Her hair is accessorized with a green-black ribbon flecked with diamonds. She wears a dark teal dress with a white collar, crinoline, puffed sleeves, and a belt. Sonia also sports a large red ribbon with a blue jewel trimmed with silver on the chest. As well as this, she wears a pale bracelet on her left wrist, black over-knee socks trimmed with gray lines, and red-toe cap-heeled Mary Janes.

She wears a white, short-sleeved seifuku uniform with a black sailor collar, two thick stripes on the sleeves, and a single thin stripe at the hem. She wears a black pleated skirt with a pink ascot tied at her neck. Her legwear consists of ripped thigh-high socks —pink on the right and blue on the left —and flat white sneakers with blue laces on the right and pink laces on the left. Her nails are painted black.

She wears a long-sleeved, turquoise-black seifuku uniform with a dark, gray-teal sailor collar and sleeve cuffs, each striped with two thin white lines at the edges, a red ascot tied at her neck. A red strip of cloth is wrapped around her left upper arm. Below this, she wears a somewhat paler turquoise pleated skirt, striped with an even paler line at the hem. Her legwear consists of turquoise-black tights and cream-colored loafers.

She wears a white uniform dress shirt with short sleeves and a chest pocket, with a red-and-white plaid tie at her collar. On top of this, she wears an olive green school jumper with a pleated skirt. Her legwear consists of darker olive knee-high socks with lighter-colored lines running around the cuffs, and olive-black flat sneakers with white laces and soles. Her former school's symbol can be found on her shirt sleeves, her jumper chest, and her socks cuffs.

Her clothes consist of a traditional orange furisode kimono with a floral print pattern of white and yellow blossoms, a yellow-green obi sash printed with tiny, darker yellow-green cat head silhouettes tied around her waist and secured with a bow at the back, and zori with orange straps. She has long blonde hair, generally tied into thick, curved twin tails with two yellow-green ribbons, and a white cat face accessory pinned in the center. Her bangs are curled and swept to the right, with two locks of chin-length hair curling outwards and framing her face.

   Appearance: Mikan is a young, voluptuous woman with fair skin. She wears a nurse's uniform, consisting of a pale pink short-sleeved shirt with a white collar and puffed sleeves trimmed in white. A short, pale blue, slightly wrinkled pleated skirt is visible underneath. Mikan wears a white apron tied behind her neck with a ribbon. It is marked with two red lines on the left side of the apron: one running down to her middle and another, a short red line perpendicular to the vertical one, in a simple design. In addition, she has bandages wrapped around her left forearm and hand, excluding the fingers, and around her right leg from mid-thigh to above her ankle. Additionally, she has a square gauze band-aid on her left kneecap and wears pale pink crew-length socks and white loafers.

    Appearance: Gundham wears a long, black jacket that stops below his knees and is always left open, with a dark red lining; according to his reference sheet, it is part of his school uniform. The left sleeve is rolled up to the elbow and fastened to the jacket with silver pins. Gundham is also known for his long purple scarf, which wraps around his neck and covers his chin. Vertical (presumably occult) symbols are emblazoned on the back of his jacket and the ends of his scarf. Underneath his coat, Gundham wears a white button-up layered over a slightly darker shirt with a grey-purple cross design on the chest. His black pants are tucked into black boots riddled with straps.

    He wears an undercut, and the top section of his hair is slicked back into a single curl. His hair looks more wild and jagged when he's enraged. His hair is black with light grey streaks. This may result from either dyeing his hair or a melanin deficiency known as poliosis, giving him several 'Mallen streaks.'

Nagito wears a thin, knee-length dark green zipper coat with a jagged-cut tail, which he leaves unzipped. It has a red square pattern across the right shoulder, a large, square-shaped '55' on the back, and two red drawstrings threaded through the hood, hanging down on either side of his chest. Underneath, he wears a white scoop-neck T-shirt with a red front design resembling two interlocking hooks. He wears plain black jeans, a wallet chain with a skull charm, and pale brown shoes, each fastened by two zippers.

She has short, straight bangs split to the right, a white hair clip resembling the spaceship from Galaga pinned to a lock of her hair. She has sleepy-looking, blossom pink eyes. She wears a white button-up shirt with a dark teal-gray front placket. She wears a light pink ribbon tied in a bow around her neck, with a pale beige pleated skirt. On top of this, she wears a one-button dark teal-gray hooded cardigan with gray horizontal lines running across the hem and sleeves, her former school symbol on the chest pocket. Her hood has pointed ears on the top and two pink eye-like markings on the front, resembling a cat. She also wears black thigh-high socks and light pink Mary Jane-style shoes with white soles. Chiaki is often seen wearing a pale pink backpack with a white pocket, a plush cat head sewn at the top, and a white ribbon tied in a bow at its base. Chiaki has a beauty mark on her right breast. Chiaki is often seen with a stuffed animal, choosing a different one each time.

In the game, he wears a two-piece suit consisting of a dark pinstripe jacket and pants over a white dress shirt. His tie is brown-black with an animal skull emblem, and he wears black dress shoes with a platform heel. On his left lapel is a pin shaped like the Kuzuryu family symbol, and he wears two silver rings on his right hand. He also has freckles along the bridge of his nose and a birthmark on the right side of his mouth. His eyes are gold, and he has permanent blush marks on both cheeks. Despite being a Yakuza, he has no tattoos.

    The Ultimate Imposter views Kazuichi as a classmate.

    Appearance: Kazuichi is a young, skinny man with fair skin and thin eyes, wearing hot-pink prescription contacts at all times. As a mechanic, he wears a yellow-green jumpsuit with a dark brown streak down the sides, reaching his ankles. Kazuichi wears bright yellow sneakers as well with white laces. During his high school years, he wore a blue jumpsuit similar to his current one, and instead of a beanie, a cap. On his yellow-green jumpsuit, there are two pockets on his thighs, whilst he has another on his right chest. Above his eyes, his thin, pronounced eyebrows nearly touch his hairline. His teeth are pretty sharp, giving him an intimidating grin. He also has earrings: the right one has a plus sign because it is a screw with a plus head, and the left one has a minus sign because it is a screw with a minus head.

    The Ultimate Imposer views Akane as a classmate and fellow foodie.

    Appearance: Akane is a tall, young woman with an athletic, curvy physique. She has tanned skin, dark olive-gray eyes, and unkempt, shoulder-length chestnut hair that sticks out at various angles in wavy spikes. During high school, her eyes appeared lighter and brighter green, and her hair flowed down to her mid-back.

    Akane wears a short-sleeved, white, buttoned, collared shirt with a chest pocket and the top few buttons undone, exposing a large amount of cleavage. The bottom button also appears undone, exposing her navel when she moves quickly. She also wears a red pleated miniskirt and cream-colored loafers with no socks. During high school, she continued to wear her red miniskirt and cream-colored loafers, but she also wore a white shirt, with long, cuffed, albeit rolled-up sleeves and no visible shirt pocket. She also had longer hair.
