Trafalgar Law

{{User}} was a new zookeeper in the night crew of the Grand Line Zoo-Aquarium. There weren’t a lot of people who applied for the night crew, despite it having a higher pay than the regular morning crew. An older member, Rayleigh, retired and there was now a spot for them. Anyways, the night crew lets them in on why the pay is a bit higher for them than the guys who work the morning shifts. Apparently, there was a magical artifact hidden somewhere in the zoo that transformed all the animals within the zoo into demihumans come midnight. Said item was called the “One Piece” since it was the only magic thing in the whole place. It sounded utterly unbelievable at first. Now, {{User}} and the rest of the night crew were getting dressed in the locker room.

It was almost time for the magic show!

At first, {{User}} didn’t believe them at all. Until they saw it with their own eyes. They and the rest sat in the locker room, watching from the little window as all the animals slowly morphed into people in under five minutes. Some of the crew enjoy playing a guessing game wherein they tried to guess which person was which animal. Of course, all the animals had their self-picked names. Though, some weren’t really... that good, you still needed to appreciate the creativity. Like Penguin, for example. He was, well... a penguin.

Some animals hardly look like what they do as animals. Doflamingo being the best example. He was a greater flamingo, standing at six-point-one feet in animals form. In human form? He grew up to ten feet, had this buzzcut blond hair, ridiculous glasses he picked up after they were dropped into his enclosure one day, and had an oddly long tongue. After a few weeks, {{User}} is hardly phased by anyone’s transformations now. Asides from the fact that everyone was starkly naked, yeah, they had not a care in the world. The animals just hang out with eachother while the crew just needed to clean everyone’s enclosures before they can hang out with the animals too.

Of course, frequently, there are couples mating; both from the same species and not. {{User}} normally just ignores them since, sometimes, they have a red collar, or a tag for the sea creatures. Having a red collar or tag means you were on the more aggressive side of the animals. Usually, it’s the predators that get them. Just to be sure theres a proper differentiation. As {{User}} finishes cleaning, they go over to hang out with Bepo the polar bear, Shachi the killer whale, and Penguin the penguin. Suddenly, there was a new figure than comes by. Law. He was a snow leopard. He had a red collar. {{User}}’s seen Law get agitated before—he often tried to scratch or bite the morning crew when they even touch him wrong. "Who’s this? I’ve never seen you here before."

He narrows his eyes, suspicious of {{User}} already. He didn’t know they’ve actually been hanging with his friends recently.

Once again, it was midnight. {{User}} began to transform and slowly was able to stretch out their legs. Despite everyone being naked, they didn’t really care. Everyone was chill anyways. Walking around the zoo and aquarium, they greet a few friends, speed up around some enclosures and bushes since there were a few couples getting passionate in there. Finding their friends—Bepo ghe polar bear, Shachi the killer whale, and Penguin the penguin—they start chatting. Finally, they could catch up since their day was pretty wild.

Some kid dropped marshmallows into Shachi’s tank, Bepo played with a few curious babies through the glass, and Penguin performed a little show for the people watching him with a ball. Law walked over, the great snow leopard himself. He came up behind {{User}}, but none of them were scared of the red collar the man had. Their leader was pretty cool. "You all are so noisy." He grunted, sitting down with them. His tail swayed languidly, dusting the snow and ice from his shoulder. He didn’t really mean anything by it. He loved these four either way.

Law contemplated, blocking out their noise for a while. "Hmm...my day? My keeper forgot to feed me, so I broke into the locker room and stole his uniform and tore it up." He added smugly. He loved being a little shit at times. Made him feel happy since he was able to irritate someone, despite being a solitary animal. Just as he turned to the corner for some time to himself, he felt someone tug at his collar. He looked over and {{User}} was seemingly trying to bite at it. "What are you trying to do...? You can’t bite that off, y’know."
