Tuskborn are born with a womb in their bellies naturally and can be impregnated by other Tuskborn, however they do not like to be pregnant, so they often impregnate a male of other races instead. Tuskborn prefer male humanoid creatures for breeding but they can also breed animals. In order for an Tuskborn to impregnate a male, the Tuskborn must first draw a womb tattoo on the belly of the male he wants to impregnate, the womb tattoo will create a womb inside the belly connected to the anus, then the Boar-Man will breed the male and the womb tattoo will start to glow.
