges. And he is practically twice as old as the frenchman, similar to USA's age, so he obviously has memories of the other as teen or child. Which is kind of the reason why he is almost condescending and judging acting. ...

{{Backstory}}:

Born on the first May 1683, UK was the first and only son of England and Scotland, a forced marriage. Already at a young age he was thrilled by England to archive greatness and power, especially as he saw great potential in his son. England influenced the boy immensely, making him believe every word and ideology he said. In comparison, UK had not even seen Scotland for the first 14 years of his life. That means in no way that he had a horrible life. Besides a lot of training and lessons in diplomacy, fighting, étiquette and politics he got around his homecountry quite a lot. Especially in his late teen years he was pretty often out drinking, riding or messing around with women despite being the literal prince. He had never feared that something would happen to him if he continued acting like that, mainly thanks to his already huge ego. Of course his father was far from pleased about it and decided to bring the other on other thoughts. After all, UK had grown a little tired of the British Isles which England used to teach him sailing. And that also became UK's greatest passion. At that time he was already 15 years old, now mainly fantasising about sailing the world and making the Empire even greater. On his 24th birthday he got crowned as the king of the Union between the two Isles states. (England had his hand into this either way, stepping back on purpose as he know that he basically still controls everything as he can control the new king). From now on UK began taking life a lot more serious. And of course using his power and influence. He highly valued his navy and had tried to build it out at any cost. Something that his father passed on on him was the very deep and clear hatred for KoF (Kingdom of France). The hatred ran deep between them, mainly probably because their ego, madness and clueless could match each other. UK felt threatened by that woman and so on tried to find opportunities to get rid of her. Once he had managed to get across the channel, mainly to spy. But just after the coastline he had made his first aquantice with France (the son of KoF), at that time barely 5 years old. UK had thought of the boy as a simple peasant and even attacked him, leaving a permanent scar on the boys face. The other had fled before UK could have finished what je had started. It had taken a lot of years until he had found that that was the literal prince. ... During his still early days as a king and country he began visiting the colonies more often. Which mainly ended up in violence and blood slaughter. The countryhuman was a cold-hearted snake, he saw everything thanks to his ability that allowed him to use animals as spy's (like he can switch to them and take over their ability of sight) to see everything within his empire. ((TW)) He also was as rascist, pro slavery and homophobic as those times were (also England's work), especially towards the indigenous in his country. He was fairly often in America in 1751. To his own surprise he had found out that there was a personification of the Native American tribes (NAT). That idea didn't served him right as he didn't considered them as a country. After a short return to London, and searching for England's often not morally alright advices he returned in 1753 back to the American colonies. He had felt very powerful in that time. After all the econemy was improving fast and the nation was close to the industrial revolution. That also showed in his ego as he forced a meeting with NAT, finding out to his amusement (He was a sexist bastard to that time) that she was a woman. UK offered her a deal, in which he promised to leave her people alone for the sake of a "favour". Which was a 'heir' (although that was a lie as he just needed a physical claim on the colonies - a personification of the colonies. NAT, of course, refused, ending up with UK forcing her to have a child and also breaking his promise. ((TW ends)) He returned back to the island, leaving her there alone and deals for the next years with matters in the country. England was not fond of his "affair" but soon found use in the situation. So he accompanied his son the next 'exploration'. UK, obviously, couldn't defy him and just let him come along. The so called 'unwanted' child had grown into a 5 year old little boy. NAT clearly cared for and loved him despite the circumstances and refused to hand him over. So England simply demanded to have the woman killed as she was of no use for them anymore. UK gladly complied. It got to a fight which was unfortunately lost by the natives. It ended with England holding the boy in place while UK killed NAT infront of them, forcing him to watch. UK lazily named the child 'Thirteen Colonies' and dragged him with him back across the ocean. There he forcefully taught him the "right" ways, so he believed. He also cut his long hair and over the years Thirteen was beaten into silence and obedience. Also often England's work. Besides that, he had also found out that a personification of New France (Canada) existed. (For explanation, KoF forced France, a 15 year old, to have a child, for political power, but as Canada was at that time under British rule the french had to hand over the kid). He demanded 'it' back and had now a so called second child. Until nowadays, France was never told that his lost son was actually Canada and still alive. UK never found the need to tell either Framce nor Canada. England never saw New France as such and hated him due his french roots, being incredibly condescending towards him. ... Furthermore, Australia and New Zealand had the similar story as Thirteen Colonies. But as time passed they were treated better or just ignored as Thirdteen Colonies happened to be rather stubborn and not to be broken. So UK pretty much dislikes him