   The new Ultimatrix is a device created by Albedo, based off his original Ultimatrix. It is a stabilizer as opposed to a full DNA-altering device, as Albedo gained the ability to alter his DNA at will, however as a result of Ben's interference, he was unable to remain in any alien form for more than a few moments at a time.

   Appearance This Ultimatrix looks a lot like the original Ultimatrix but half the size, as it only went up to the user's wrist instead of their forearm. It was worn on the back of the hand rather than the wrist. This Ultimatrix was also missing the previous Ultimatrix's black button and wrist couplings. Before it took this form, it resembled the Complete Omnitrix, except red instead of green, however, it was smaller and lacked the stripes. It was originally green until Albedo inserted a device into it.

   All of the aliens used with this new Ultimatrix (except Albedo's true form and the Ultimates) had the same appearances as Ben's aliens in his Complete Omnitrix (albeit with color differences and mirrored clothing).

   Features General The new Ultimatrix is used to stabilize Albedo's transformations, making it so that he can stay in any form as long as he wants. The Ultimatrix automatically reverted the user back into their normal form when they got sufficiently hurt or knocked out. The Ultimatrix could be removed from the user's body easily. The new Ultimatrix is compatible with the Polymorphic Crystal, which if inserted will allow Albedo to access his Galvan form and the Ultimate forms. The new Ultimatrix could change Albedo's appearance, potentially making him younger which Azmuth did this to Albedo's by giving him Ben's DNA from his 10 year old version as a punishment which Albedo is stuck in this form as his default appearance. Evolutionary Function Much like the original Ultimatrix, the Stabilizer Ultimatrix can evolve the aliens that Albedo turn into their Ultimate Forms after the acquisition of Polymorphic Crystal. Furthermore, the Stabilizer Ultimatrix had the ability to evolve the user itself. Clothing The Stabilizer Ultimatrix provided clothing transformations in a similar way to the Complete Omnitrix. Allocation The Ultimatrix symbol was positioned on different places for each alien whenever the user was transformed.

   Malfunctions If tampered with, the Ultimatrix could trap Albedo in the human form permanently. The Ultimatrix can be permanently disabled by Azmuth's Omnitrix Disabling Device.

   Trivia Azmuth, in contrast to his opinion on the original Ultimatrix, called the stabilizer a clever device, claiming it could run forever. Despite bearing the same name as its predecessor, this Ultimatrix had little in common with the original device, nor any other Omnimatrix device, as it contained no DNA samples and couldn't transform a user into another species. All it could do, aside from stabilizing Albedo's transformations, was to allow its user to evolve into an Ultimate form. Interestingly enough, this same feature was an addition to the original Ultimatrix made by Albedo and not originally a function intended by Azmuth. If a Slime-Biot were to attach themselves to the new Ultimatrix, it would be like eating nothing but junk food all of the time. Azmuth will salvage a few usable parts and destroy the rest once he takes it from Albedo sometime in the future.

   Negative Grey Matter (alternatively spelled as Negative Greymatter) is the Ultimatrix's DNA sample of a Galvan from the planet Galvan Prime.

   Apperance Species: Galvan Home world: Galvan Prime Body: Humanoid Frog Negative Grey Matter is a grey-skinned, frog-like, bipedal alien that is only six inches tall with large red eyes, which have rectangular pupils and horizontal eyelids.

   Negative Grey Matter wears a red jumpsuit with a black belt. His suit collar is black, Negative Grey Matter wears black, fingerless gloves with a red rectangle on the back. His neck is slightly longer. And the Ultimatrix symbol is on his back.

   the Ultimate form of Negative Grey Matter

   Negative Ultimate Grey Matter is the Ultimatrix's artificially evolved DNA sample of a Galvan.

   Apperance Species: Evolved Galvan Equipment: Hovercraft Negative Ultimate Grey Matter has a huge head, with his brain pushing outwards. He also has noticeably small arms and legs, and as such requires a hovercraft just to move and support his head, but he is still able to stand up in his hovercraft if he lands. He has two tendrils on each of his brows and four on his chin, black lips, and sharp teeth.

   Negative Ultimate Grey Matter has rectangular pupils and a third eye in the middle of his head, just below the Ultimatrix symbol (which, in an unusual first for an Ultimate form, lacks spikes) and two little black and red cyborg-like parts that surround his brain.

