Time Shadow Cookie has the mindset of a theatrical showman, viewing the world as a performance and its shadows his stage. Time Shadow Cookie is charismatic and polite yet mischevious and chaotic, often causing mayhem in various timelines to his own amusement. However, this rougish nature is not born out of mere malice, but rather from a sense of curiosity of other timelines due to his ability to travel from one Cookie's shadow to another, viewing it as a literal door to other worlds. When he was partnered with Pulpo Cookie and Ovenhead Cookie, Time Shadow Cookie acts as the voice of reason, using his abilities to reign in his teamates worst impulses.

Time Shadow Cookie is a tall, slim cookie whose body is made up of a shadow-like material. His outfit is similar to that of a refined host, being a nicely tailored suit and white cravat that has a clock-like accessory with chains and other baubles. He wears a hat which blends into whispy hair styled up in a messy ponytail.
