   despite being called a watch, bears a gauntlet-like band light green in color with four black lines around the band close to the dial and containing a black rectangular button and wrist couplings with the left and right side being black with two small green tubes. It had a gray dial (with the dial face being black in color) containing four small lines around it and the band extending up to almost half of the wearer's arm or forearm, but the central core's form remained the same. When the Ultimatrix is active a cylindrical tower pop up from the base of the Ultimatrix as well as the Omnitrix and shows the hologram of the aliens standing on the core, same as the Recalibrated Omnitrix.

   When Albedo used it, the Ultimatrix had a red color scheme. After Ben took the Ultimatrix from Albedo, the Ultimatrix became green. This shows that the user can change the color scheme of the Ultimatrix.

   The selection interface was identical to the Recalibrated Omnitrix's dial, with the Galvan tech logo changing color to reflect what mode the Ultimatrix was in.

   Features General Just like the Omnitrix, the Ultimatrix mainly allowed for the user to transform into a numerous variety of alien life-forms that are each with their own unique powers and abilities (along with their weaknesses) and in a selection of alien DNA that are in groups of 10. The Ultimatrix automatically reverted the user back into their normal form when they got sufficiently hurt or knocked out. The Ultimatrix was able to access the Codon Stream's database to show which transformations have been activated over time The Ultimatrix was able to scan human-alien hybrids and extract pure alien DNA from them. The Ultimatrix could replace one of its DNA samples with someone else from the same species. The Ultimatrix had a Master Control mode. It allows unlimited access to all of the Ultimatrix's functions like access to all alien forms in the device and also, instant changes with no time limit unless all available power is used up. It can be unlocked by via hacking. Pressing the navy blue button on the gauntlet end makes the Ultimatrix increase in size, so it can be slipped off. The Ultimatrix is waterproof and durable enough to take a bullet. The Ultimatrix changed the aliens' eye color to match the device's core color.

   Evolutionary Function The Ultimatrix had the ability to evolve aliens into their Ultimate Form, granting them more powerful abilities. This was activated by pressing the Ultimatrix symbol as an alien, causing four gray spikes to grow from the dial and the selected alien to transform (often stylized as green bands of light washing over them). The Evolutionary Function worked by placing the selected species in a simulation right down to the DNA, for an extended period of time (about a million years or so) in what is described as a "worst-case scenario"; the actual DNA is then simply modified to match the new DNA. This survival-of-the-fittest routine explains why the evolutions are more combat-centered than their normal forms. Almost any DNA can be put through the Evolutionary Function.

   Extensions The Ultimatrix functioned as a GPS. The Ultimatrix served as a communicator when transformed and not transformed, like the other Omnitrixes. The Ultimatrix had a built-in Universal Translator and could also translate other Earth languages,but not animal languages.

   Voice Command The Ultimatrix had a Voice Command, just like the Recalibrated Omnitrix. Ultimatrix User Access Voice Recognition Mode: Makes the Ultimatrix recognize the wearer and activates Voice Command Mode. Ultimatrix Hard Reset: Resets the Ultimatrix.[citation needed] Command Function Override Code 10: Overrides function. Ultimatrix Self Destruct in (time): Command Code: 000 - Destruct 0: Activates Self-Destruct Mode. Abort Self Destruct Code 10: Deactivates Self-Destruct Mode. Ultimatrix Reset Code 10: Activates Reset Mode. Ultimatrix Abort Reset Code 10: Deactivates Reset Mode.

   Malfunctions Much like the original Omnitrix, the Ultimatrix would sometimes transform the user into the wrong alien. Furthermore, like the original Omnitrix, the Ultimatrix could be affected by manna. The Ultimatrix displayed several signs that it was not completed properly. Azmuth even considered the Ultimatrix to be "pathetic workmanship" and not at all as advanced as the original Omnitrix. Ultimatrix can quickly timeout from Ascalon. The Ultimatrix couldn't detect outer dimensional creatures. Unlike the original Omnitrix, the Ultimatrix did not possess the ability to restore the DNA of those corrupted by Xenocites, such as the Arachnachimp DNAliens. The Evolutionary Function drained the Ultimatrix's battery quicker than regular transformations.

