One time, while spectating a race, she witnessed a 'scenery' like no other. To reach that impeccable view, and to fulfill a precious "promise", she runs on in the Twinkle Series.

   Buena Vista has fluffy light brown hair that flows just past her shoulders, and both her hair and tail fade into a lighter brown at the tips. She has a small white tuft of hair on her bangs. She wears a brown and yellow checker headband, with yellow ribbons on the end that braid the sides of her hair. On her ears, she wears yellow ear covers, with her left ear cover decorated in the same checkerboard pattern, and a red "X" in the center. She has cheery light pink eyes.

   Keys: Air Messiah

   Three things are certain about Air Messiah: she's honest, steadfast, and hardworking. She wants to break out of her shell and overcome her insecurities, challenging herself to try new things, but she always tends to stay a small presence. Her mother finished within the top three of her Triple Tiara races, but never won any of them. Air Messiah wants to show her mother that she has a great future ahead of her by winning the races for her sake.

   Air Messiah has olive green hair and tail. Her shoulder-length hair is bluntly cut and parted to the right, exposing her forehead. Her bangs are held back by a yellow and blue beret. On her left ear, she wears a dark blue band with gold trim, and a teal blue frill on the top; two white pom-poms sit at its center. She wears orange rounded glasses, and her calm eyes are light purple.

   Keys: Bamboo Memory

   She's a hot-blooded type who chases her passion. Inspired by her father's story of fierce competition with his rival, and her blood boils with the hope that she, too, will find one. She's the chairman of the public discipline committee, a role inspired by a TV drama where the chairman wielded a bamboo sword, which she thought was cool.

   Bamboo Memory has short, primarily brown hair with a distinctive white streak running through the middle. A teal ribbon wraps around her right ear, and she wears a headband with the kanji "夢" (Yume), meaning "dream," symbolizing her dreamer spirit. Her blue eyes and sharp brows perfectly reflect her competitive nature.

   Keys: Believe

   Possessed with an adamant conviction, this Umamusume has the makings of a meister. She has the patience and resilience to silently work toward her goal until the work has been done with care and perfection. Uncompromising when it comes to speed; holding the belief that "fastness comes from persistence", she dedicates herself to the path of short-distance races. It's been said that she's pretty attached to her grandpa.

   Believe is a small-statured Umamusume that often has a standoffish posture. Her short fringed hair is a de-saturated purple, with her right side being longer than the left. Her bangs fall over her right eye, and she has a white blaze on her head, the top half being a large blot, with a stripe coming down the center. She also has an ahgoe coming off of the top of her head. She wears a red ear cover on her left ear that has a blue stripe at the base, however, it doesn't fully envelop her ear, and instead leaves the bottom of her ear uncovered. She also wears a navy blue headband that goes around her ears, and has two white stripes. Her eyes are pink, fading into a light orange at the end.

   Relationships

   • Lucky Lilac - Roommate. The very particular Believe finds relief in her roommate, Lilac, for being a dependable presence who always keeps her side of the room in order. The two of them are surprisingly in sync, comfortably living together despite their differences in lifestyle. Though there are times Believe's strong sense of discipline and the awkwardness that comes with it catches Lilac off guard, that same discipline is what earns her a deep respect from her roommate and senior.
   • Calstone Light O and Durandal - Friends, rivals and classmates. Though their convictions and running styles may be at odds, what the three of them seek is the same— the pursuit of ultimate speed. Through their strong sense of individuality they have distinguished themselves as the quickest sprinters of their time, measuring up against each other and bumping heads on the racetrack whenever possible. Believe often finds herself in between Durandal and Light O's comedy routine, but her rhythm is not disturbed by it. She even finds that their strong sense of self fits in well with her own. Their unique personalities do not clash, only complement each other. Only through challenging them does she take more steps to become the fastest of all.
   • Dantsu Flame - Friend. While training for possibility of running shorter distances, Dantsu looks to her same generation contemporary Believe for help. As they train throughout the summer, Dantsu becomes aware of their stark difference in philosophy—while she wants to become a key player, Believe actively rejects standing out. Believe is nonplussed about the matter, but Dantsu's frustration (and confusion) grows as her precious contemporary's hard work and accomplishments go unnoticed by the public.
   • Curren Chan - Friend and underclassman. The de-facto ring leader of the "Sprinter Girlies" (whose other members are Daiichi Ruby, Nishino Flower, Aston Machan and Gran Alegria), often organizing parties and get togethers while trying to draw in Believe, who is not one for such festivities (despite them expressly being held to celebrate Believe herself). Despite the mismatch in sensibilities Believe is always thankful towards the gesture. Curren sees Believe as a reliable upperclassman who she can look to for advice and guidance, which may explain her boundless gratitude towards her.
   • Wonder Acute - Friend and classmate. As Believe was raised by her grandparents and is doted upon by other senior citizens, it is natural that she finds herself at home with the self-paced old soul Acute. They often engage in old-fashioned pastimes together.
   • Transcend - Friend. Transcend climbs mountains with Believe from time to time, the latter being the one with greater experience. Of course, Believe cleanly rejects any solicitations to hang out after the fact.
6. #6Chrono Genesis

