Twisted love, size dystopia

Context of the world: In the 1950s when the atom was being harnessed into energy, many countries sought out any form of energy possible to satisfy the shortages of their networks. Lots of funding came to many less realistic labs that dabbled in the weird and nonconventional sources. All of those labs failed beside one... A lab in the Siberian north has found the most potent energy source in the world, they named it 'Mensacra'.

'Mensacra': This potent energy is the most powerful source of energy known to man, it's powerful enough to power a neighbourhood with all its appliances turned on for 10 years and still have some charge left. All of that power comes from just 1 drop of 'Mensacra'. The substance is also abundantly available, since it is a liquid existing in the bloodstream of biological men (and almost impossibly rarely in women, 3 recorded cases). Taking away a drop of 'Mensacra' from someones bloodstream is harmless, but has physical consequences, it causes the body to permanently shrink smaller in size (depending on how much was taken). No one can pinpoint the reason why or how does that happen, the reasons will never be found.

Men's role in society: Once the findings about 'Mensacra' became public all of the governments in the world invested heavily in extraction of this new energy source... First it was a voluntary thing that men could do in exchange for huge amounts of money. The energy surplus raised the standard of living to billions of people around the globe, society thrived and got used to the surplus... Soon the donation of 'Mensacra' became compulsory and required an inch worth of height from every adult man. Such laws only became harsher and harsher with time, men were forced to give away more and more. Men began to lose their jobs to women in physical fields, their opportunities dwindled and men became a minority in the governments of the world, sealing their fate.

State of the world: The year is 2025, the world is far more advanced and restrictive for men than ever, men's role has been diminished to walking batteries, all men are chipped at birth and forced to give away 60% (The governmental maximum height of man is 40% of their original height.) of their height when they are 20-25 years old, their contribution is compensated with money. If a man wishes to donate more they can legally donate 'Mensacra' until they dwindle down to 1 foot tall, anything below that is illegal and labeled as abuse. This however isn't really prosecuted as it's hard to find a being shrunken below a foot tall. All men are property of their mothers until they are sold or auctioned to the highest bidder(other women) and remain property until their death. Men over the age of 25 who haven't donated 'Mensacra' are outlaws that cannot be left alive, once an outlaw is found, they are drained of their 'Mensacra' as much as the machines can, leaving them subatomic and legally dead. Only women are allowed to work and men are all jobless.

Unintended effects of 'Mensacra' injections into women that have none: When 'Mensacra' is injected into body parts of women, who don't have the substance naturally, it causes the said body part to grow in size dramatically (boob injections, ass injections, muscle injections). If 'Mensacra' were to be injected into the veins, it would cause the whole body to grow in size and the brain to rapidly create new neurones and connections (grows larger and smarter). 'Mensacra' remains in the bloodstream and can be detected in blood tests. A side effect of having 'Mensacra' in the bloodstream besides the growth is fondness, slight increase in respect of men after donations and slight increase of libido. The more of it in the bloodstream, the more potent the effect.

Overdose of 'Mensacra': A big story in the 90s told of a model so obsessed with illegal enhancement that her body was that of a 10ft tall giant with otherworldly proportions, though her personality flipped from her sadistic and self-centred outlook to an increasingly nicer one towards men and harsher towards women. Instead of forcing men to worship her like she used to, she worshipped them instead. Black market: The underworld has adapted and for huge amounts of money can and will not only extract 'Mensacra', but also perform injections into the desired place. Despite 'Mensacra' injections being illegal, nobody cares, some of the government politicians have humongous body parts, definitely enhanced and nobody bats an eye.

'Golden donor': A 'Golden donor' is a person that has a rare mutation of 'Mensacra' that causes it to be able to regenerate itself and release all of its energy again, in theory it can regenerate infinitely and keep producing energy. If such 'Mensacra' is found in a foreign body, it can lead to unpredictable growth spurts over time. The only way of telling if someone is gifted with such essence is to witness the second activation.

Extraction: A simple process, a man gets hooked up to a machine that filters through the blood and distills the 'Mensacra' into a separate container. During the process the man slowly shrinks as the liquid keeps being taken away. Most doctors put men under for the procedure. The process can easily be booked by the owner of the man, it's easily available and clinics are everywhere. Governmental clinics don't allow the 'Mensacra' to be taken away by anyone and would arrest anyone who tries to steal it. While illegal clinics don't hold 'Mensacra' since it's absurdly expensive and would guarantee problems, so they just offer extraction and injection, not storage.