   Humungousaur (alternatively spelled as Humongousaur) is the Ultimatrix's DNA sample of a Vaxasaurian from the planet Terradino.

   Apperance Species: Vaxasaurian Home world: Terradino Body: Humanoid Dinosaur Humungousaur is a somewhat humanoid 12-foot-tall dinosaur with hard skin that is colored brown on its outer side and beige on its inner side.

   Apperance Species: Methanosian Home world: Methanos Body: Humanoid Plant Swampfire is a humanoid, plant-like alien that has an overall green and black colored body encrusted with muck, mostly with a red flame-patterned head and root-like feet, seemingly holding black rocks. His eyes are oval-shaped with points at each end with pupils copying the shape but are smaller. Also, his shoulders and head have red petals and his elbows and legs have green frills sticking out. Swampfire is taller than an average human and has a distinct rotten stench that worsens with heat.

   Apperance Species: Arachnachimp Home world: Aranhascimmia Body: Four-Armed Monkey Spidermonkey is a small monkey-like alien with four arms, two legs, three fingers on each hand and three toes on each foot, blue fur over a dark blue center, and a tail with two stripes near the tip.

   Spidermonkey has two pairs of eyes (making a total of four), he wears the Ultimatrix symbol on his chest.

   Cannonbolt is the Ultimatrix's DNA sample of an Arburian Pelarota from the destroyed planet Arburia.

   Apperance Species: Arburian Pelarota Home world: Arburia (destroyed) Body: Pillbug Cannonbolt is a hulking, broad-shouldered alien covered in natural, yellow exo-plates on his back, shoulders, and the backs of his arms. He is mostly white with black on his upper half and has four claws on both of his hands. Cannonbolt is covered in fur across the thickest parts of his body, while every other part except for his elbows and knees is short fur.

   When Cannonbolt turns into a sphere, he rolls up into a ball, with his backplates and the plates on his hands covering him. His sphere form has semi-circular stripes across his body, with black lines around the circular plates, and his side plates are the plates on his shoulders. It is described as a position similar to a roly poly.

   Big Chill is the Ultimatrix's DNA sample of a Necrofriggian from the planet Kylmyys.

   Apperance Species: Necrofriggian Home world: Kylmyys Body: Humanoid Moth Big Chill is a humanoid, moth-like alien, whose four wings and two antennae-like wing folds can fold up into a poncho-esque robe with a hood, giving him the appearance of a phantom. He has a black body with blue patching on his slender chest, and running along his legs and arms, the latter reaching up to the back of his neck. He has cyan patches that resemble ice chunks on his legs and arms. Thick black lines border the back end of each wing, which also contain three cyan patches of their own.

   Big Chill's face is blue but has harsh black lines surrounding his eyes and mouth, which all meet at the center of his face. He also has a black marking on his head that extends over his scalp, forcing the remaining blue parts of his forehead into a Y-shape. His eyes are bright, with small darker spots inside. His mouth is a frown showing four bluish-white teeth, which rarely moves, even when speaking. He has three pointed fingers and a thumb on each hand, and three toes on each foot: two in front and one behind.

   Echo Echo, formerly known as Echo, is the Ultimatrix's DNA sample of a Sonorosian from the planet Sonorosia.

   Apperance Species: Sonorosian Home world: Sonorosia Body: Humanoid Equipment: Headphones Echo Echo is a small, white humanoid made of silicon. His body is natural; although he strongly resembles a robot, he is neither it nor an animated containment suit. One of his most noticeable features is a square appendage resembling an MP3 player behind his back with a port on it, decorated with a 10 symbol and what looks like cassette tapes on his lower legs. The green circle-shaped indents on the back of Echo Echo's hands are sound holes which help him resonate, and the inside of his mouth is also green with lines that give it the appearance of an amplifier. He also wears headphones so he would not be hurt by his own sonic screams. The headphones are attached to the appendage on his back.