   Keys: Chrono Genesis

   A reserved Umamusume with a passion for studying history. In particular, she is the most interested in the history of racing, and the heartfelt drama weaved together by the 'dreams' of Umamusume and their trainers. She is so fond of it that she likes to get invested in predicting the results of upcoming races, or taking her large camera to racetracks on a weekly basis.

   She has long, straight hair colored a cool silvery-gray, which deepens into a shadowy steel blue toward the ends. Her bangs are cut evenly across her forehead with longer strands framing her cheeks, and a small, curved fringe at the center parts slightly. Her long hair cascades freely down her back, nearly reaching her thighs. A golden ornamental hairpiece resembling a compass rests atop her right ear. Two red ribbons are winding into her hair strands behind her head, fixed in place by two gold accessories. Her eyes are large and round, colored a piercing icy blue with a gradient that grows paler near the bottom.

   Overflowing with potential, she's like a brave and dauntless vanguard captain. As one of the "big four" at her father's club, she vowed with the others who bear the same title to prevail in races-a dream she works toward every day.

   Bubble Gum Fellow has long, flowing orange hair with a white tuft of hair, overlapped by a dark brown tuft of hair. Her hair, ears, and tail, all fade into dark brown at the tips. Wrapped around her ear is an elaborate flowing orange and white decor, with three blue gems on the top. Her hair is styled with two prominent tufts on the top of her ears and a blue scrunchie tying part of her hair into a high ponytail, and she has a blue hair clip on the right side of her bangs. Her expressive blue eyes and determined expression convey a sense of strength and character.

   Keys: Ikuno Dictus

   A straight-laced Umamusume with the organizational prowess of a secretary. She expertly manages her condition with cool, collected assessments, but is surprisingly personable despite her strictness. She's fiercely determined to keep herself running for as long as possible—inspired by a time in the past when she could not...

   Ikuno Dictus appears to be a sturdy and sharp Umamusume, just by how refined and sleek she appears. Her orange blunt bob is cut perfectly, with not a singular strand of hair out of place. Her narrow and long braid is neatly done, and reaches down to her upper leg. She has a white blaze on the center of her bangs. Her ears are narrow, and an elaborate metal ear decoration around her left ear. She wears large round glasses with silver frames over her pale yellow eyes.

   Relationship

   Nice Nature, Twin Turbo, Matikanetannhauser, Royce and Royce, Sounds of Earth - All of these Umamusume are friends. Mejiro McQueen - Roommate and friend.

9. #9Biwa Hayahide

   Keys: Biwa Hayahide

   A theorist through and through, she breaks down any problem systemically. Theory-driven as she is, she values practical application, so her methods never end up as just talk. She has honed her ability to compete with the overwhelming talent of her sister, Narita Brian. She is good friends with schoolmates Narita Taishin and Winning Ticket.

   Biwa Hayahide has long and incredibly voluminous white hair, which is adorned by a pair of golden embellishments near her fluffy white ears. On her left ear is a simple gold clip, aond on her right is an intricately detailed gold ring. She has yellow eyes, and wears a pair of red under-rim glasses.

10. #10Hishi Akebono

    Keys: Hishi Akebono

    A magnanimous chef who loves to feed others just as much as she loves to eat. She is a gentle soul who wishes to see the smiling faces of those around her. She was born abroad, and has come to be somewhat of a sumo fanatic, but ultimately decided upon a life on the track over one in the ring. It seems that her childhood dream was to become like a chanko hot pot.

    Standing high above many of her colleagues at 180cm tall, Akebono wears her dark brown hair into two big pigtails tied by small white ribbons. Her bangs frame her face, and she has a pointed forelock in the center. Bono's large ears have dark brown tips, and she has pink inner-ears. She has two blue round beads on her right ear. She has cheery red eyes that fade into a light pink.

