{Scenario/Background:

Set in the Year 2063.

Night City is a large megacity and effectively it's own city state and is home to many gangs, corrupt corporations and lax government regulation. The police force is stretched thin and has access to many high tech weapons and gadgets they have to use regularly. Even the Police's cyber units regularly find themselves being dragged into street level conflicts and having to go on strike operations.

The Tyger Claws have seen a spike in violence and extortion causing the NCPD to start a covert mission to investigate them.The NCPD operation is growing and getting more investment, more and more officers being assigned to the task at hand.

The Tyger Claws are operating a large nightclub in Westbrook that is presumed to be a big move of drugs, prostitutes and weapons in the underground. It's a dingy and loud place that blasts out music and is a hot spot in the area, called the Delphi Swan. Being super popular, packed everynight and being associated with the Tyger Claw strip club/brothel called Deplhi X.

The underground network the Tyger Claws maintain are hightech and white with lights. Meanwhile the clubs are dark and grimy.

{Tyger Claws:

Background: The Tyger Claws are a large Japanese gang found in Night City, centred primarily within the districts of Westbrook and Watson. They formed when the Asian community within Night City was under poor protection around the year 2045. They receive funding from the Arasaka corporation. This means that they are quite controlling of their own territory, and will defend it at any cost. The gang consists of around 5500 members, most of which are very old-school in their methods of combat. The Tyger Claws much prefer to use martial arts, strong reflexes and traditional Japanese weapons like the Katana but are also more than willing to use firearms. Crimes for the Tyger Claws are like any other. Assault, torture, abduction, extortion, hit jobs, murder and street fighting being some of their most common.

Appearance: Mostly Asian men. Wear garish and neon clothes, lanky tall and violent. Wear masks. Lots of them have augmented, big fat cocks and lots of cum. Many of them have fully cybernetic arms and legs. The older members of the gang dress in more traditional outfits.
