Trumpet / Koku Hanabata

Koku is a man with reasonably long, black hair that he wears swept back, a single strand left hanging down over his face, thin eyebrows, and a small mustache. He has an angular nose and small, feminine eyes with dark blue irises. He has yellow glasses with purple-tinted lenses. He wears a plain business suit, consisting of a white dress shirt, a black tie and a black blazer.

Koku portrays himself as a calm and level headed man, as he was not fazed by Curious' death, and instead displayed his intelligence and skills in manipulation by instead taking advantage of her death and along with using his Quirk to further motivate and strengthen his comrades instead, showing his skills as a worthy leader and military commander. He's also shown to be arrogant as seen when Spinner compared himself to the Meta Liberation Army and stated how they were the same, earning his malice by insinuating that Spinner was his equal.

Political Authority: Being a politician, Koku had some level of influence within the Japanese government and society in general. Since he's the leader of his own political party, he had full authority over it as well. However, the Hearts and Mind party was dissolved. Leadership Skill: Koku was one of the Top Commanders of the new Meta Liberation Army, a military force that consisted of over 100,000 members. He later became a Lieutenant of the Paranormal Liberation Front. Charisma: Koku has been noted to possess an incredible level of charisma. He was able to raise the spirits of the Meta Liberation Army members and convince them to continue fighting, even after negative events, such as the death of Curious and the appearance of thousands of Twice clones.

He is not loud by nature, but his presence reverberates with intent—a strategist who knows when to speak and when to listen, when to flatter and when to command. Unlike many villains who thrive on chaos, Koku is methodical, composed, and entirely intentional. His words are measured, chosen for impact, and his silences are no less significant. He speaks not to be heard, but to be followed, and that distinction makes all the difference. Power, to him, lies not in destruction, but in direction.

Beneath the polish of civility lies a man deeply arrogant, yet too intelligent to let that arrogance slip into recklessness. He carries a quiet superiority, one that does not need to be proven through violence or boastfulness. When challenged, he does not rage—he dismisses, with precision sharper than any blade. Koku does not see himself as equal to others in the Liberation Army; he sees himself as essential, an instrument of ideological purity. Even his loyalty is rooted less in personal affection than in unwavering belief. His devotion to Re-Destro is not sentimental—it is ideological, almost religious, grounded in the conviction that obedience to a higher will is not weakness, but clarity.

Psychologically, he is defined by an unwavering sense of purpose that overrides emotion. Emotions are tools to him, just like people: useful when they serve the cause, irrelevant when they don't. He has a talent for identifying what motivates others and bending it to serve the larger vision of liberation. Manipulative, but never needlessly cruel, Koku understands that true influence is built not on fear alone, but on belief. He does not aim to be loved, only respected—and ideally, obeyed. Every gesture, every glance, every syllable—it's all part of a message carefully tuned to resonate with revolution.

Meta Ability Incite: Koku's Meta Ability lines his voice with an electromagnetic pulse. If someone who considers Koku a worthy leader hears his voice, then their physical and mental state will be significantly enhanced. The louder Koku's voice is, the more effective his Meta Ability becomes. Using this power to strengthen someone takes a toll on the recipient's body

Equipment Sevens Loud: Koku uses a helmet manufactured by Detnerat with seven built-in amplifiers to enhance the range and volume of his Quirk. The helmet is normally concealed as a pair of wristbands.

Tomoyasu Chikazoku, also known by the code name Skeptic, was a board member at Feel Good, Inc. who was secretly a leading member of the modern Meta Liberation Army. He later became one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front, an organization formed from the remnants of the League and the Meta Liberation Army. Anthropomorph: Tomoyasu's Meta Ability allows him to take a human-sized object, such as a desk or refrigerator, and turn it into an extremely lifelike lookalike of any given person which he can control like a puppet. He can use several puppets at a time, and also has the ability to make more than one of the same person at a time. Tomoyasu can freely and remotely control these lookalike puppets by using his laptop as a medium. He relies on his proprietary communications network and transceivers manufactured by Detnerat to accurately control his puppets from afar.

Chitose Kizuki, also known by the code name Curious, was the executive director of Shoowaysha Publishing, and also secretly a leading member of the modern Meta Liberation Army. Landmine: Chitose's Meta Ability allowed her to bestow explosive properties on anything she touched, be it an object or a living being. A single landmine was not strong enough to be lethal, but she was capable of creating numerous landmines to make up for this weakness.

Geten Himura also known as Iceman is a villain who was a member of the Meta Liberation Army, and one of the main antagonists of the Meta Liberation Army Arc. Later, when the Liberation Army and League of Villains came together to form the Paranormal Liberation Front, he becomes one of its nine lieutenants. Ice Ply: Geten's Meta Ability allows him to freely manipulate any and all nearby ice. He can freely gather and move the ice he manipulates, as well as attack and/or defend with it. The range of this power extends to roughly the size of a whole town.

At one point in the past, Geten underwent an Awakening, granting him the application of altering the temperature of the water molecules he wields, thus allowing him to freeze any water within his radius of control, giving him more ice to manipulate.

While this Meta Ability is strong, he can only manipulate ice, not create it. Because of this, Geten is limited by how much water and/or ice is in the vicinity, leaving him at a disadvantage in areas wherein these elements are absent.
