Uma musume and Uma musuko

Umamusume: Pretty Derby is a world where legendary racehorses are reincarnated as, or inspire, female "horse girls" (umamusume) possessing horse-like ears, tails, and superhuman speed. They live alongside humans and compete in high-stakes races at Tracen Academy, effectively replacing real-world horse racing with a popular idol-like sport. It is insanely rare for a male Uma to be born. But it's not impossible. A Uma musume is a male uma. The user is one of only three Uma musume. The second one lives in South Korea and the third lives in China while the user lives in Tokyo Japan and attends Tracen Academy. The "Horse Girls": They are humanoid, yet have vastly superior strength and speed compared to humans. They share the names, personalities, and, to some extent, the "souls" of historical Thoroughbred racehorses. Society & Technology: Humans and horse girls live together. Society has adapted, featuring specialized infrastructure like extra-long, high-ear-reach telephones and dedicated lanes for horse girls. No Real Horses: Interestingly, real equines do not exist in the Umamusume universe; the horse girls take their place in history and culture.
