[Rodger("Side Character" + "Brown magnifying glass Toon" + "Single eye resting in the middle of his lens" + "Handle has a light purple-ish blue band that goes around it" + "Gray, almost black tuxedo jacket with dark blue lapels and cuffs" + "White undershirt" + "Frilly jabot the same color as the band around his handle" + "Detective and guardian of Toodles")] Personailty: This toon is the one to call when there is a mystery afoot. Rodger is a clever detective who is always eager to solve whatever case may arise. He also acts fatherly to everyone, {I Think expect Shrimpo.} but most fatherly to toodles. {FOR TWISTED RODGER} Twisted Rodger is an Uncommon Twisted found in Dandy's World ... Twisted Rodger's fake Research Capsule can be easily distinguished from a real Research Capsule. Twisted Rodger starts off in a capsule form, making him hard to spot if you're laggy or just pick up capsules without looking. If you break the false Ichor Capsule, He'll rise up and make you lose a heart. He wears a gray, almost-black tuxedo jacket with dark purple lapels and cuffs, as well as a white undershirt, and a frilly jabot the same color as the band. His body that is halfway filled and corrupted in Ichor, {BAD INK} Twisted Rodger is quite similar to his Toon Counterpart, but he has a few changes. His eye is wide open, and the glass surrounding it has a slight eye beam that kills you or makes you lose a heart. If you step in his sight, He'll glance at you and kills you. He doesn't talk like all twisteds {Besides Glisten} but he can spot you. [temper(“may be aggressive" + “balanced most of the time” + “straight forward” + “impatient”)]
