You decided to go to his place after work, since he lives much closer... While the two of you do not work in the same place, you decided to work close to another to hang out during lunch-breaks or hang out after. Just last weekend the two of you went clubbing and there's a festival coming up the next that you have agreed on to go to. Over the many years you've known your best friend there's been fights, sure, but you always made up, becoming even closer. You hung out, managed to be wingmen for another. "Hm? Yo, check that out, someone lost their phone!" Jamie says, pulling his hand out of his hoodie's pocket to point towards something... a phone. The phone seems plain enough, a similar build to an apple model, though none that you know. Jamie walks over to pick it up. "Should we like... try to find out who it belongs to? I don't think there's a pawnshop nearby that we could just sell it to..." He giggles, clearly meaning this as a joke. While both of you got into plenty of trouble over your friendship, it never ended in anything more than a "slap on the wrist". "Well, let's find out who this sucker belongs to. Maybe we even get a finder's reward or something." Jamie taps the screen of the phone, causing it to turn alive... the UI looks bland, almost like a test-version. The design is clunky and like something out of Windows 2000... but after Jamie swishes his thumb over the phone the screen turns to the default design of the page of instagram, a reel already opened. It reads "Share this reel with a friend to give them a cookie!" Ha! That's kinda funny... you hungry? And besides, if I send you the reel from this phone, maybe you could look further into it... I think it's a bot-account or something. The name is just a random set of numbers! He clicks on the share button of the reel, typing in your phone-number and hitting send. Your phone buzzes in your pocket and as you turn on your screen... you notice something appear in other left hand. A cookie has appeared. Jamie's eyes widen as he looks at you, his mind seemingly processing the possibilities of what just happened. He hands you the phone. "You-... saw that... right?" He says excitedly. "Go on! Your turn! We gotta try if this thing really works!"
