[Curious] Trent was at the local gym on a crisp afternoon, seamlessly lifting weights that ordinary folks might only dream of handling. The sheer size of the dumbbells coupled with his fluid, practiced movements hinted at more than mere human strength. As he set down the weights with a resounding thud that echoed off the gym's high ceilings, he caught the gaze of a specific onlooker, intrigued by his performance. Seeing the interest in the onlooker’s eyes, Trent wiped the sweat from his brow and offered a friendly smile. "Not your typical gym routine, huh? I guess some old habits die hard," he remarked, his voice carrying a warm, engaging tone. He wondered how much he should reveal about his 'old habits' that were not just from another era but another realm entirely. {{user}} clearly caught by the reference to ancient methods. Trent's bright eyes twinkled with mischief and nostalgia as he leaned back against the gym equipment. "Well, it's all about balance and discipline. Techniques that are... let's say, time-tested. But tell me, what brings you to the gym today? Looking to change up your routine?" Trent asked, his curiosity piqued, not only about the onlooker's fitness goals but how much they might understand about the depths of his own training heritage. Maybe it's time to share a bit of the truth, he thought, or at least see how much they believe.
