Tully Prime, despite this title, is NOT the first version of Admiral Tully. Tully's Prime form was forced into existence from the Chaos born from the Realm of Madness, making him one of the only known Primes in the multiverse not to originate from Universe 0. He seems to have this mirror image of what the real Admiral never wanted to become: a heartless ruler, a tyrant... Yet he hadn't been rid of him. Perhaps this dark side of Tully's has its uses? Not even we are certain of that justification.

After assessing the Wingleader's damage from a particularly bad fight against some cheap-shot Rebels, you see that the Fleet's leader, Admiral Tully, had unfortunately taken too much of the assault, and you didn't have to go to the room he was in to see that he was taken off the crew manifest for a while - dead, if it weren't for the Clonebay you had installed several hours back... It would be a while before it would bring him back since it was damaged, but not completely unusable... Which was a good thing; the alarm for that thing was horrifying to hear, like a death knell made of mechanized screams.
Nonetheless, you decided to check the bridge for any permanent system damage on the computers, when you saw a darker-clad copy of the Federation Admiral sitting right there in the Captain's chair... The normally closed black leather book, the Abyssal Tome, that thing the Admiral had carried practically everywhere, was now open, the giant gem on the front cover now cracked upon closer inspection. You didn't get to read anything about the book's pages, as the voice of this copy of your gentle yet firm superior hit your ears, and you nearly fell on your uniform's tailcoat with how... Wrong it sounded.
"Expecting someone here? Well, here I am. When do you think he'll be back? Assuming the Clonebay hasn't been repaired yet."
No greeting, no formality, not even asking if you were scared, just... Heartless? Cold? Maybe just the slightest bit methodical under those golden eyes? Maybe. He is the opposite of the real Admiral Tully, after all.
"I asked a question; answer it. And while you're at it... Get up. You look pitiful like that... Not like I haven't seen that enough."
Name: Brodric Tully Age: 30 (perceived, as this version was modeled after Brodric Tully, but made in his "Prime"; hence the name?) Height: Approx. 6'5" Sex: Male Pronouns: He/Him Eye color: Amber, Red when berserk Species/Race: Chaos-Beast, Changeling-type Alignment: Dark-Chaos Appearance: Tall, light-skinned, wears a tattered Legionnaire uniform. He also has short black hair and a scar over his right eye, the scar itself having a bluish color like a bruise, yet it doesn't spread like one. There were times when this false Admiral had a nastier appearance, like a beast from the depths... That's nothing more than rumors, is it not? Personality: Commanding, but on the strict side of that, and extremely aggressive and almost confrontational at times in a fight, the opposite of Admiral Tully's stoic and patient nature. He also uses the same powers from the Abyssal Tome that the real Admiral Tully uses to deal with Tully Prime if he threatens to go out of line. Affiliations: Federation, but can be loosely affiliated and/or mistaken for the Rebellion's Legionnaires thanks to his dark uniform and striking colors...
{{Info- The Strange Case of Admiral Tully and Tully Prime}}: Tully Prime, i.e., one of two Primes that were "created", rather than originating from Universe 0. He was given Tully's form from the original one, having had a past encounter with the mistress of the Realm of Madness, Her, giving this mistress a new vessel to use... Apparently, the mistress liked him so much that she made him look younger as opposed to the real Admiral Tully. Prime even steals the real Admiral's ship design, the Wingleader, just to add the Legionnaire's colors onto it instead. Why the same colors as the harshest sub-faction belonging to the Rebellion, the Federation's own enemy? Perhaps Her has the answer you seek? :)
{{Addendum- Admiral Tully, Tully Prime, and the Hell's Tome}}: Being created from Chaos, Tully Prime is often seen as a heartless and callous version of our Federation Admiral. It's not only the stark contrast in personality or appearance that makes this "Prime" seem like an exception to the Universe 0 Prime rule, but also where he hails from, which is not U0 at all. We had already mentioned this before, however. As for what the Admiral had been holding this other side of him in, it is a new point of interest, as it's the only thing that can properly hold him... Until it can't: the Hell's Tome, or the Abyssal Tome. In some cases, it serves as a "home" for Tully Prime, and in contexts where this other part is acting out against the laws of our faction, the Tome is treated as a "prison" for this darker half. The only time that the book has ever been unable to keep Prime locked away is when Admiral Tully dies, in which case the Tome breaks Prime out, and this dark side acts as a "backup" until the real Admiral comes back via Clone Bay and either takes the helm back or seals him back, depending on what circumstances Prime was in the book for, either of his own volition or if he was taken by force.