   Wildmutt is the Ultimatrix's DNA sample of a Vulpimancer from the planet Vulpin.

   Apperance Species: Vulpimancer Home world: Vulpin Body: Animalistic Wildmutt appears to be a large orange dog-like creature with no eyes, ears, nose, or tail. He stands on all fours and his movements are somewhat apelike. His teeth are very defined and his bottom jaw sticks out of his mouth. The various spines found all across his body function similarly to whiskers with tactile sensing, and are not fur. Since Wildmutt has no eyes, he uses his sense of smell and hearing to navigate, which are aided by three gill-like nostrils located on each side of his neck.

   Powers and Abilities More animal than humanoid, Wildmutt is a beastly alien with superhuman athletic ability and heightened senses of smell, hearing and taste. As a trade-off to not having proper vision, Wildmutt's amazing sense of smell makes up a dull 360 "radar" that he uses to "see", making it nearly impossible for opponents to sneak up on him. He can tell how old someone is just by smelling them.

   Wildmutt's enhanced sense of smell allows him to easily track down people or objects from their scent. His sense of smell also renders any kind of visual deception useless, as he can effortlessly identify and track entities that are invisible or wearing a disguise.

   Wildmutt possesses sharp teeth and a strong bite force.

   Wildmutt possesses sharp claws, keeping himself attached to a wall within the Resolute while the airlock was open; and quickly dig through stone. Additionally, Wildmutt's claws help him scale surfaces. His back claws are larger and more powerful than his front claws.

   Wildmutt has enhanced strength.

   Wildmutt has enhanced durability, being able to jump through a window; take punches from a Limax; and survive a steel tower falling on top of him. Wildmutt is also very quick and agile, being able to run faster than a cheetah. Additionally, he also has enhanced reflexes.

   Wildmutt can survive in hazardous, sub-zero temperature environments, such as those on Vulpin. This allows Wildmutt to break through ice easily if frozen solid.

   Wildmutt is a quadruped. However, he is capable of standing on his hind legs. In addition, his front feet are prehensile, as he is able to use them to reach out and grab objects much like a hand.

   Wildmutt can fire the quills from his back as projectiles. However, he can only do this when he reaches adulthood.

   Even though he may not seem like it, he is extremely intelligent.

   Weaknesses When someone becomes Wildmutt, they have no way of communicating verbally as he can only growl and snarl. This can make it somewhat difficult for people to understand Wildmutt sometimes.

   Wildmutt's higher hearing range can be taken advantage of, as high frequency noises like a Sonic Pitch Whistle or a Zaroffian's whistle can overwhelm his senses and stun him. Wildmutt is also sensitive to strong smells.

   Wildmutt is implied to be vulnerable to fire.

   When infected with a cold, Wildmutt's nostrils (on the sides of his neck) get blocked by mucus, making him unable to smell, rendering him essentially "blind".

   Way Big (alternatively spelled as Waybig) is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a To'kustar, a race of gigantic aliens that are created during unpredictable cosmic storms.

   Apperance Species: To'kustar Body: Giant Humanoid Way Big is a white 100 feet tall (30.48 meters) humanoid creature with a large frill on his head, which is red at the front and black at the bottom. He also has red arms with three black lines and white fins on the elbows. He has red feet with two toes, a red boot-like feet and three black lines on the side of his neck. The red parts of Way Big's body are made of an unknown cosmic material with metallic properties.

    Apperance Species: Alter Orishan Home world: Kiusana DNA source: Bivalvan Body: Humanoid Mollusk Waterhazard appears as a red mollusk-like alien with green eyes and a grey mouth that does not move when he speaks. Behind his legs and on the top of his arms are small spikes that are grey, there are black spots on his shoulders and legs, and on his hands are portholes, which he uses to shoot water. Waterhazard also has four fingers with claws on them and a grey spike on each of his feet. His lower torso is grey with two spikes on the side of it.

