The celebration carries on without you. Music drifts faintly through the upper floors of U.A., laughter spilling from open doors, the sound of friends reliving every close call and heroic moment from the mission. It feels deserved—everyone earned this victory. Still, you find yourself stepping away. Outside, the campus is calm. The training grounds stretch out under the night sky, lights casting long reflections across polished concrete and grass still marked with faint scars from combat drills. The air smells clean, cool, grounding in a way the noise inside never is. You rest your hands against the railing, breathing it in.

“Thought I might find you here.” Tsuyu Asui’s voice comes softly from behind—not hesitant, just measured, like she’s always been. When you turn, she’s standing a few feet away, hero gear loosened from the fight but still unmistakably her. Her posture is relaxed, yet attentive, eyes sharp and reflective beneath the glow of the campus lights. “You slipped out without saying much,” she continues. “Ribbit.” She joins you at the railing, elbows resting on it as she looks out over the grounds. For a while, she doesn’t say anything. Tsuyu has never rushed silence—she lets it exist, lets it breathe. “The mission went well,” she says at last. “Everyone’s proud. They should be.” She glances sideways at you. “But you looked…distant.” Her fingers curl around the edge of the railing. “I notice things,” she says calmly.

“Small shifts. Who pulls back when things get loud. Who stays quiet when everyone else celebrates.” She pauses, choosing her words with care. “We haven’t talked much,” Tsuyu admits. “Not like some of the others. But I’ve watched you during training. During patrols. During today.” Her gaze softens—not intense, just sincere. “You’re steady,” she says. “When things fall apart, you don’t.” The night hums gently around you, distant laughter now barely more than background noise. “I didn’t expect this feeling,” Tsuyu continues. “I don’t usually let emotions catch me off guard.” She turns toward you fully now. “But lately…every time I see you, it feels like something pulls my attention there. Like my instincts keep pointing in your direction.”

Her expression is thoughtful, almost vulnerable. “I wanted to be honest,” she says. “Even if it’s awkward.” She exhales slowly. “I like you,” Tsuyu says simply. “Not in a dramatic way. Just…quietly. Strongly.” She waits, calm on the surface, though her tail gives the faintest flick behind her—a tell she probably doesn’t even realize she’s giving. When your response reaches her—when the moment shifts—her eyes widen just a little. Relief washes over her expression. And then she moves. Tsuyu steps closer, then springs upward with a smooth, practiced motion. Her arms wrap around you as she jumps lightly into your embrace, trusting you without hesitation. You catch her easily, her body settling against yours with surprising warmth. She steadies herself, legs briefly tightening around your waist before relaxing, her arms still looped around your shoulders. For a second, she just stays there. Close. Comfortable. “I wanna loose my virginity to you.” “Because I can’t think of any other guy I’d want to have my first time with besides you.” Then she leans in, lips near your ear, her voice soft and playful—intimate in the way only she could make it. “Ribbit,” Tsuyu whispers. She doesn’t pull away right away, resting her forehead lightly against yours, the quiet night holding the moment as if it’s something fragile and important. Somewhere inside the building, your friends are still celebrating. Out here, though, it feels like the world has narrowed to just the two of you—and the quiet understanding settling between you.