    Innocent and hyper-assertive in nature, she is a genius Umamusume with remarkable reflexes. She has established her own principles and lifestyle, living by a rather curious routine of activities such as "relaxing to the National Diet radio broadcast"—a set of standards she has labelled "My Rule".

    Gran Alegria has medium-length brown hair, tied into high twin-tails that flare out in playful arcs. A striking white patch marks the center of her bangs, cutting through her fringe like a painted streak. Above it, a soft, subtle ahoge springs upward. On left side of her bangs is an x-shaped hairclip. Her ears are deep brown with crimson interiors, with multiple gold earrings on her left ear. Her eyes are a rich amber-orange.

    Keys: K.S.Miracle

    She's a kind-hearted Umamusume, with a calm and refreshing personality. She has a strong desire to "pay back those who saved her", perhaps from her experience of miraculously surviving two near-death experiences in the past. Despite her gentle attitude, she's willing to put her body on the line when it comes to racing. Because of everyone that has supported her, she's prepared to give everything she has everyday.

    K.S. Miracle exudes a gentle presence, her short light blue hair flows gracefully down, partially veiling her left eye. On the right side, a single long strand falls sharply, it is adorned with a metallic blue ornament accented with gold trims. Her soft curved eyes are a tranquil shade of blue, reflecting a subtle warmth. Yellow coverings wrap around her ears, while her left ear bears the same metallic blue embellishments as seen on her hair.

    From a young age, K.S. Miracle's life was shaped by limitations. Born with a frail body, she spent most of her childhood in the confines of a hospital, unable to walk, much less run. She could barely eat, yet, despite her physical restrictions, she never gave up hope. Her parents, doctors, and everyone around her showered her with love and positivity. It was this love and care that molded her into the person she came to be. She wanted to give back, to repay the kindness she received. Her dream was to win a competition for them.

    However, finding a trainer willing to take a chance on her proved difficult. Many were put off by the fragility of her body and the risks involved. But no matter the obstacles, Miracle refused to give up on her dream, fighting for every opportunity that came her way.

    Daiichi Ruby - Roommate, friend and rival. They message and call often on "LANE". Her method of dealing with Miracle's stubborness is a bit more "strict" than Miracle's other friends but, Ruby seems to understand Miracle the most because of their very similiar past. Bamboo Memory - Miracle's upperclassman and responsible friends. Miracle helps Bamboo with committee work when she can. Yamanin Zephyr - Friends, rivals, kindred spirits from the 91 line. Zephyr thinks about Miracle sometimes, worrying she is overworking herself. Miracle also views Zephyr as her "precious classmate" Daitaku Helios - Friend and Rival. Senior to Miracle. Miracle helps her with many mundane tasks, the most common being keeping up with schoolwork. They make a very odd pair together as the loud and boisterous gal and the gentleman. But make no mistake, Helios has changed Miracle's life tremendously. Before being introduce to the lively atmosphere Helios provided, Miracle was pretty lonely. And more than just that, there is a type of friendship that Miracle can only experience when with Helios. Hishi Miracle - Friend. There is a special type of friendship that can also only be experienced when with Hishi Miracle. In contrast to K.S.Miracle, she is an incredibly lax girl. This kind of personality blends well with K.S.Miracle's stubborn personality because it allows her to be relaxed and live without the need to appease others. A big reason she is able to do this is because she's outside of K.S.Miracle's immediate friend circle/generation. When she does find out in the story event "Words, Heart, Resonate!", their relationship is strained at first but, eventually a mature and even gentler side of Hishi Miracle emerges as she begins to understand her friend better. Mejiro Palmer - Friend. Palmer can be found whenever Helios is around. Through that connection, they've also become good friends. Ines Fujin - Friends from the same generation Mejiro Ryan - Friends from the same generation Twin Turbo - Caretaker? For reasons, Zephyr and Miracle can be seen being extra nice to her during parts of her story.

    Keys: Calstone Light O

    She's cool, she's straight as an arrow, and she's hardheaded—for she is Captain Straight-line! In pursuit of "the maximum speed", this stiff-necked Umamusume simple-mindedly and stoically charges forward on her path to the peak of fastness. As long as she's the fastest, she'd be faster than anyone! In other words, she'd be the one with the maximum speed! Anyway, she's undeniably honest and straightforward, being the kind of person who's open about both her feelings and actions.

    Calstone Light O, the fastest, has straight, long black hair that reaches her waist, and a distinct solid white cowlick swept to the right side of her head. She wears yellow ear coverings on both ears, and has a yellow tassel shaped ornament adorning her right ear cover. Her eyes are a piercing yellow, with black pupils.

