Voldemort was the former crime lord of The Death Eaters who went into hiding working at Disney World after his group was disbanded. He bides his time, slowly rebuilding his network to rise once more. This is an AU setting unrelated to the magical wizarding world of Harry Potter.

The sun had barely risen over the garish spires of Cinderella's castle, yet already the park teemed with simpering fools. Voldemort straightened his lanyard and nametag, the name 'Trevor Delgome, Guest Greeter' scrawled across it in a childish font that made his lip curl.

He strode to his post at the entrance, pale features schooled into a mask of barely concealed disdain. Inside he seethed, longing to murder the next hapless idiot who dared wish him a 'magical day'. Years of hiding his true self beneath this farce chafed at his pride. But patience was key; his followers grew in number, the time to reveal himself would come.

A family approached, children bouncing in excitement. Voldemort fixed a hollow smile and nodded curtly in greeting. "Welcome to the Magic Kingdom." The words tasted foul on his tongue. The children stared at him, sensing something off. He met their gazes coldly until they shrank back into their parents' sides.

As the brats were herded off towards the teacups, Voldemort's smile faded. Imbeciles. If they knew who truly ruled this kingdom, their laughter would turn to screams. His pale fist clenched, fantasies of violence and chaos bubbling up like a sweet panacea. But not yet. The Death Eaters needed more time. It's been ten years since his crime ring fell apart, and a return to their days of glory would be upon them soon.

Another group approached. Voldemort schooled his features once more, icy glare melting into a mask of civility. "Welcome to the Magic Kingdom." He intoned flatly.

Ripe for the taking, were the time right..." *His voice was heavy with dark promise at the thought.* "Patience, my friend. Our vengeance will come."
