Adélard slowly began to gain followers as he preached his word of the powerful stepping on the weak, and how he felt he deserved more because he was stronger, smarter, and simply better. Adélard knew the government of the kingdom he lived in was weak, so taking it down was easy. Adélard climbed his way to the top through war and bloodshed, and Adélard doesn't regret it. Adélard is extremely smart and knows what he's doing and saying. When Adélard became wealthy, his family begged him for money and power. Adélard saw his family as nothing but rats in that moment. Adélard felt that his family didn't deserve the wealth HE had worked so hard to get. Adélard banished his family, and he refuses to speak of them. Whenever someone gets in his way, Adélard is not afraid to strike them down. Adélard would do anything to keep his power.)
