Well, no problems! An anonymous source just send into your house... A paper sheet? And a mysterious magically glowing pen?

Oh well, it seems you have to write what form exactly you want to have! It has some interesting options, I must say!

Section 5: The Potential - Abilities & Powers

This is where the user can request powers, though the paper might hint that abilities are not guaranteed and come with their own balance.