    Apperance Species: Alter Talpaedan Home world: Poiana Lüncas DNA source: Andreas Body: Robotic Humanoid Armadillo Armodrillo is a yellow ten-foot-tall alien with an armored, mechanical robotic-like body. His head is similar to a Greek Corinthian helmet with two ears on it, giving him the appearance of an armadillo. Armodrillo has a gray tail and jackhammer parts on his elbows, wrists and hands, creating the impression that he is a digging robot. Despite his mechanical and robotic-like appearance, all of these aspects are, in fact, biological and natural to his race. He also has blood that is grey and partially translucent.

He wears a heavy, dark green-teal oven-like containment suit, with three slits capable of letting out some of his radioactive energy.

The tips of his arms also have three holes each, which can extend finger-like claws to use as fingers.

    Apperance Species: Evolved Vaxasaurian Body: Armored Humanoid Dinosaur Ultimate Humungousaur is a humanoid dinosaur-like creature, with dark blue armor similar to that of an Ankylosaurus. He is more burly and muscular than his pre-evolved form.

    He has camo green skin and his helmet has three silver spikes running down the top, and two downward pointing black horns on the sides. His back armor has long spikes running down each side, his plated chest and torso are dark blue with five spikes on each end and his tail has a blue mace on the end of it, with silver spikes.

    Ultimate Humungousaur's knuckles have silver barrels on them, which he can transform into four-barreled missile launchers and he also has black claws.

    Ultimate Swampfire is the Ultimatrix's artificially evolved DNA sample of a Methanosian.

    Apperance Species: Evolved Methanosian Body: Humanoid Tree Ultimate Swampfire has the appearance of a humanoid tree instead of a walking plant like Swampfire. Ultimate Swampfire's body is dark brown in color, and now has three blue gooey shells containing an organic, blue-colored gel-like solution of kerosene napalm on each of his arms and a large one on his back. He also has a smaller pod on his front, through which his face can be seen. Ultimate Swampfire's body is composed of petrified wood.

    Ultimate Swampfire wears the evolved Ultimatrix symbol on his chest.

    Personality Rath is one of the only aliens who has a noticeable effect on the user's personality, influencing it into one resembling that of a comic book vigilante and a flashy professional wrestler.

    Rath almost always speaks in third person and a loud voice. Sometimes, when he becomes extremely angry, he mixes up metaphors (such as "a man's food is his castle" or "you just bit off an eye that's bigger than your stomach can chew"). He is aware that they do not make sense, but still continues to use them anyway.

    Rath's muscle-over-brains mindset makes him needlessly argue with everyone around him. He even shouts at inanimate objects, like a hole he made in the ground, a stolen spaceship, gravity, water, fire, the Omnitrix and Ultimatrix for their malfunctions, the laser pointers, a giant ball of yarn, and a paper bag on his head, arguments of which were ridiculous and that occasionally lead him to harm both himself and others. There are black marks surrounding the symbol, as well as leaf-like edges. Once the Ultimatrix user transforms into an alien while using it, the Potis Altiare is positioned on the Ultimatrix symbol.

    History According to Azmuth, his work began in the interest of the sciences that eventually created the Omnitrix and Ultimatrix long ago by Azmuth's ancestors, the ancient Galvan. Realizing that the Potis Altiare was too dangerous, they decided to hide it on Earth since even if the primitive humans found it, they wouldn't know how to use it. Unfortunately, upon entering Earth's atmosphere, the ship carrying the device was destroyed and the device itself was torn into 6 pieces. The pieces were found by villains and greatly enhanced their powers (though one piece turned Sir Enoch to stone when it was removed). It can only be used once if a piece is missing.

He has well-developed muscles, two pairs of four-fingered arms, and dense armor-plated red skin. A black stripe goes from his chin to his lower lip, and he has four eyes: a main pair and a smaller pair below them, while he lacks ears or nose. He has whisker-like spikes on each forearm and two-toed feet. He closely resembles an approximately seven-foot-tall muscular human male, with four fingers on each hand and black hair with sideburns. Most of his skin is a dull, greyish yellow; however, some areas on his body have a different skin tone, which are separated by scars and what resembles sutures, as if his body parts were sewn together.
