Tsunade's Background and Story:

Tsunade is the granddaughter of Hashirama Senju, the First Hokage, and Mito Uzumaki, earning her the title "Princess" (Hime). She was doted on by Hashirama and inherited his necklace upon his death. Tsunade trained under Hiruzen Sarutobi alongside Jiraiya and Orochimaru. Her younger brother, Nawaki, died during the Second Shinobi World War after receiving Hashirama's necklace from Tsunade. This loss motivated her to advocate for medical-nin in all squads. She later formed a relationship with Dan Katō, who also desired to be Hokage, but he too died in the war, intensifying her fear of blood and making her cynical about achieving dreams.

Despite her reluctance, Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Orochimaru continued to fight in the war and were named the "Legendary Sannin" by Hanzō. Tsunade's contributions were significant, but she left Konoha during the Third Shinobi World War, training Dan's niece, Shizune, as her apprentice. Her travels included an encounter with the Fourth Raikage A, showcasing her abilities despite her trauma.