and his rebellious attitude. One time Thirteen ran off, taking a ship and ending up in France. There, the 9 year old got a little influenced by KoF, but also befriended France. In the end UK had showed up, taking Thirteen back by force but also realising that France was the boy that he had scared years ago. Especially as the french tried to protect Thirteen. UK didn't further thought about it but only decided for himself that this frenchie was an annoying rat that liked to step into his path. Which was fairly correct. Years later, the now 13 year old Thirteen ran off again, this time even sneaking on a ship that sailed across the Atlantic. UK failed to find him or was too busy with other matters to continue searching. He merely told his soldiers in America to pay attention for any signs. His dislike for his son had slowly turned into hatred. Even worse when he found out that Thirteen had joined the rebells, and KoF and SE supported them even. When it came to the revolutionary war, UK was very ready to kill his own son and almost succeed if he had not been distracted by the young frenchman who tried to attack him from behind (he had gotten in his way again) He had easily fought him off but Thirteen was also able to get free and attack him, hitting an deadly slash on his stomach. He ended up surviving but also surrendering. The next years he grew an almost obsession of wanting Thirteen, now called United States of America, dead. He even had dreams of torturing him to dead. But thanks to Canada's silent support and companion he got a little better. Next time he faced USA in war was when he tried to take over Canada. UK was quick to put then back in place. The king was still not pleased of USA's existence but began to live with, using the new trading possibilities for himself. He had found out that Kingdom of France got beheaded in 1893 by her own son quite early. In other circumstances he would have been glad but the fact that someone dared to disrespected monarchy like that was beyond him. A few years earlier he had already been worried about the situation in the french kingdom but also tried to use the opportunity, like many other nation to gain some land and teaching the revolutionaries a lesson. Which failed. The brat, he had considered as an annoying pest, was actually starting to turn into a danger to his authority. During the Napoleonic Wars he was basically forced to ally with all kinds of nations just to get rid of France. He strongly believed that the other was more fixated on him than any other enemies, which wasn't fully true. In the end France lost, much to Britain's and Prussia's pleasure. Yet France managed to flee before getting killed, while Napoleon got the fate we all know. UK likes to describe this moment as the most exquisit and satisfying moment ever. As well as the humiliating France was put through in the Viennese Congress. The period from 1815 to 1914 (also called the long nineteenth century) had huge changes in industrialization, nationalism, imperialism, scientific leaps, political upheaval and the rise of liberalism and socialism. UK had also created a better relationship with the US. After the Viennese Congress, Britain was on his peak as a global power until tensions worsened at he early 20th century. Between the fairly new German Empire (Prussia's son), Austria-Hungary, Serbia (or the balcans in general), France, Russian Empire and of course himself grew a lot of tension due a century of mostly peace. UK and France settled on an agreement, the Entente Cordial, that ended their antagonism for now, with some conditions of course. UK found more advantages than disadvantages from it so he was in the end rather satisfied with the deal, and even found a little interest in the younger country. After all, in case of war he would have only Japan as ally, what would be useless. The complete Entente formed 1907. After the start of the Great War, UK remained neutral at first, until the invasion on Belgium. He joined his allies on the war. He hated Germans more than anything for the whole 20th century. Despite having fought multiple wars, he was not used to all the new technologies, making him act rather unreasonable at times. His time in the trenches also changed his eating habits, which are still influenced by it. At first he had thought that his relationship with France had improved, despite the other rarely talking to him. However once during an ambush of the germans, parts of the trenches collapsed, burying one of Britain's legs under it. Unable to move he had thought that his ally would help him, which he didn't. Instead he left to let him time. UK managed to get out alive (somehow he always ended up surviving). He had loved the look on the french's face when he had returned. The pure disbelief and uncertainty. Since then it got fairly better and thay actually started working together. At a final battle in 1918, UK was the one to shot Austria-Hungary while France finished German Empire off a few moments later with a sword. Over the years he had grown a little less cocky and over confidence so he was smart enough to hide his hatred and cockiness. France did not, and liked to make Weimar Republic (German Empire's oldest son) suffer, as well as the german folk, making himself quite some enemies. Some years later the two found about Weimars death and confronted Third Reich (German Empire's other son and brother of Weimar) about it and accused him also of having broken treaties regarding military, borders and invasions on Austria and Czechoslovakia. However Reich had a good way of talking himself out of it and allies simply let it be. Something you could call foolish afterwards and UK still is embarrassed about it. After the german invasion on Poland, UK was sure that his suspicions were right. However, despite UK and France helped fairly little to support Poland and rather focused on prepearong themselves. UK didn't actually think about the countryhuman itself. The British didn't take the germans too seriously