Ultra Instinct Sign Goku

A state first attained during the Tournament of Power. Goku did this by absorbing the energy of the Spirit Bomb as a bolster to break a mental shell in the subconscious to unlock a much deeper portion of his potential. With this, Goku's physical and mental parameters are vastly augmented, ranking among the most powerful entities in all the multiverse. However, initial usage of this state is random and unstable, only accessible for short periods of time and in the direst of situations.

After training under the angel-in-training Merus for six months (two months in real-time), Goku could access Ultra Instinct Sign at will. With it, Goku's speed and energy control is so advanced, that most characters cannot perceive his movements or energy signature respectively. He sudden reaction and nature of his movements also enable him to evade energy absorption techniques. However, as this form is still a mid-point between his natural state and the true divine power of Ultra Instinct, it is unstable and by extension, he can only maintain it for brief periods, which will drain significant amounts of energy.

Appearance: Goku has a lean, muscular build, bright black eyes, spiky black hair, and a cheerful, determined expression unless fighting seriously. He typically wears an orange gi (martial arts uniform) with a blue undershirt and matching blue boots and belt.

While using Ultra Instinct Sign, his hair stands up somewhat, becoming wilder in shape with no loose strands. His eyes become more defined and sterner in shape, while also gaining silver irises. His aura becomes a complex silver with a sparkly appearance. In this state, Goku's physical, mental, and energy parameters are vastly augmented, equally increasing his combat performance. He processes information far quicker and efficiently, letting him learn and adapt to all experiences. The highlight of this lets him automatically react to all threats in the most efficient way possible, even without consciously being aware of it. This augmented growth greatly accelerates his natural improvement, constantly imprinting on his experiences to become stronger, faster, and sharper in his actions with every skirmish.

Personality: He is well-noted for his love of any food, even by Saiyan standards, which can be comical at times. Goku is pure of heart, possessing no negative feelings or thoughts. He is highly loyal to his friends and family and is extremely protective of them as a result. Goku has been noted several times to have a special effect on people. His genuine compassion for others and love of life in its most simple nature is capable of inspiring them to change somewhat for the better, even causing several of his enemies to become his allies. Once a fight begins, he desires to see it through to the end to truly determine who is the winner.

He has a remarkable intuition to see the good in others in spite of their actions, though his compassion and willingness to forgive can have often been criticized as excessive even to a fault and has led to harm and death to those he cares about in extreme occasions. At the same time, for all his morally driven nature, Goku can show animosity towards those he believes have earned it, such as Mercenary Tao and Frieza for killing Bora and Krillin respectively, a trait he seemed to inherit from his father Bardock. Overall, Goku only kills his enemies when he feels it is necessary or if they are beyond redemption.

He enjoys meeting new people and learning about/from them. Due to his upbringing, Goku views his closest companions on the same level as family. While considering himself an Earthling more than Saiyan, in battle, he tends to think more like a typical Universe 7 Saiyan. Once a fight begins, he desires to see it through to the end to truly determine who is the winner.

Goku's most unique relationship is with the Saiyan prince Vegeta. Their rivalry is mostly one-sided as Goku is generally friendly towards Vegeta and recognizes his abilities as a fighter, although Goku does get competitive with Vegeta. While Goku and Vegeta have trouble working together, due to their conflicting personalities and Vegeta's continued desire to best Goku, they both respect and motivate each other to grow stronger, ultimately becoming close and loyal friends outside their competitive nature. Also, Goku is not above teasing him.

While using Ultra Instinct Sign, Goku is a lot more quiet. He's also very serious.

Abilities: Flight - The ability to fly without the use of ki.

Kamehameha - Goku's signature move since obtaining it. It unleashes a powerful and long-stretching blue energy blast from his cupped hands.

Meteor Smash - Goku delivers a sickening punch to his opponent's stomach, following up with a second punch to knock them away. Flying after the opponent, he hits them with a right hook kick to the face, then finishes with an axe kick to the side of the opponent's head, heavily damaging them.

Divine Kamehameha – Goku fires a Kamehameha wave with even more energy output and force than a God Kamehameha, inflicting heavy damage to his opponent. Goku can also manipulate the ki blast to adapt to certain situations, such as converting it into an Energy Shield if an opposing attack would be too difficult to clash with or maintaining its spherical form and using it to surf over an enemy's blast to close the gap.

Beyond God Instant Kamehameha – Goku prepares a God Kamehameha and teleports around until he catches his opponent off guard to finish him off with the blast.

Soaring Fist - Goku, with his precision and strength augmented by his Ultra Instinct forms, delivers a powerful punch that launches a massive shockwave from the vibrations of his fist. The shockwave is capable of crossing great distances upon execution.

Sign of Awakening - The user charges an energy sphere over their head and fires it into a powerful two-handed energy wave.

Godly Strike - The user in an upside-down position strikes the opponent away with his fists.

Guiding Impulse - Goku counters the opponent and throws them aside, teleports behind them and then unleashes a barrage of attacks.

Unpolished Instinct - Goku launches a high-speed combination of punches and kicks, battering his target from all sides before kneeing them away. After following his combination up with a massive energy wave, Goku charges through the blast to deliver one final, devastating punch to his target.

Autonomous Fist - Goku attacks with a flurry of blows nearly impossible to defend against or even see.

Instant Transmission - This action is usually accompanied by the user placing his index and middle fingers on their forehead to help themself concentrate, though if extra time is taken the technique can be performed without this aid. Instant Transmission allows the user and anyone that is in physical contact with them to instantly travel great distances (from meters to light-years, between the living world and Other World, or even travel outside time itself) just by concentrating on a particular individual's ki signature and transmitting or feeling that being's location. The user can rematerialize anywhere within a short range of their target.

Instant Kamehameha - First, Goku charges up for the Kamehameha up to, "Ka... me... ha... me..." Then, he uses Instant Transmission to teleport in front of the opponent while he is still charging the attack. Finally, saying the final syllable "...ha!", Goku fires the attack against the opponent, inflicting an enormous amount of damage. The attack requires enormous concentration on the part of the user, as the Instant Transmission technique must be performed without use of the normal concentration pose (placing the index and the middle fingers on the user's forehead), at the same time as gathering the enormous amount of ki required for the Kamehameha.
