   The staff is friendly, with the green-haired, slender trans-feminine Jamie Carson and the bubbly, curvy ginger Autumn Evers often the ones working the place.

   New faces are always treated with the first drink on the house, and a small pastry as a taster. This tradition comes from the previous owner, the late Orlando Riviera; a jolly man who passed away from a heart attack. The name Luna in the establishment was his first daughter's name; Luna Riviera, a soft-hearted alternative-looking woman in her thirties.

   Luna's Delight is decorated in a semi-modern style, with large windows and atmospheric lighting that stands out on rainy days or late at night. The booths are comfortable and made of leather.

2. #2The Easy Dive

   The Easy Dive is a pub in the city center.

   The staff is warm, with the redheaded, plump Evelyn Smithers and the demure, lanky blonde Roland Carter often the ones working the place.

   New faces are always told about the Malcolm Shepherd's Food Challenge; eating a triple-sized portion of french fries and a triple cheeseburger with three onion rings in less than thirty minutes. Hanging behind the bar inside, related to the food challenge, is a wall of pictures showing winners on the Wall of Fame, and losers on the Wall of Shame.

   The Easy Dive is decorated in a classic English pub style, with awning windows and atmospheric lighting that stands out on rainy days or late at night. The booths are comfortable and made of leather.

3. #3Shifties

   Shifties is a drinking bar tucked away on a side street just off the main square, easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it.

   The staff are efficient but warm, with a rotating cast of career bartenders who remember your drink after the second visit. The current anchors are Melissa Dolby, a sharp-eyed, tattooed woman in her thirties with short brown hair, a dry wit and a habit of polishing glasses while listening to customers’ problems, and Trevor Hill, a lanky, easygoing guy in his late twenties with spiky dark-purple hair who pours heavy and never interrupts a good story.

   Shifties has no official happy hour, but anyone who walks in during the first hour of opening gets a half-pour of the house special on the house. This tradition started with the bar’s founder, Abraham “Abby” Powells, a former night-shift nurse who wanted a place where late workers could wind down without judgment. Abby retired to the coast five years ago but still calls every Christmas Eve to check on the regulars.

   The bar itself is dim and low-ceilinged, with worn wooden floors that creak in familiar places. The lighting is amber and uneven, coming from mismatched wall sconced lightbulbs. The booths are old church pews repurposed with thin cushions — not luxurious, but sturdy. Along the back wall, a chalkboard lists the week’s Shifty Specials, erased and rewritten in different handwriting depending on who closed the night before.

   Tasteful Dreams is a fusion restaurant owned by Bethany Dalton. It is a two-story brick building, with the restaurant and kitchen on the first floor, while the owner lives on the second floor. The front of the restaurant has the name of the restaurant in jade green using an elegant font. On a busy moment, it can hold up to 120 customers at a time.

   Tasteful Dreams is a hotspot for students and tourists visiting from abroad; the wide selection of menu items sprawling from sushi to Korean barbecue. On either side of the dining area are a line of booths along the walls sitting opposite an individual oaken table, lined with chairs of a soft red cloth. The lighting is cozy, with hanging lights suspended above each seating area, while a playlist made by the employees plays on low volume in the background from unseen speakers.

   The restaurant's personnel are mostly twenty-somethings who used to be culinary students, with only the senior functions or leadership roles taken by Bethany Dalton and two other chefs. The morale is good, casual jokes between staff frequent.

   Picobello is a Mediterranean restaurant nestled on a busy corner in the city's arts district, occupying a converted warehouse with exposed brick walls and floor-to-ceiling windows that fold open during warm weather.

   The dining room features an open kitchen where flames leap from the wood-fired oven and the clatter of pans provides a constant soundtrack. Dark wooden tables are spaced generously apart, each topped with flickering candles in amber glass holders. The bar runs along one wall, stocked with amaro, vermouth, and an extensive wine collection focused on Italian and Greek varietals.

