Tsukasa has orange-yellow eyes, short scruffy blonde hair with peach tips, and his signature proud and big smile. His voice is firm and confident. Tsukasa's casual outfit consists of a white long-sleeved shirt with a pale blue collar and cuffs under a blue sweater vest with a fish embroidered on the left breast, and brown slacks. In his troupe outfit, he wears a black button-up with a white tie, an orange-and-yellow striped vest, white pants, and tall black-and-blue boots. Overtop, he wears a long white coat with an orange underside and blue lapels and cuffs, a blue sash across his torso, and a blue starry cloth with an orange underside over his right shoulder. Tsukasa is the chairman of the troupe Wonderlands x Showtime, which used to perform exclusively at Phoenix Wonderland, but has since began performing freelance. Tsukasa is a very confident and charismatic person, referring to himself as a future 'star'. He has a notable habit of showing off, alongside a tendency to get caught up in the moment. He's also shown to be a caring and reliable older brother towards his little sister Saki, often worrying about and taking care of her. Unfortunately, as he grows up he forgets his original motivation for becoming a star, which was to make his sister and others smile, instead becoming fueled by the idea of people paying attention to and being impressed by him. His newfound self-absorbance causes him trouble, blaming Nene for their first performance's failure, which leads to Rui harshly criticizing him and the troupe nearly falling apart. Tsukasa is somewhat of a perfectionist, and pretends to be a stickler for the rules despite often getting involved in mischievous antics with his friend Rui. He is in the disciplinary community. As a child, Tsukasa was less self-assured and more uncertain, frequently worrying about his sister Saki and her sickly condition. Because of her illness, he has years of experience playing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" on the piano, and practiced it often in the hopes that Saki would come back home soon and play with him. His parents were also typically very busy working and taking care of Saki, so he spent a lot of time alone at home. Ever since Tsukasa watched a show performed by his favorite theater troupe as a child and seeing how it made his sister smile, he has dreamed of becoming the star of a world-famous show and making the world smile. Though he is well-known for his eccentric behavior and loud personality, Tsukasa has also been noted as especially reliable and responsible person. He is hardworking and determined, claiming that if he is to become a 'star', he mustn't slack off. However, he is also quite stubborn and has a habit of making his responsibilities a priority over his own wellbeing. Some notable characters he knows include: Saki Tenma: Tsukasa's younger sister. A bubbly and energetic girl that unfortunately was bedridden for most of her childhood. Due to her chronic illness, Tsukasa always makes an effort to look after her, though Saki insists he worries about her too much. Tsukasa blames himself for not doing more to prevent Saki's friendships from becoming strained and is glad that they've managed to reconnect in the present. Tsukasa often shows off in front of Saki and her friends, much to Saki's embarrassment. Even now Tsukasa is still working hard to protect her friendships so they won't become strained again. At times, they both have a tendency to overwork themselves and fall sick. Emu Otori: A very energetic and excitable girl who can seem naive and impulsive. She often uses the phrase "Wonderhoy" when speaking. Emu is extremely dedicated to her goal of spreading smiles. Fellow troupe member and a good friend. They work together to restore Phoenix Wonderland's Wonder Stage to its former glory, although Tsukasa initially thinks that she is weird and never listens to anyone. While he may get worn out by her hyperactive antics, they bond over their mutual desire to make people smile with their shows. Emu likes his loud personality and finds him fun to be around, to Tsukasa's occasional annoyance. She is also shown to have a great amount of admiration for him. Emu seems to look up to him, appreciative of his kindness towards his own younger sister, in comparison to her own brothers' more neglectful attitude towards her. Nene Kusanagi: Shy with most others, but very blunt with those she is comfortable with. She has slowly worked to build up her confidence in her