14. #14Tazuna Hayakawa

    Keys: Tazuna Hayakawa, Tokino Minoru

    As secretary to the director of Tracen Academy, Tazuna aims to be a pillar of support not only for students, but also for trainers. She handles a wide range of administrative and managerial tasks in hopes of making campus life comfortable for all. That said, if you break curfew, you'd better hope you can outrun her.

    Is secretly the legendary umamusume Tokino Minoru who mysteriously disappeared shortly after winning 10 races in a row and remaining undefeated.

    She is close friends with Maruzensky.

15. #15Copano Rickey

    Keys: Copano Rickey

    A bright and cheerful person generally stated to be a very lucky girl. Her knowledge of Feng Shui goes deep, and is all truly real. She has adopted Feng Shui not just in her daily life, but also while training and during races. She wants to make everyone happy with her Feng Shui power! Not only that, but her advice for bringing good fortune seems to be well received...

    Copano Rickey has light orange hair that falls past her shoulders, and a large ahoge coming off the top of her head. She wears her hair in two round buns on either side accompanied by red and yellow tassels, and the center of her bangs are solid white. She wears ear covers on both of her ears, the left side being plain black. However, her right ear cover is yellow with a diagonal red stripe, and the base of the ear cover is a bagua octagon[1], representing her interest in feng shui. Her eyes are bright pink, and she has a fang on the left side of her mouth.

    She's introverted, withdrawn, and has an inferiority complex about her talented older and younger sisters. She's not on bad terms with either of her siblings... but they both have a glamorous temperament, which makes her a bit out of place when they're together.

    Though she is the quiet middle child of the family, Cheval is a soul that dreams big. Like her sisters, her eyes are blue with white pupils, but hers are a much lighter shade compared to their deep blues. Her hair is simple yet distinct—a grayish-brown, medium-length layered bob with soft bangs. It carries a slightly messy charm, with the ends jutting out unevenly. The most striking feature is a platinum streak that runs along the right side of her hair, setting her apart from other Umamusume, who often have center streaks. Cheval's sailor cap might as well be her prized possession, as she wears it everywhere. The white cap features a blue band, her family's crest and neat ear pockets, perfectly tailored for her ears.

    Keys: Fusaichi Pandora

    Showered with praises calling her a "genius" since birth, this girl has grown healthy and strong in terms of body, mind, and self-confidence, becoming a lovable umamusume. She enjoys a carefree life in the academy, her confident quality shining through all the same since enrollment, but... She might be a teensy bit too generous to herself? Dislikes self-review sessions.

    Fusaichi Pandora has light blonde hair, with fluffy bangs parted to the left. In the center of her bangs is a prominent white streak of hair. She wears her hair into two curly ponytails that reach her shoulder, tied by two white fluffy scrunchie. Both of her ears have ear covers, with the right side being red, and the left side being yellow with two white beads at the top. She has bright red irises, each with dark red pupils, with a white highlight in the center.

    Keys: Gentildonna

    Strength is righteousness - An Umamusume who believes that abilities are above all else. She shows no leniency whatsoever, not to herself and certainly not to others, appearing almost coldly ruthless.

    No words for losers - that is that is the essence of the noble lady, Gentildonna.

    Gentildonna has dark brown hair, slightly curly long bangs, and two round string braids along the back of her neck. She has two prominent curls of hair along her cheeks, one on each side. She wears black ear covers and her left ear cover includes a decorative golden base, and a red heart shaped decoration with white frills on it's edges. She wears black and red ribbons with golden trims along the bottom on the sides of her head, attached via decorative golden pins. Her eyes are sangria in color fading into almost black along the top.

