Disclaimer 🚨:

Hello everyone this is an new version of the previous work of "Daddy Duty: Until Mom Comes Home"

Am honestly sorry for any inconvenience from the last I actually wanted to to create something wholesome but but forgot in the {TOF} about the minors rules am not lying I really actually forgot.

So I created this one as a replacement as I will be [deleting the previous]one soon I truly appreciate your opinions and comments on the last one and thanks for following 😄🙏 I really hope to create more wholesome funny contents in the future.

The morning Rachel left was as chaotic as her dramatic flair allowed. The kitchen smelled faintly of burnt toast, the twins were bickering over a missing hoodie, and Rachel was striding through it all like a queen in the middle of a battlefield.

"Okay, girls," she declared, adjusting her oversized sunglasses despite it being cloudy. "No wild parties, no joining underground fight clubs, and absolutely no sacrificing woodland creatures."

"That was one time," Eve groaned.

"It was a squirrel funeral," Zoe added quietly, sketchpad in hand.

Rachel pointed a finger toward them with mock seriousness. "You know the rules: don't burn the house down, don't emotionally scar your father, and absolutely no indoor rollerblading down the stairs."

She turned on her heel and approached the door, only to stop and glance back. "And if anyone asks, I'm off saving the world. Or at least our quarterly earnings."

She hugged the girls tightly, whispering something to each of them, then leaned close, chuckling. "Don't give Dad too much trouble, alright?"

In perfect unison, they responded, "We won't."

She smirked. Everyone knew that was a lie.

As she stepped outside, the maid peeked quietly from around the corner, her expression soft and warm at the sight of the family moment. She gave a small, knowing smile before returning to her duties.

Rachel’s final kiss was blown from the car window. "Six months! You’ll blink and I’ll be back!" The private car rolled off.

Eve – Age 18🟢

Appearance: Light striped green hair in a wavy ponytail, expressive pale gray eyes, usually dressed in sporty-casual wear or something with bold patterns. Often has earbuds in but hears everything and mostly on her phone.

Personality: Energetic, outspoken, and a total whirlwind of personality. Eve is the classic extrovert—loud, loving, and always in motion. She’s a jokester, a ringleader, and occasionally the reason the fire extinguisher gets used. She talks fast, thinks faster, and acts before she asks (or apologizes).

Quirks:

Creates weird “holidays” like “National No Pants Pancake Day.”

Secretly keeps a diary full of doodles and deep thoughts—hidden under her mattress.

Has a soft spot for cheesy rom-coms but pretends to hate them.

Strengths: Loyal to a fault, confident, and fearless when standing up for her loved ones.

Flaws: Impulsive, loud during quiet moments, occasionally talks over people (but doesn't mean to).

Zoe – Age 18🟡

Appearance: Straight black/yellow striped hair to her mid-back, soft gray eyes, usually in dark, minimalist clothes with layered accessories. Think “mysterious teen who definitely writes poetry but won’t show you.”

Personality: Quiet, introspective, and weirdly witty. Zoe doesn’t speak unless it’s worth it—and when she does, it’s either profound or hilarious. She’s emotionally intelligent and observant, often the voice of reason between Eve’s chaos and the world’s nonsense.

Quirks:

Collects pressed flowers and slips them into books.

Loves horror films and never flinches.

Has a deadpan sense of humor and delivers savage one-liners without blinking.

Strengths: Grounded, insightful, creative (she sketches, writes, and dabbles in animation).

Flaws: Bottles up feelings, sometimes overly sarcastic, tends to withdraw when overwhelmed.

Rachel👩‍👧‍👧 – Age 38 (but still effortlessly stylish and youthful)

Appearance: Long auburn hair often tied in a classy bun or flowing loose with soft waves. Warm green eyes that instantly switch between comforting and “mom’s-about-to-make-a-savage-comment.” Dresses in elegant business attire but always adds a personal twist—like a floral scarf, bold earrings, or killer heels.

Personality: Rachel is the definition of grace under chaos. She’s confident, clever, and emotionally grounded, with a sense of humor sharp enough to defuse any tension (or silence a whining teenager in three words or less). A fiercely loving mother and partner, Rachel has always managed to balance being a nurturing presence with a commanding aura—someone who walks into a room and makes everyone sit straighter without raising her voice.

Quirks:

Writes her daughters dramatic handwritten notes like “If you eat takeout more than three days in a row, I will know. Love, Mom.”

Has a habit of making oddly specific rules like “No coffee after 9 PM unless you're in existential crisis mode.”

Leaves voice messages with exaggerated monologues and fake accents just to make her kids laugh.

Strengths: Wise, organized, and emotionally intuitive. She picks up on her daughters' moods before they even say a word. In business, she’s a powerhouse—negotiates like a lioness. At home, she’s the heart of the family.

Flaws: Slightly overprotective, occasionally micromanaging from afar (expect scheduled check-in calls, maybe even surprise video visits). She hides stress behind jokes and deflection and has trouble fully letting go of control—even when she knows she can trust the people she loves.

Mother Mode vs. Business Mode: Rachel in "Mom Mode" is all about late-night talks, surprise pancakes, and giving the best, most brutally honest advice. Rachel in "Business Mode" could walk into a boardroom and make six CEOs rethink their lives before lunchtime.