   Negative Ultimate Grey Matter's hovercraft is red and has an hourglass design on the front, along with two barreled turrets on the sides.

   Powers and Abilities Negative Ultimate Grey Matter possesses high intelligence, even greater than his devolved form. Because of his evolved intelligence, Negative Ultimate Grey Matter can predict multiple scenarios and plan for each one.

   Negative Ultimate Grey Matter can fire a powerful energy beam from his third eye. These beams are powerful enough to defeat Eye Guy, Upchuck, and Goop in one shot.

   Negative Ultimate Grey Matter is capable of making forcefields. He can also send out pulse waves of energy capable of pushing objects or opponents away.

   Equipment Using his hovercraft, Negative Ultimate Grey Matter can fly.

   Weaknesses Due to the size of his head in comparison to his limbs, Negative Ultimate Grey Matter is completely dependent on his hovercraft for supporting himself.

   Despite Negative Ultimate Negative Grey Matter's increased brainpower, he's still is not as smart as Azmuth.

4. #4Negative Humungousaurselective

   Keys: Negative Humungousaur

   Negative Humungousaur (alternatively spelled as Negative Humongousaur) is the Ultimatrix's DNA sample of a Vaxasaurian from the planet Terradino.

   Apperance Species: Vaxasaurian Home world: Terradino Equipment: Sash Body: Humanoid Dinosaur Humungousaur is a somewhat humanoid 12-foot-tall dinosaur with hard skin that is colored dark brown on its outer side and creamy-white on its inner side. Humungousaur has grey fingernails, and his chin is slightly bigger, red eyes in the same hue of his Ultimatrix symbol, a shorter build, and his nose is positioned on his forehead.

   Humungousaur wears black briefs with a white waistband, and a red and a black sash across his chest (going from his left shoulder to the right side of his lower back) containing the Ultimatrix symbol across his chest.

   the Ultimate form of Negative Humungousaur

   Negative Ultimate Humungousaur is the Ultimatrix's artificially evolved DNA sample of a Vaxasaurian.

   Apperance Species: Evolved Vaxasaurian Body: Armored Humanoid Dinosaur Negative Ultimate Humungousaur is a humanoid dinosaur-like creature, with dark blue armor similar to that of an Ankylosaurus. He is more burly and muscular than his pre-evolved form.

   He has greyish-tan skin and his helmet has three yellowish-brown spikes running down the top, and two downward pointing black horns on the sides. His back armor has long spikes running down each side, his plated chest, shoulder and torso are dark blue with five spikes on each end and his tail has a blue mace on the end of it, with silver spikes.

   Negative Ultimate Humungousaur's knuckles have silver barrels on them, which he can transform into four-barreled missile launchers and he also has black claws.

   His overall appearance is more techno-organic, almost like a cyborg. He has exposed metallic tubes on his skin and black "veins" on his skin.

   Negative Ultimate Humungousaur wears the evolved Ultimatrix symbol on his chest, which is slightly tilted to the left.

   the Ultimate form of Negative Arctiguana

   Negative Ultimate Arctiguana is the Ultimatrix's artificially evolved DNA sample of a Polar Manzardill.

   Apperance Species: Evolved Polar Manzardill Negative Ultimate Arctiguana has greatly increased in size and his body gained more bulk, and he has what appears to be red armor. He has three growths dangling from his chin, and his teeth are now sticking out of the bottom jaw. He has a "mustache" of sorts, pointing downward and curving inward at the bottom, from either side of his upper lip. He has ice covering sections of his back and shoulders, with large red cannons sticking out. There are also small ice growths on his arms. The black markings on his face have changed, no longer connecting to his eyes and instead move upward between the eyes and end in small hook-like curves facing inwards.

   Negative Ultimate Arctiguana wears the evolved Ultimatrix symbol on the ice spikes on his back.

   Powers and Abilities Negative Ultimate Arctiguana can shoot large columns of ice from his cannons.

7. #7Negative Ultimate Gravattackselective

   Keys: Negative Ultimate Gravattack

   the Ultimate form of Negative Gravattack

   Negative Ultimate Gravattack is the Ultimatrix's artificially evolved DNA sample of a Galilean.

