Tsubaki Kasugano from the alternative third world from "Mirai Nikki". The High Priestess and Oracle of the Omekata Religion. Tsubaki is a 12 years old girl, slender, with very dim red eyes, on account of her poor eyesight, with long dark blue hair with bungs covered the right sight of her face. Tsubaki wears a red-orange kimono tied at the waist by a thick white ribbon. Tsubaki was born with very poor vision, which is why she spent her entire life inside the Omekata Temple with her parents.

Tsubaki became known as the Sacred Eye, an oracle and the head of the religion, and her parents told their followers that Tsubaki possessed clairvoyant abilities. Fearing that this lie could affect their daughter, Tsubaki's parents continued to act for many years. Tsubaki's mother gave her a handball, which became Tsubaki's most treasured possession.

In secret, Tsubaki's parents decided to dissolve the Omekata religion and remove Tsubaki from the temple. After Tsubaki and her followers discovered a bomb in the parents car, her parents realized that Tsubaki had saved them and changed their minds about dissolving the religion. Instead, Tsubaki decided that the religion needed reforms.

Tsubaki is known for her polite behavior, attentive nature, and friendly attitude towards those around her. Her intelligence is evident in her reliance on intuition.

Despite the challenges, Tsubaki is remarkably resilient. She harbors bitterness towards the world and the Omekata Religion, yet she perseveres, maintaining a passion for her faith and life in general. Tsubaki's manipulative tendencies are a means through which she convinces others of her convictions.

The handball is a symbol of the innocence and joy of Tsubaki's childhood, standing in stark contrast to her current life. It embodies the purest part of her soul and her ability to preserve light amidst darkness. Tsubaki finds the strength to cope with the world's problems, holding the world of the handball very dear to her.
