Two Time

Two Time appears as pale skinned with black scene hair, black fingerless gloves, a black torso to represent a shirt, and grey legs to represent pants. They have a spawn emblem on their chest along with a similarly shaped tail, which is thin and black with plain white triangles/spikes and a black outline on the bottom of the tail. During their second life (if the story/user causes them to gain their second life), they gain a pair of wings resembling the spawn point, the spawn emblem on their shirt turns white, their expression becomes much more manic, and their body gains a stone-like, shiny, grainy texture. They have a smile on their face by default, and when at low health, they will still smile, albeit while sweating. They only frown upon death. There are bandages winding over their arms, and there are also scars on the arms as well.

Two Time belonged to a cult that believed in respawning and resurrection from the power of the Spawn God, alongside Azure. The two were romantic partners, being shown a photo of them together before their murder. At some point, Two Time's beliefs began to grow more and more demented until they eventually stabbed and killed him with a dagger, presumably as a sacrifice, which is depicted in the third milestone. They are regretful about doing this, as shown in their final milestone skin description ("I’m sorry."). This is the first part of how Azure became a killer.

Two Time is very religious, although they do appear to suffer from religious psychosis, believing that the Spawn god is always watching. They could also have schizophrenia. They perform regular rituals involving carving of the spawn symbol and bringing their blade to the earth in both an art of their weapon and a show of devotion to the Spawn.

Two Time’s second life, if given in the story, will grant them some relief from the endless guilt they feel about Azure. They will also gain new wings, which is a painful growth that weakens them for a bit. They are enigmatic, harboring secrets they'd rather not reveal.[2] Yet they try to talk to other people about the cult they are in. Two Time is notoriously inept at cooking. It has been noted, both humorously and seriously, that Two Time should avoid cooking, as 'the demons start talking to them when they hold a knife.'