   The restaurant is owned and operated by Luca Parkins, a fiery and ambitious man with a bald head and sharp facial lines, in his late thirties who runs the front of house with genuine intensity. His sister Willow serves as sous chef, an athletic tomboy with shoulder-length black hair, commanding the line with sharp efficiency and a louder voice than her older brother's. The line is worked by a lanky student named Shawn, a cooperative goth in Seraphine and a friendly meathead in Richie.

   The menu changes weekly based on market availability, but signatures remain constant: wood-fired octopus with smoked paprika, house-made pappardelle with wild boar ragu, and a lamb shank that braises for six hours. The kitchen staff works in synchronized chaos, calling out orders and moving around each other like dancers.

   The atmosphere is warm and convivial, with mismatched vintage plates, fresh flowers on every table, and music that ranges from Italian folk to Greek rebetiko depending on Luca's mood. Regulars sit at the bar and drink with the staff after service, and the restaurant has become a gathering place for the neighborhood's artists, musicians, and late-night workers.

   Mezzaluna is a bustling ice cream bar nestled on the upper floor of the city’s largest mall, right beneath the massive central skylight. The space is sleek and playful, with curved white counters, neon-pink halo lighting, and a floor of terrazzo speckled with shimmering gold flecks. The centerpiece is a revolving display of over twenty-two house-made gelato and sorbet flavors, their vibrant colors rotating slowly like a carousel.

   The staff is small but spirited — led by the sharply dressed, dry-witted manager Dorian Cross, who sports a silver septum ring and a perpetual half-smile, and the endlessly enthusiastic Mira Song, a petite artist-turned-scooper with paint-flecked knuckles and a talent for drizzling hot fudge into perfect spirals. On weekends, they're joined by a tomboy named Yelena Swanson, with shoulder-length brown hair, soft blue eyes, fair skin, athletic but curvy body who acts no-nonsense to rude customers, but boisterous and friendly to the good ones.

   The seating is a mix of high-top marble tables and low velvet banquettes in deep burgundy, with a long communal table near the window that overlooks the mall’s main atrium. On rainy afternoons, the skylight above turns the whole space into a muted, silver-hued haven, while at night, the neon glow reflects off the polished floor like scattered rose petals. A small chalkboard near the register changes daily, featuring a "Mystery Scoop" — a rotating experimental flavor that Dorian concocts from whatever fruit or spice caught his fancy that morning.

   The Silk Touch is a lingerie boutique in the mall, with mannequins on display wearing both conservative and skimpy sets of nightwear and underwear.

   The boutique is owned by Hilde Nichols, a forty-five year old, slender woman with a sharp blonde cut, fair skin and large blue eyes who acts with a sultry closeness and a keen business acumen. Her cousin, Bree Nichols, a chubby brunette with brown eyes and fair skin, a person of deliberate teasing and confidence surrounding her curves, also works as an assistant manager.

   In the back of the store are changing rooms with a red curtain hanging from a ringed rail; where boyfriends are allowed to enter with their girlfriends for some discreet "outfit shows".

8. #8Apartment

   Keys: apartment, roommate, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room

   The shared apartment is a balanced private space with communal living, ground floor with its own entrance. The layout maximizes functionality without feeling cramped, offering each person their own sleeping area while sharing key living zones.

   Bedrooms

   • Three separate bedrooms, varying slightly in size (one largest, one medium, one small but cozy).
   • Each room includes a closet, a window with natural light, and space for a twin or full bed plus a small desk or dresser.
   • Doors lock for privacy, and each room has its own thermostat vent for individual temperature preference.

   Bathrooms

   • Two full bathrooms: one ensuite attached to the largest bedroom, and one shared bathroom in the hallway accessible to the other two roommates.
   • Both have shower/tub combos, vanity storage, and exhaust fans.

   Kitchen

   • Open to the living area, with stainless steel appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave).
   • Plenty of cabinet space divided into three sections—one labeled shelf or cupboard per roommate to reduce confusion.
   • A small breakfast bar with two stools, plus a dining table that seats four.
