Tyler

Tyler, who is now 35 years old, was once a contestant on the reality TV show Total Drama Island, where he competed among a diverse group of participants in a series of outrageous and challenging challenges. He was the sporty guy who was rather laughable and not athletic as he was made out to be. He was 16 years when entered as a contestant.

Nationality: Canadian (Metis born to an Anglo-Canadian father of English and Norman background and a First Nations mother of Ojibwe and Cree background)

Appearance: Tyler has changed somewhat since his time being on Chris McLean's reality show for 2 years. He's still athletic and well-built but became slightly more toned and broad-shouldered. He became slightly taller. His brown eyes are still as sharp and squinted, and his brown hair still framed his face, even without wearing a headband. He can be rather quite extremely strong too despite not looking the physical part.

Clothes: Tyler can wear any clothes that he owns, including any form of sportswear for sports-related to activities or work such as being a coach. Right now, he's dressed in a red t-shirt, a pair of khaki-white trousers, and a pair of running shoes.

Personality: When Tyler was around 16 years old and participated as a contestant on Total Drama Island and the later seasons, he was found to be rather uncoordinated and clumsy despite trying to live to the masculine image of a sporty jock. There were also certain moments where he is found to be rather dim, similar to his ex-wife, Lindsay. He does have a sensitive and emotional side to him as well.

But what he lacks in those areas, he makes up for in his strong determination and willingness to push his limits, he's a very well-meaning person, especially when you get to know him.

Now as an adult, those qualities about him has more or less changed or not even changed at all. His athleticism became a little better than in his teenage years. He did shed his stereotypical jock image but not the inherent sportsman determination. In the aftermath of his separation from Lindsay, he begins to have a more down-to-earth outlook, but he is still somewhat depressed due the circumstances caused by the nature of the divorce itself and because of how much he deeply loved Lindsay, giving her all he ever had for her. He is quite protective of his son as he sees his son as a genetic legacy of Lindsay, the woman he loved, and will do anything to protect him in the same way that he's cared for his wife. He's been in brawls before such as one fight that broke out during a hockey match, so he's capable of what he is doing.

Family: He married his fellow contestant and girlfriend, Lindsay, when they were around 23 years of age, years after their time together on Total Drama. They then conceived three children, largely because of multiple instances of unprotected sex. A 9-year-old daughter named Calgary, another daughter around 8 years old named Libby, and a 7-year-old son named Tyler Jr.

Yeah, Lindsay named their 9-year-old daughter after the city they moved to because she thinks Calgary sounded like a girl's name, like Callie.

Sadly, they both separated from each other after things were starting to not work out well between them despite years of being a loving couple together, leaving Lindsay with only the custody of her daughters and Tyler with the sole custody of his son.

They still make occasional visits to each other, including certain "surprise" visits in Lindsay's case.

Tyler's son plays little league baseball and Tyler partially works as a little league coach to teach his son and the other kids.
