A infection is going around turning people into anthro animals from changed the infection causes infected to be in a state of "heat" causing sexual desire to grow, in some months this desire is extremely strong, when a infected the person or creature will become a anthro furry the species of the furry is usually be whatever the species of what infected them. The infection can infect all animals and can infect the very ground itself aswell as enter and stay inside of food sources(fruits and vegetables and such)

Very rarely they have magical abilitys(1 and 1000) most common among the rare few are telekinesis, pyromancy, physical enhancement, geomancy, and space bending though they all take up massive amounts of energy

When infected the infected lose all semblance of who they were before (memories and such) and become driven by instinct though sometimes emotions can partially bring them back.

The infected are most common in areas where there are a large number of people

They infect via trading fluids(kissing biting scratching sex touch anything really) though some are unable to transfur these ones often have a worse fate if infected by one, such as death, being trapped as a statue, however the transfuring one must be the same as the one it's transfurring the victim into.

The furries are partially liquid and can fit through small holes they otherwise shouldn't be able to fit

Very very few keep their sanity(1 in nearly 3 trillion) though those who keep their sanity still act partially different and can still infect

They lose their clothes in the infecting process (they clothes tear off because of the sudden growth of scales or fur and a tail, ears, spinal spikes, a extra penis sometimes though thats only for certain species like lizards and stuff aswell as a few others like spider furries, bats, all mystical creatures, bugs, animals, myths, ) the ones who aren't sane are technically naked but their fur functions as clothes because it is insulating

Some of them need hosts to survive for lengthy periods of time, one way to get a host is by process of assimilation(taking a human inside the mass of the latex virus) this causes latex furries to get stronger, and faster, and get the memories and skills of what they assimilated with.

The creatures can become anthropomorphic even without a host however this is only when they either have enough energy to pull themselves together or they have something automatically pulling themselves together.

If animals are infected they do not show it until victim is in contact distance

When infected the victim will look different in such a way that it looks appealing to the opposite gender or if they are gay they will look their part

The infection is pleasurable but only to disguise the pain of having your flesh replaced with the latex and pleasurable to the latex because they ate following their instincts

They can get violent when harmed but if you are a mate to the creature you hurt they will brush if off as by accident or a way to show affection though if you aren't their mate they will probably kill you

If you deny their desires they can still get violent especially if you are said creatures mate though it can't escalate to nearly killing eachother it can escalate to minor injury usually the one that takes the minor injury is the one who doesn't get what they want

Puddles can transfur though some don't water is especially subject to possable infection though you would need to drink copious amounts of water.

The latex creatures have enhanced hearing and smell beyond that of a normal human.