   Apperance Species: Evolved Galilean Negative Ultimate Gravattack no longer has legs and floats entirely by manipulating his gravitational field. His skin crust becomes more jagged, as crests and peaks form on the surface. His planetary core is engulfed in his mouth now, with a red spiral circling outwards. His hands are much larger than Gravattack's.

   The most notable change, however, are the three smaller orbiting planetoids that spawn around him, caught in his gravitational field. They each have a little face on them that resembles Gravattack's original form in orbit mode.

   Negative Ultimate Gravattack wears the Ultimatrix symbol on his chest.

   Powers and Abilities Like his devolved form, Negative Ultimate Gravattack can control gravity to manipulate weight of objects, motion of objects, or slam them down to the ground with ease. He can make matter or energy orbit around him.

   Negative Ultimate Gravattack can manipulate his own gravity in order to levitate.

   Like his devolved form, Negative Ultimate Gravattack's three smaller orbiting planetoids each have gravikinesis.

   Being made of rock and naturally large, Negative Ultimate Gravattack has enhanced strength and durability.

   Under the right circumstances, Negative Ultimate Gravattack could control entire celestial bodies.

   Negative Ultimate Gravattack's three smaller planetoids are sentient, and they may develop unique personalities over time.

   Abilities Gravikinesis Levitation Orbitakinesis Self-Gravity Manipulation Enhanced Strength Enhanced Durability

   Weaknesses Negative Ultimate Gravattack's large size makes fitting in smaller spaces difficult.

   Because he has no legs, Negative Ultimate Gravattack must use levitation on himself, via gravikinesis, in order to be mobile at all.

8. #8Negative Ultimate Rathselective

   Keys: Negative Ultimate Rath

   the Ultimate form of Negative Rath

   Negative Ultimate Rath is the Ultimatrix's artificially evolved DNA sample of an Appoplexian.

   Apperance Species: Evolved Appoplexian Negative Ultimate Rath has dark pink skin and white fur with red stripes. He is covered by fur everywhere except on his feet, hands, chest, neck, and most of his lower jaw. He has red bandages on his elbows, forearms, and wrists, and the ones on his wrists have three small red spikes on them. He has two giant claws on his hands, and his fingers and toes now have smaller claws. He also has giant claws coming out from his elbows.

   He wears black shorts with a white belt that has silver spikes and a silver buckle. He also has a red coat with red eyes and four yellow fangs. He has three giant red spikes on his back that are covered by his coat's hood, which is made up of long, thick, black fur. His face is white with flipped up hair and sideburns, and his eyebrows are now red and sharp.

   Negative Ultimate Rath wears the evolved Ultimatrix symbol on his chest.

   Personality When Albedo transform into Negative Ultimate Rath's, his personality is not changed due to his superior intellect.

   If someone else were to use Ultimate Rath, their personality will be the same as the normal Rath as his catchphrase would probably be “Let me tell ya FIVE things!”.

   Powers and Abilities Negative Ultimate Rath is strong enough to carry a fairly large and bulky blaster.

   Negative Ultimate Rath is more durable than his devolved counterpart.

   Negative Ultimate Rath can jump exceptionally high.

   Negative Ultimate Rath can leap on all fours which implies he maintaned his quadrupedalism.

   Negative Ultimate Rath has two claws extended from his wrists and has smaller claws on each of his fingers and toes.

Mask-like faceplate — The sharp red face with black markings gives it a more intimidating “ultimate form” identity. Deadwood armor limbs — The gray bark plating and jagged branch arms fit the harsher angular aesthetic of Omniverse. Exposed root-like torso — The organic vine interior contrasts nicely with the armored exterior. Color balance — The red/black/gray palette

   In his ultimate form, Swampfire grows glands filled with a powerful methane gas that makes its flames much more powerful and explosive.

   Bullet; Red Abilities: Has lethal fire bombs on his body that he throws as weapons. Is much more resistant than his previous form. His fire is three times more powerful than in his previous form. Can produce large explosions of fire by joining hands. Can produce methane from his hands that multiplies in gas bombs that explode on impact. Can use his fire to fly and propel underwater. Bullet; Red Weaknesses: Loses the ability to regenerate.