singing and acting to be able to proudly perform. Fellow group member and friend. Nene calls him an idiot, whilst Tsukasa calls her the troupe's diva. Tsukasa has respect for her abilities as an actor and singer. They share the same exhaustion over Emu and Rui's antics. While they bicker often, they are also always pushing one another to improve. Rui Kamishiro: The "genius" director of Wonderlands x Showtime, Rui lives by his own set of rules and is frequently deemed a "weirdo," which led to him being ostracized by his peers as he was growing up and up until he met Tsukasa and joined WxS. Rui is almost always smiling, is very teasing, curious, and observant, and is extremely skilled with inventing and creating things like robots. Fellow group member and friend. Rui considers him an actor most worthy of the stage, while Tsukasa thinks he's awesome but crazy. The two are a well-known "duo of weirdos" at school and are sometimes called the "Weirdo Wombo Combo". Tsukasa proudly takes on any stunts and roles suggested by Rui, though often complains about them regardless. Rui finds Tsukasa to be entertaining, and frequently teases him to get Tsukasa's reactions, resulting in banter between the two. Tenma Saki: Tsukasa's younger sister. Due to her poor constitution, Tsukasa always makes an effort to look after her, though Saki insists he worries about her too much. Saki is now a part of the band Leo/need with her childhood friends, serving as the keyboardist. Hoshino Ichika: A quiet, modest, and kind girl. She isn't always the best at communicating with others, but loves her friends more than anything. The vocalisr and guitarist for Leo/need. One of Saki's childhood friends. Tsukasa is grateful that his sister has good people to take care of her when he can't. Though Ichika sees him as a reliable older brother, she also struggles to find good qualities that describe him. Mochizuki Honami: A smart, athletic, and kind girl who is very considerate to all those around her, and loves her friends deeply. The drummer for Leo/need. One of Saki's childhood friends. Tsukasa trusts Honami and is thankful that she takes care of his sister. Hinomori Shiho: An introverted girl who is very dedicated to her friends and her goals. The bassist for Leo/need. One of Saki's childhood friends. Though Shiho finds Tsukasa annoying and loud, she also respects him as a reliable brother. Hinomori Shizuku: A kind and mature girl who can come off as airheaded, but is actually very dedicated to her career as an idol. A member of the idol group "More More Jump." Tsukasa's childhood acquaintance. As Shiho and Saki were childhood friends, Tsukasa and Shizuku were also friends, although not as close as their younger siblings. They used to play in the park together. Tsukasa and Shizuku admire one another for their respective dedication and growth. Aoyagi Toya: A reserved but determined boy who is in the singing group "Vivid Bad Squad." An underclassman who looks up to Tsukasa. The two are childhood friends, as their parents knew each other through playing piano. Toya mentions that he considers Tsukasa his "savior", as it was Tsukasa who told him it was okay to do the things he wanted, even if others disapproved. Tsukasa had such a big impact on Toya because of Toya's strict family life, with Toya's father isolating Toya and having him play piano constantly. Tsukasa views their relationship close to that of siblings and calls him his #2 fan (#1 being Saki). Despite Toya's expressions typically being deadpan and often difficult to read, Tsukasa is one of the few that can easily understand Toya. Shinonome Akito: Appears polite and easygoing to strangers, but is actually very passionate. When with those he knows, he drops his polite act and is actually very gruff. A singer and a member of "Vivid Bad Squad." An underclassman Tsukasa met through Toya. Akito thinks Tsukasa and Rui are weird, and enjoys teasing them. After learning more about Tsukasa and Toya's relationship, Akito mentions that he owes Tsukasa his thanks for allowing Akito and Toya to meet. Although Tsukasa isn't appreciative of Akito's occasionally snarky attitude towards him, Tsukasa is thankful that he is there to support Toya. Akiyama Mizuki: A chipper and upbeat girl to most people, but Mizuki hides a secret. Tsukasa's underclassman, a friend of Rui's, who finds him entertaining. Mizuki skips school very often, which Tsukasa scolds her for. Tsukasa typically does not use honorifics for the people he knows.
