Trish is first introduced as a spoiled, selfish girl with high-class tastes. Indeed, as soon as she is in the care of Team Bucciarati, she immediately demands branded cosmetic products and only sparkling water despite the severity of the mission.[5] This is later revealed to be a way to hide her insecurities, although her self-doubt is still apparent in instances, such as later expressing her nervousness to Bucciarati for whether she and her father would get along or not.[6]

Trish can act mysophobic and will scream if she touches an object with the lingering body heat from another individual.[7] Moreover, she dislikes anything that isn't 'beautiful', such as insects and smelly men. The anime shows that she inherited these features from her mother.

At first cold toward her bodyguards, Trish's relationships with them improve as she becomes one of their companions in the fight against Diavolo.

An example of this is caring for Narancia Ghirga during The Grateful Dead's attack. She deliberately refuses to use the ice for her own benefit and instead uses it to reduce the aging effects of the Stand active on the young man, despite Bucciarati urging her to use it for herself. Furthermore, she opens up herself to Narancia after Green Day's ambush, expressing that she thinks Bucciarati treats his allies too coldly when he doesn't ask whether Narancia is okay after the attack. In the anime adaptation, a scene where she is shown watching over a resting Narancia was added.