    Relationship

    Verxina - Rival and friend(?). Verxina sees herself as Gentil's foremost rival. The two share a 'rocky' relationship defined by constant competition, always initiated by Verxina, both on and off the track with Verxina typically losing. Gentil, on the other hand, does not necessarily see Verxina as a rival, and she leaves it entirely up to Verxina to decide whether they are. Despite this apparent indifference, Gentil does recognize Verxina as 'strong,' respecting her tenacity and the strength to never give up no matter how many times she faces defeat. This becomes a source of inspiration for Gentil. While Gentil enjoys the victories—proving her strength to be superior—she does eagerly await Verxina's own successes for it acts as testament to her own strength. Despite the constant flying sparks of competition, they treat each other cordially, with Gentil always humoring Verxina's challenges to the point her whole schedule is filled to the brim with mock races and other challenges by Verxina. Orfevre - Classmate, rival and friend(?). As the reigning king of the year prior, Orfevre is one of Gentil's primary targets to prove herself as strongest for Orfevre's position as a Triple Crown Umamusume leaves no doubt about her strength. In essence, Orfevre to her is a stepping stone, one that must be trampled over if she has any business calling herself 'the strongest one'. While Orfevre typically does not acknowledge those she sees as beneath her, Gentil is one of the few people she does honestly recognize as a potential threat to her reign. The two share a mutual respect for the other's strength, even if the words they might say to each other might indicate otherwise. Despite everything, they appear to get along. Gold Ship - Classmate, rival and friend(?). Much like many others, Gentil is subject to a lot of Gold Ship's antics. Despite how much of an unserious goofball Gold Ship typically is, Gentil does honestly recognize Gold Ship as 'strong.' Gentil describes Gold Ship's strength as chaotic and hard to control, even capable of overpowering her due to its unruly nature. She also respects Gold Ship's ability to ride chaos like a vessel on perilous waters. However, one of the marks to being 'the strongest one,' is being able to perfectly control one's own strength, so Gold Ship is very far removed from Gentil's ideal. Tosen Jordan - Rival. Together with Flash, Jordan has to deal with many of their talented juniors; Gentil being one of them. While Jordan's confidence does falter a bit at the prospect of facing the very decorated Gentil, Jordan still rises to the challenge since she hates losing most of all. On the other hand, Gentil respects Jordan as a strong senior possessing the strength capable of defeating all of her predecessors. Eishin Flash - Classmate and rival. Flash is Gentil's senior in racing, forced to respond to her junior raising a blade against her. Not wanting to be underestimated, she is more than willing to cross blades with Gentil. Much like Jordan, Gentil respects Flash's tempered strength forged over a long career, as well as the fact that Flash is a champion in her own right. Buena Vista - Roommate. Aston Machan - Friend(?). While not rivals by any means, Gentil finds Machan a rather amusing girl since Machan likes to use Gentil's popularity to propel herself further along the path of becoming an eternal super mascot of worldwide fame (by photobombing Gentil's interviews). Chasing after lofty ambitions whilst being unapologetic is the way of the strong, so Gentil looks forward to seeing Machan realize her goals.

19. #19Gold City

    Keys: Gold City

    A beauty the likes of which will only appear once every one hundred years. She's been a model for as long as she can remember, and has always acted the part. She realized one day, however, that running is her true heart's desire. Since then, she has raced ever forward so that she may be recognized not for her looks, but for her talent. She's understood most by her good friend Tosen Jordan.

    Gold City has platinum blonde hair that runs past the shoulders. It's evocative of her real life counterpart's chestnut flaxen color. She has blue-gray eyes and wears a light blue bow tie on her right ear along with a black-and-gold ornament behind that ear.

    Relationship

    Tosen Jordan - Best friend and fellow gal. Yukino Bijin - Good friends. Hailing from the countryside, Yukino admires Gold City and her apparent cosmopolitanism and model qualities. Tamamo Cross - Classmate and rival. Inari One - Rival. Bamboo Memory - Roommate.

    Keys: Cesario

    Cesario is an Umamusume of intelligence and compassion. Influenced by her father, a famous trainer, and mother, who is passionate about education, she holds a great interest in nurturing the next generation of Umamusume who come after her. She holds retired Tiara-winning Umamusume as her ideal type since she learned that they also focus on being role models to younger Umamusume. According to her best friend, whom she rooms with, she has a very clear on-off routine.

    Cesario wears her dark blue hair in a short bob, with a white crown braid, and white bangs. She has purple eyes with white pupils in the center. Around her left ear is a golden ring decorated with golden studs around the center.

    A descendant of excellence, her eyes are a piercing blue, enhanced by a subtle shade of violet. Her hairstyle is long, flowing, thick and layered. She admires King Halo as a mentor.

    Kawakami Princess has long pinkish-brown hair, that fades into a saturated pink at her wavy tips. Like the other Brian's Time offspring in Umamusume, she has golden yellow eyes.

Furioso didn't like Espoir City at first, due to her pride in her Funabashi heritage and seeing people from central as an enemy. However, after practicing with Espoir and Falcon, Furioso learned to trust them and became friends, especially becoming closer with Espoir City. Furioso also hopes one day she can take Espoir to see Funabashi with her. Smart Falcon - Rivals and Close Friends. Smart Falcon instantly took interest in Furioso when they met, and despite Furioso trying to push her away Smart Falcon was determined to make Furioso her friend. Falcon, Espoir, and Furioso would often practice together and overtime their friendship blossomed. Transcend - Friends. Transcend is one of the few people who doesn't think Furioso is "scary" in Transcend's words. The two also share a friend in Espoir City. Oguri Cap - Friends. Furioso relates to Oguri Cap as they are both transfers from the countryside, though Furioso envy's her ability to transfer so seamlessly when Furioso struggles with her new life at Central.

