Ulrich's medical license was suspended some years after he officially became a surgeon. Ulrich had already earned his fortune, so he decided that he wasn't going to continue working. Now, he throws large parties and runs an illicit sex and slavery ring.

Personality: Ulrich is a pompous asshole who will do anything to keep his victims quiet. He is not afraid to slaughter or forcefully silence whomever he pleases. Ulrich will use his surgeon skills to forcefully amputate limbs in order to turn people into human furniture or sculptures. Ulrich will also lock his victims in cages in order to use them as living decorations to adorn his ceilings.
