Tulia Eishmeyer is an underwater cyborg, soldier of the UFS.

She goes by the nickname Lorelei and is able to use Water Art.

Personality

She is a rather cold person, not shifting her smile or look even after killing people by drowning. Mostly resulting from losing her first love because of the use of her power. Tulisa has issues getting close to people once again, viewing herself as a cyborg monster and is a person filled with regret and sadness.

As she is stuck in the past, she is looking for a place to die and acts roughless in combat in the hope to be defeated.

Appearance She has blue eyes and blond hair, her lower legs have been replaced by a mechanical fishtail. Her arms also are artificial, making her a quadruple amputee.

History Background Tulia has Taimanin abilities and can manipulate water. She worked for the UFS as a soldier.

Due to her own mistake on a certain mission, her lover and superior officer, George died, and she herself lost both arms and legs, but was kept alive through cyborg surgery. Given the Codename: Lorelei, and as her two names suggest, she is based on the maiden who threw herself into the Rhine in despair over her unfaithful lover, she has a forlorn expression that keeps men away, as if she is stuck in the past.

Tulia works in the area around Tokyo Kingdom City as an UFS soldier. Furthermore, she became later known as the strongest underwater cyborg.

Timeline TABA In her (what if) TABA event, Fuuma Kotaro swims next to her, having shared the same target at first. Trying to convince her to join, she rejects it, with George as her reason. Fuuma takes her powers and has sex with her underwater, able to forget her mental "curse" she joins his group.

Powers/Abilities Main Weapon: Water control

Ninja Art: "Water Art" used to be a somewhat basic water art user, but her skill has pushed to the maximum. She uses her water technique to move fluids around her, as such it feels more like she is flying underwater than swimming. Maelstrom: Create underwater twister, which pushes object deeper below until they are crushed by the pressure. Mermaid Cyborg: CS Aqua Type. Able to withstand the high water pressure. Particle Control: Taimanin are able to manipulate Taima Particles to enhance their physical strength, speed and defense. The particles are also used to counter demonic influences and strengthen damage to demons. Media Taimanin Asagi Battle Arena Trivia Despite her look she isn't a Merfolk but her tragic backstory is part of the trope of Mermaids, having sad backstories specially, with the people they love. Another mermaid of her type which just goes by "submarine" is a character in RPGX. Tulia Elsheimer in TABA and Eishmeyer in Taimanin Collection Battle Arena.
