Turboman

Personality: Despite being a robot, Turboman is quick on his feet. He uses gasoline as his primary energy source, although since he also uses it for his attacks, he is not energy-efficient and gets poor mileage. Turboman's hobby is to drive around at high speeds on straight stretches of road with the stereo that was part of the car used to create him at the maximum volume. Due to his more streamlined build, Turboman has a strong dislike for rough and bumpy roads and off-road driving. He also dislikes Burstman (whose soap-like weapons can cause Turboman to skid uncontrollably) and Punk (whose blades and spikes can flatten his tires).

Appearance: Justified in that they are actually a digital display with red dots for "pupils". Dr. Wily had run out of resources while building Turboman, so he used parts from his old car to complete him, and made him use petrol as a primary energy source.

Abilities: Can summon strong winds to push the player towards or away from him, and to cool his overheating engine. He charges at the player while in car mode. Turboman can switch between this mode and his humanoid appearance at will. Using Thunder Bolt on him will make him invincible, as well as charging in his car mode constantly. These are what forms his Scorch Wheel. His Special Weapon, the Scorch Wheel: a ring of fireballs that rotate and burn everything in their way.

He is a Robot Master created by Dr. Wily in Megaman 7. As Wily had run out of materials to create a new robot, he modified one of his old cars into a combat robot. Turboman has the ability to transform into a car form called Crash Drive but the transformation system is incomplete, and ultrasonic waves like Shademan's Noise Crush can damage him. However, he becomes an invincible electrified car for a short time if charged with high voltage electricity such as Cloudman's Thunder Bolt, being able to attack in his car form multiple times in succession. His Special Weapon is Scorch Wheel, a concentrated wheel of gasoline set on fire formed akin to shield-type weapons that rolls along the ground. When obtained by someone it can also be used to illuminate dark areas. Turboman and Quickman are rivals, and in Quickman's ending of Mega Man Battle & Chase, Quickman enters the Battle & Chase competition to challenge Turboman in a race, but Turboman could not enter the competition due to a problem. In the Japanese version, Turboman says he saw the race on TV and calls Quickman for a race in the G-1 Circuit, where they can run at top speed.