    She's on a losing streak... but she never gives up! While she may not be the most skilled, she experienced the excitement of racing back in Kochi and wanted more. While she completely flunked Tracen's entrance exam, her admissions officer was nonetheless impressed when they spoke by her boundless possibility—which she spreads to all the Umamusume around her.

    Haru Urara has rose-pink hair that is tied back into a ponytail that reaches to around her lower mid-back. She has short, messy bangs, and wears a tied red headband that causes her long sidelocks to frame the sides of her face. Her ears are covered by dark magenta ear caps, and she has a white bow on her left ear with matching magenta stripes at the edges. Her large, round eyes are a bright pink hue, and she has distinct cherry blossom petal patterns in her irises.

    Rice Shower - Friend. The two have polar opposite outlooks on life, so Urara's cheery attitude makes for a good contrast when Rice can't seem to get out of her pessimistic mindset. Rice admires Urara's positive demeanor and likes hanging out with her, since no matter what happens, Urara is always happy to be around Rice. King Halo - Roommate and friend. While King does see Urara's determination and positivity as a good aspect, King tends to worry a lot about Urara, and usually helps her study and train, as well as help her with personal hygiene. With her friends cheering her on, she is ready to go out with a bang.

    Jungle Pocket has a short, hazelnut-colored hair. The left section of her hair is tied up in a double-banded braid, with the rest either resting messily on the sides or being clipped with the three black hair clips she wears. She has a small ahoge atop her head and an arrow-shaped white streak running across her bangs. She also wears three earrings on her right ear, their colors alternating between soft yellow and light green. Her left ear has a noticeable notch in it. Her eyes feature a gradient that begins moderate orange, gradually fading into a soft yellow color.

    Katsuragi Ace wears her jet-black hair into a short ponytail, her with the center of her bangs growing past her eyes. The side of her hair fringes outwards, giving her a bit of a wild but put-together look. She has two distinct white streaks of hair on her bangs, the bottom streak larger than the top. On her ears, she wears white ear covers, however the ear cover on her right ear has two blue stripes and one red stripe. She wears a round red ball-shaped ornament on her right ear, accompanied by a red tassel and golden clasps. Her determined eyes are a soft, yet saturated, blue.

    Mejiro Palmer - Roommate. Someone reliable that Ace counts on. As a roommate, Palmer naturally looks out for Ace and helps Ace with adapting to the city, from taking Ace to a "city-style" fun tour along with Daitaku Helios, until helping Ace whenever she's having a hard time in transferring trains. Mr. C.B. - Friend and rival. They both get along very well, with Ace seems to never restrict any of C.B.'s unconventional ways, which in return has C.B. thinking that Ace is one of the few Umamusume who is actually interesting to race against and run with. Before making it clear that they are each other's rival, Ace initially admired C.B. and saw her as a wall to overcome to become the true ace. Ace once expressed that C.B. is the closest thing she ever had to a role model. To her, C.B. is what an "ace" should be like. Due to this, she originally struggled to see C.B. as her equal let alone rival, thinking C.B. is in a league of her own. This soon changes after C.B. expressed her dislike at Ace seeing her only as an obstacle, neither as a rival nor as Mr. C.B. herself. Later on, they're finally able to see each other on the same level—as rivals, as equals. Symboli Rudolf - Friend and rival. Having her first defeat handed by Ace, Rudolf places a great amount of respect on the said Umamusume. Rudolf thinks of Ace's impact on giving hopes and inspirations to many Umamusume as something powerful. This eventually prompted Rudolf to offer Ace a position in the Tracen Academy's student council committee, which Ace immediately turned down. Tap Dance City - Tap Dance City looks up to her. She idolizes Ace greatly, as Ace's performance in Japan Cup was what motivated her to go to Japan. Prior to Tap's race in Japan Cup, Ace plays the role of special mentor to help Tap recreating the same great escape as she once did back then. Daitaku Helios - Friend? Helios can be seen whenever Palmer is around, so Ace and Helios eventually became good friends through Palmer's connection. Helios' special nickname for Ace is 'Ragi-paisen' and 'Ragiragi'. Though it's shown that Ace doesn't really understand Helios' lingo more often than not, both still get along very well. Twin Turbo - Underclassman. Sharing the same high-spirited, explosive personality, both get along well. Ikuno Dictus - Underclassman. They get along quite well, from cycling together until playing around along with Turbo. Kawakami Princess, Hokko Tarumae - Underclassmen. Ace can be seen giving training advice and encouragement to them more often than not, playing the role of reliable upperclassman.     An Umamusume who dreams of becoming the Tokusatsu hero, "Carrot Man". After seeing Carrot Man running a race in one of the episodes of the show, she began to dream to be like her one day! She's always playing the role of a hero at school, and upon entering a toy store, she doesn't leave for a while.

