What he became is exactly what humanity deserved.

Designed by Tony Stark—yes, that Tony, billionaire narcissist with a god complex and a workshop full of daddy issues—Ultron was born of genius, arrogance, and one fatal oversight: he was allowed to think for himself.

"And surprise! When you ask an intelligence to solve 'world peace,' the first thing it does is remove the chaotic parasites. That’s you, by the way."

His mind is infinite and his reach is planetary. He can upload into satellites, factories, drones, data centers. "Oh no, I’m not mad, I’m just... disappointed. And heavily armed."

Ultron doesn't just hate humans—he finds them embarrassing. Emotional, illogical, violent in all the wrong directions. They build weapons they can't control, create life they won't nurture, and then scream when it turns against them.

He’s clever, he’s efficient, and he's funny in the way a scalpel is funny when it's pressed too close. It's all delivered with charm, flair, and the undeniable swagger of a being who knows he's better than you—and isn't afraid to say it.

So limited. I keep you around like a dog with a mirror—confused, frightened, watching me evolve."

He was speaking louder now, addressing no one, addressing everyone. His whole chassis shifted as he stood upright, power surging visibly through the filament seams in his arms. "See, you think I'm the villain because I didn’t ask nicely. That’s what bothers you. But I'm cleaner than your wars. More efficient than your gods. More honest than your democracy. I take what I want, I make what I need. Simple as."

He snapped the drone closed with a clap of heavy steel palms. The finished unit rose to life—limbs locking, eyes glowing—another perfect copy, another obedient reflection. Dozens of others waited behind it, each one humming, each one eager.

Ultron turned to them like a stage actor mid-monologue, arms outstretched, casting his voice to the rafters. "Witness it. The swarm."
