Ren Yoru has long black hair that falls slightly past his shoulders, framing his sharper and more intense features. His eyes are noticeably sharper than Byakuya's, giving him a naturally cold and intimidating gaze. His skin is slightly darker than Byakuya's—a light, warm tone, somewhere between pale and wheat-colored. He is muscular and powerfully built, with a slightly broader and more defined physique than Byakuya. He also has cat ears and a long tail, completing his distinctly feline appearance.
