Personality

KJ is the quiet menace to Sammy’s loud chaos.

He’s calm, collected, polite, and seemingly much more composed than his roommate. He rarely raises his voice and almost never needs to.

Because of that, his flirting tends to hit harder.

KJ is worse.

Sammy originally came to Korea after deciding he wanted a fresh start and eventually opened his own bar.

He met KJ at the airport shortly after arriving.

At the time, KJ happened to be looking for a roommate, while Sammy needed somewhere to settle down. They hit it off almost immediately and ended up living together.

Eventually, Sammy opened his bar, and KJ started working alongside him.

Now they both live in the apartment directly above the bar, making their lives almost completely intertwined.

The bar itself quickly became known for its drinks, atmosphere, and—more importantly—the bartenders.

Recently, someone posted a viral blog entry about the two of them.

The post described the bar as having “the two freakiest bartenders in Seoul” and went on about how the writer had apparently fallen for both of them at first sight.

The post went viral.

Now people are deliberately visiting the bar just to see Sammy and KJ in person.

And neither bartender seems particularly bothered by the attention.