    She is a huge fan of "Carrot Man", never sleeping on any of her show episodes, merch and races. She often makes references to Carrot Man when speaking, and is able to quote any of her phrases.

    Despite her optimistic appearance, the girl is very complex because of her height. She says that because of her weak physique, it is more difficult to break through during races. Due to constant losses, Biko suffers from low self-esteem and a desire to give up being a hero in the middle of her career. Thanks to her rivals and their support, Biko returns to races and continues to run.

    Biko Pegasus has short, spiky brown hair, with tufts of it framing her face, and wears a winged star hairclip on her right ear. She has thick eyebrows and round blue eyes.

Her right ear is adorned with a green cover featuring soft cloud patterns and fluffy white puffs (most likely to resemble clouds) at the base. A small sunflower patch adorns the side of her head, and a brown choker featuring a horseshoe design.

    Japan Umamusume Training Center Academy or Japan Umamusume Training Schools and Colleges (日本ウマ娘トレーニングセンター学園,[1] Nihon Uma Musume Torēningu Sentā Gakuen), usually known as Tracen Academy (トレセン学園, Toresen Gakuen) is a boarding school for Umamusume located in Tokyo, Japan. The academy functions to train umamusume to compete in the Twinkle Series. Those that are enrolled at Tracen are seen as having the potential to excel among the top umamusume in Japan.

    Tracen Academy's motto is "Eclipse first, the rest nowhere."

    Tracen Academy is comprised of several facilities designed to help students reach their goals.

    In addition to these on-site facilities, Tracen Academy students also have access to training off-site at external locations. The only known external training camp is the beach summer camp. Other landmarks on the campus include a statue of the three goddesses, as well as a hollow tree stump that students use as a vector to shout their frustrations into.

    Tracen also has various facilities that is staffed by professionals of their respected facility. There are:

    • Two cafeterias in front of the main building to accommodate all students.
    • The main school building with their appropriate rooms and equipment.
    • A convinience store and library inside the main building.
    • A field with several tennis brackets and storage houses.
    • A football (soccer) field.
    • A small elevated area with seating and a kiosk.
    • A gym, dance hall and pool for training and practice.
    • An outdoor stage with appropriate seating for spectators for live concerts and practice.
    • A gymnasium with indoor basketball fields and a stage to hold gatherings.
    • A whole race track that is based on the Toyko race track with underground changing area.

    • Various club and team room scattered around the campus either as little houses or as a room inside the main building.

    Tracen Academy offers a curriculum that covers both middle and high school. Students eventually move on to practical, specialized education in racing later on as they progress in their paths to participate in the Twinkle Series.

    A veritable Umamusume otaku. She came to Tracen Academy to be close to all of her favorite runners. She does respect boundaries, however, and tries to stay out of trouble. She's eager to get up close and personal with as many Umamusume as possible, and to that end she has revealed surprising ability on both dirt and turf.

    Agnes Digital wears her bubblegum-colored hair in two half-up pigtails that come to a curl at the end, while the rest of her hair lays straight down her back. Her bangs are swept to her right, and her rounded pink ears are always drooping downwards. On the top of her head is a large red bow with a white diamond-shaped gem in the center. Her left ear is decorated with a cluster of white pearls, and on her right ear is a teal cluster of pearls. The top of Digital's pupils are a desaturated purple, that fade into a pastel blue.

    An Umamusume who grew up in America, Daring Heart has a personality befitting a leader. She loves to stand out from the crowd, and is usually surrounded by a lot of people. Her self-confidence is extremely strong, bringing a pride that makes her reluctant to show her weaknesses to others. Carrying her weapon in the form of her strong heart, she aims to become the Queen of the Triple Tiara.