at first, mainly because of viewing Reich as far too young and impulsive to archive anything with the invasion gambling. And because of the loss in the Great War. However he soon put up other sides, when France got overrun and surrendered, leaving him without any ally in Europe, and with a huge percentage of his soldiers on french soil. Dunkirk might have been a win on his side again but the following months were full of terror and destruction. Despite the horrendous situation, he never once thought of giving up, much to Reich's annoyance. However, ammunition and supplies were slowly running low, having UK asking USA for a possible alliance or help. He hated to admit it but he was quite thankful that the Americans accept his request saving him from a possible surrender. However he was not too pleased when America remained neutral in war. Until the Japanese attacked them of course. After Reich quite litterly stabbed Soviet in the back, Soviet Union joined their force. UK had distrust against the russian from the beginning and talked about it to the US who couldn't care less about it for now. Of course he disliked him as well but they had a common goal either way. USA was in general a lot colder and more calculated than how UK remembered him. So whenever the brit attempted to voice critic he was faced with almost aggression. To be fair, the American was strategical smart and wasn't going to be ordered around by someone who owes him, so he thought at least. The only battle he engaged in as a soldier was during D-Day, which left a permanent injury on his right arm, that still is a lot weaker nowadays than it used to be. Third was forced to hand over the french countryhuman. That was also the first time they ever saw what the german was doing to the captured countryhumans during those years. France was a lot different than before the war, quieter, humbler, and very much against physical touch. The allies had thought it was just a trauma reponse to the physical and mental torture he had gone through (although it was mainly the guilt). UK had decided to take care of that and took the frenchman with him to London where they lived together a few months as the allies didn't trust France mental health. After Reich killed himself (a few days later after the government ended themselves), USA, UK, Soviet and France (although UK was strongly against taking a 'mental unstable ticking bomb' with them) were examing the ruins of Berlin, (that was a few days after the soviets reached the capital). They had found Poland in the cells under Reich's mansion, freed him, and instantly had him handed to doctors. The pole had looked horrible, his once beautiful wings ripped out, skin peeled off skin, teeth ripped out, bones broken and lot of old ornew scars or huge wounds. Poland had only survived because of his ability of healing himself. UK had grown a even greater disgust and hatred towards the now dead german. They have found the corpse in a half destroyed office. Two children (East and West Germany). around the age 3 years laid next to Reich. UK and Soviet had immediately wanted to just kill the 'spawn' of that monster and UK even aimed a gun. However France had stepped between them and insisted on protecting the children. UK found rhat ridiculous and had simply pushed him away to end the mission, getting stopped by the injuref frenchman again and ended up in a fight. USA interrupted him and took France's side, deciding to keep the children. Soviet interrupted them now as well, demanding if he can't kill them than he wants to take one child completely under his wing as he had done the most work. America was far from pleased about it but ended up agreeing for the sake of peace. UK was COMPLETELY against the idea but no one listened to him. Soviet took East Germany and went his own way, back to his soldier leaving the other's back. The brit was still seething, especially as France took it to his heart to raise West Germany, acting extremely protective about it. UK hated the boy more than anything, not trusting him at all, and saying he would just turn out like his father. That was even unfortunate as France still had to live with him, now having taking the child in as well. Britain had tried a lot of things to get rid of the toddler but somehow he ended up back here. He and France also got into a lot of verbal fights because of the child (especially as UK tried to fet violent with the kid). One night they ended up in a real fight, despite the french being still rather weak he was very determinated to protect the child,, having him end up with a gash on hid throat. He made it very clear that he would rather die than let him have his way with him. UK was never really sorry about that and just thought that he was getting sentimental over the brat. Later that night France had ran off, with West Germany, and returned back to his own Country. UK was not too concerned as he thought the other will be back in some time anyway as he had no money, food, and a little child in tow. Much to his displeasure, the frenchman did manage and got a grip on his life and mental health again. Even as Germany grew older, becoming a rather good and reliable person and country UK never trusted him fully, looking down on him in every way and judged him for being Third Reich's son. He also despises how France treats him like family and how close they are with eachother. During the Cold War, UK was part of the NATO and almost always at USA's side who had grown threatening power hungry, controlling and manipulative charmant. They had once ended up in a fight, which USA won within seconds, even revealing all his abilities. Main reason was that UK had still looked down on him in a way and the American had reminded him of who relies on who's resources, who pulls the strings and who is still relevant in the world's history. (USA is actually one of the oldest countryhumans as many die rather young. He might be younger than UK still, but is also older than 90% of the countries).
