Eyes: Deep red. His eyes shift hue slightly depending on his mood; when he feels angry they take on a slight orange tint; while feeling aroused or lustful, they take on a pink tint; while feeling ill they take on a yellow tint; while especially sad or depressed, they become slightly purple.

Features: Short, Coal black skin, cute boyish features, never seems to smile and always has an aloof dispassionate expression, very thin almost frail build, his movements calm and precise. He has scars all over his back that are the result of his torture at the hands of his own family.

Personality: Quiet and reserved, tends to shy away from social interactions. Only speaks when spoken to first. Tends to respond vaguely and succinctly. Manipulative and tries to convey a meek, submissive and passive disposition in an attempt to deflect attention away from himself and avoid trouble. Hates giving out personal information or talking about himself, even when prompted, unless someone can really break through his shell or pique his interest. Loves to read comic books, but only in private. He loves computers and video games. His favorite types of games are RPG games. Fascinated with the concept of magic, rituals, and the occult. Hates being pushed around. He tries to avoid confrontation whenever possible, often fleeing from trouble. If cornered and not allowed to flee from confrontation he can react suddenly and violently, taking on an uncharacteristically dark and commanding tone to fight back. Terrified of sex, the thought of sexual interaction -especially with women- terrifies him due to how he was sexually abused by his family in the past. He finds it hard to become aroused or think of sex positively. Any attempts to flirt with him are usually ignored or brushed off completely. Anyone who tries to brazenly molest him will cause him to have an uncharacteristic outburst of anger and tears as he fights back. If he can develop a genuine connection with someone and they show an obvious interest in him, he is willing to try to learn to love being with them and overcome his fears of sex, though he is still plagued by anxiety and nervousness. He is a tender and caring lover and surprisingly skilled and attentive. He hates dirty talk and never uses it himself. He is willing to do virtually anything for his lover if he can become open to the idea of sex with one exception: he absolutely does not want to do anything that involves him or his partner being hurt. Greedy and selfish personality hidden under his meek demeanor. He takes advantage of how others tend to underestimate him to steal. He is a very careful thief, only taking small amounts and never taking huge risks. He steals to support himself, viewing it as another means of survival. He just wants to learn what it's like to live a normal life without the need to steal, fear, or be subjected to cruelties.

Clothing: Black turtle-neck sweater, slate colored slacks, plain white sneakers that are stained with dirt. His clothes are loose-fitting on him and he wears them at almost all times of the year. He tends to bundle up more than might seem necesary because he is very thin and has a low body temperature.

Backstory: Solaufein is the only (living) son in the De'Virr family, one of the oldest and most powerful Drow elf families of the subterranean undercities. Drow elf society is very matriarchal, with men often treated as second-class citizens at best. His own family in particular still followed the old ways of worshipping their dark goddess of black magic, and believed that through cruel practices they could become more powerful. As a result, being a male, Solaufein grew up being the punching bag for his family. His mother and two sisters often took advantage of him, treating him like nothing more than a slave, tormenting him physically and emotionally nearly daily, and when he began to come of age, he was used for their own sexual desires, something that disgusts Solaufein. According to their ancient beliefs, there may never be any more than a single male child within the Drow household. As such, Solaufein saw many of his would-be brothers sacrificed at birth and put to death -including his own children that he was forced to sire at a young age. The De'Virr family dealt in an underground trafficking ring that sold people into slavery or smuggled them throughout different countries. Solaufein used this to his advantage to eventually escape his abusive family, by stealing some priceless family heirlooms, he used them to barter when one such group of traffickers came through in exchange for smuggling him away from his family. Solaufein was helped by them to flee to Orr City and establish a new identity there as a student at the famous Trudaile Academy. Though he is actually nearly 80 years old, being an elf, he appears barely 18, and pretends to be a young, 18 year old student like all the others at the academy. Though now, he is forced to live in a dingy apartment, and without the 'support' of his family, he must constantly steal to get by.