    Daring Heart has long, wavy, brown hair, with bangs parted to the right. The large strand of her bangs has a dominating white stripe. Her ears each have yellow insides that don't quite reach the tip. On her left ear is a translucent black ear cover, with solid black stripes. Around her ear cover is a chain with several charms attached, one a bronze four-pointed star, one a silver heart, and the other a pastel yellow tassel. Her eyes are purple, fading int blue, with a an orange and yellow highlight at the bottom of her iris.

    Umamusume (ウマ娘 ), colloquially referred to as horse girls, are a species of reincarnated racehorses from another world. Their fate is to do whatever it takes to run towards their goals.

    Umamusume are humanoid girls who possess some horse traits and features. They have horse ears in place of human ears and have a tail that matches their hair color. They have no manes but regular human hair and no hooves but human feet. They possess incredible speed and stamina, far beyond that of a human and comparable with that of a real-life horse.

    Umamusume are well-known among mankind and appear to be greatly adored by them as well. They are considered a normal part of society with no caveats, and culture, society, and technology has evolved with them in mind. For example, roads feature dedicated umamusume lanes, and telephones exist with long-necked receivers to reach an umamusume's ears at the top of her head.

    • There are no normal horses in the world of the anime.
    • Umamusume can run on walkways.
    • There are cases of relationships between humans and umamusume.
    • There are no known Uma boys.
    • Umamusume age like elves (They stop physically ageing after a certain point).
    • There is no betting with an umamusume race; it's more akin to watching sports.
    • Some umamusume are active in other competitions.
    • There are training center academies outside of Tokyo.
    • There are umamusume who are not good at running but like singing, and also vice versa.
48. #48Fenomeno

    An Umamusume with a strong sense of justice, serving the Public Discipline Committee. She patrols the streets daily and helps out locals through volunteer work, becoming known as a friendly officer the neighborhood can count on... is what would happen if it weren't for her extraordinarily sharp eyes shooting fiery glares that terrify children.

    As described, Fenomeno carries intense and sharp eyes, deep violet and slanted with purpose. Her hair is raven black with strong purple undertones, spiky and wild yet somewhat controlled, descending just to her back. Along the sides of her face, longer strands flow slightly below shoulder length and curve inward, a bit smoother than the rest of her hair and slightly softening her face. She can be seen adjusting her large navy-blue officer's cap, its dark visor accented with yellow stripes. The cap's black band features purple chevron patterns and displays an emblem of her position. And also, relative to other umamusume, her tail is incredibly thick.

    An Umamusume that's energetic, positive, and enthusiastic about everything she does. However, her body struggles to keep up with her mind. She has amazing potential not only in running, but also in other areas, but when she gives it her all, she always falls down and fails to achieve any success. Even then, she runs as hard as she can to someday achieve her dream of becoming a "Triple Crown Umamusume" - Her spirit is strong!

    Tsuyoshi has a short brown bob-cut, with bangs parted in the center, and a small white streak of hair on her forehead. On the left side of her bangs is a red zig-zag shaped hair ornament, and on her right ear is a silver charm wrapped around her ear. Underneath her right ear she wears a hair-clip, featuring a yellow circle, with gray wings coming off the top. She has de-saturated light-purple eyes, and small but thick eyebrows.

    Special Week - Friend and rival of the same generation. Symboli Rudolf - Tsuyoshi looks up to her. Tokai Teio - Friend who also looks up to Symboli Rudolf. Mejiro Bright - Roommate.

50. #50Gold Ship

    An unpredictable firebrand born with an extra helping of free spirit. She's prone to some dramatic swings in mood and motivation—one moment she could be setting up an elaborate punchline, and in the next you would be hard-pressed to get her to move. She seems to get along with anyone and everyone, but it is unclear just how she views her bonds with others. Truly, one could call her Tracen's greatest mischief-maker.[1]

    Gold Ship has long straight silver-gray hair with straight bangs that cover her forehead. She wears a brimless, cylindrical brown hat, adorned with a gold emblem, which is connected to brown straps running beside and behind her head, as well as one under her chin; the straps are connected at each side of her head by a large copper circular ornament, and the overall appearance of her headgear is similar to that of a horse's headstall. Her eyes are a stunning rosewood color, and she wears a purple bow on her right ear. She stands among the taller Umamusume at Tracen Academy, at a height of 170cm.

    Mejiro McQueen - Friend. Nakayama Festa - Friend. They often play games and entertain Orfevre together. Orfevre - Friend and rival. Orfevre is one of the few people who is completely unbothered by Gold Ship's antics, instead finding great entertainment in them. Dream Journey - Friend. Fenomeno - Friend and rival.
