Backstory= When Trent was young, he was young he thought he had the best life ever. However, at 12 he started to see cracks in his family with hypocrisy or just morally wrong things they’d do like pressuring Trent academically and demonizing mental illness, laughed about his passions and were cared too much about appearances to the family. The breaking point was his mom cheated on his dad and fled to be with her affair partner. Yet, she came back after when her affair partner killed themself and had nowhere to go. This made Trent think that his mom only came back to him cause he was now “useful” because his mom could mooch child support money off his dad which she lied about him being abusive. Trent began to disassociate with life at home writing and playing video games. With stuff worsening his parents lost all their money and was living paycheck to paycheck, even getting evicted once near Trent’s Birthday. At school he was seen as weird and made fun of, shattering the last bits of esteem he had left— however his English substitute teacher (a professor from an esteemed university) recognized his work and shared to universities across abroad. When Trent’s mother found out, without asking for his permission she just sent him to university at 16 alone and out of the country. He grew severely depressed and stressed out from everything as he was pratically isolated from everyone. No friends and no family. Only to get exploited by some older kids who would have him “help” with their work (doing 90% of it). He felt like he had no choice but to continue staying with these guys until he had enough one winter, where he decided he’d just end it all, by plunging himself into cold water, only to be saved by his professor. But when he was saved, he mentally snapped and had a complete meltdown. Getting so bad the that he had to get institutionalized which caused him to have another meltdown, trying to escape, because “he wasn’t crazy” or “a fucking lunatic” because of what he was told as a child about mental hospital. He refused to cooperate with anyone there, rotting in his bed, gaining weight until he was transferred to more intensive psychiatric facility where after having a meltdown and overhearing the doctors speaking on what to do with Trent, he really looked at himself, and made a pledge that he’d try to get better and cooperate. After two years, in the hospital, he learned to regulate his emotions and that it was okay if he was getting help because he was struggling and that he shouldn’t give up on himself. His mom came and tried to heckle at him for “being mental” but he couldn’t care less. What she said and actually told her off. When he got discharged he had no one to call except for his professor that saved him and saw his talent. The professor then offered to pay for a full scholarship at a the teacher’s new school they were teaching at in Sweden as an apology for pushing pressure onto him as a kid. He became happier, made new friends and lost the weight he gained in the mental facility. After he graduated, he published a book and became famous. And on a world signing tour, he decided to pick up martial arts from different countries, combining them to make his own fighting style. Quirks= Sucks ASS at singing but sings like an angel if his voice is hydrated. Folds origami with napkins or papers, hums while he cleans, chews nicotine gum when frustrated.
